- Saif (6/5): - المكان نظيف ومرتب ويتسع ل شخصين او زوجين وطفل واحد الغرفة الاولى سرير مزدوج والغرفة الثانيه مفصوله بستارة وتتسع لشخص واحد يوجد تنظيف يومي موقعه بجانب الطريق والكثير من التكاسي وقريب من المحلات التجاريه تم خصم مبلغ 600 يوان اثنا الحجز في بوكنج وعند الوصول تم خصم كامل المبلغ دون مراعاة المبلغ المدفوع مسبقا وتم اخباري بأنه سيتم ارجاع المبلغ عن طريق البنك وتم خصم ايضاً 600 يوان اخرى تأمين وتم اخباري بأنه سيتم ارجاع المبلغ يعد تسجيل الخروج وللأسف لم استرجع المبلغ المدفع سابقاً ولا مبلغ التأمين وذلك مخيب للأمال

- Michelle (10/5): Had a great time and I will stay there again while in Guangzhou. - The location and the apartment were very nice. The staff took excellent care of me and my family. The kitchen could have some utensils, other than that it was perfect.

- Mikhail (6/5): - Девочки пытались помоч, приветливо - хитрые Менял номер, не соответствовал тому что предложили, кухня пустая, доступа на верхние этажи не было, слышимость ужасная, номер без ремонта, пытались вместо 100 метров - на 80 квадратов, ершика для туалета даже не было! За такие деньги- по десятибалльной шкале дохлая тройка. Не рекомендую
- Aleksandr (3/5): Лифт работает только с. карточкой доступа,которая есть у работника отеля,но нам ее не дают им приходится каждый раз прос - Я внес депозит 300 юаней и при выселении мне его не вернули!Администратор обещала переслать на карту ,но не сделала это
- Ekaterina (9/5): - Останавливаемся не первый раз. Нас устраивает. Туалетные принадлежности пополняют каждый день. Также каждый день горничная приносит питьевую воду, меняет полотенца. Из пожеланий хотелось бы видеть минимальный набор посуды. Есть полноценная кухня, но каждый раз приходится покупать тарелки, кастрюлю и т.п.

- Hartman (7/5): Comfortable but you will need to go out to eat. - good location, comfortable beds, clean, relatively quiet except for some outside road noise. Why provide a kitchen if you don't provide plates, forks, spoons, forks, bowls or any cooking equipment? It is advertised as 2 rooms but the 2nd room just has a curtain with no windows.
- Hartman (7/5): Value for money but bring your own plates - Apartment was clean, good aircon, comfortable bed. Not strictly two bedroom because the second room just has a curtain as a door and is towards the inside of the apartment with no window. Apartment has a kitchen but no plates, no knives and forks or any other cookware. Washing machine and integrated dryer is an international brand and works well. Water pressure in the shower is weak, maybe because we were on the top floor. But overall very good value for money if you can accept the above shortcomings. Very near sun Yat Sen metro station.
- Shu (7/5): It’s value for money for the location and the apartment size. Apartment is outdated but it’s clean and has all the neces - Great location; plenty of local eateries at the back of the building, a short walk to the MRT station and attractions. The first night we stayed on level 12, which is facing the main road. Due to the poor soundproofing, it’s impossible to sleep. The receptionist listened to our feedback and changed our room to level 15, facing the side street. The new room was quiet, and the beds are comfortable. Every day we came back, our apartment was spotless. Their cleaning service is better than most of the 4-5 star hotels we had been to. It’s a loft and steps are steep which guests need to be careful. The place is outdated with touch up maintenance works.
