Je ne dirais pas que je n'ai pas apprécié mais un rafraîchissement au niveau peinture ferait le plus grand bien...

• Ana (1/5): Apartamento muito sujo. - A casa estava extremamente suja. As janelas nunca haviam sido limpas, não tinha cortinas nos quartos, os corredores do prédio estão muito sujos e cheiram a droga e tabaco. No apartamento da frente havia música a noite toda, berros e pessoas a entrar o dia todo. Ambiente estranho.

La cuisine est fonctionnelle Malheureusement, l'appartement n'est plus de tout fraîcheur, les photos sur le site sont vieilles. L'appartement n'est pas très bien entretenu. Il n'est pas sale, néanmoins la peinture utilisée, lorsqu'on s'y frotte fait des marques, et l'appartement donne l'impression de ne pas être propre. Malheureusement, les "stores" ne sont pas complets, donc impossible de faire nuit totale dans la chambre. Et nous sommes proches d'un hôpital, c'est pourquoi, comme c'est mal isolé, nous entendons les sirènes des ambulances régulièrement.

Wohnung war nicht gereinigt, Mobiliar beschädigt, kein Fernsehen möglich. Fenster nicht schalldicht, v.a. nachts sehr laut. Gesamtes Haus sehr heruntergekommen. Müll im Treppenhaus und schlechter Geruch.

• Tim (6/5): Good location, good price and adequate for what we needed. - Great location for tube line. Felt a little tired. Had to wait for room which wasn’t ready, even though we arranged check in 2 hours after check in time. I also had to wait for the key to be brought.

• Vicki (6/5): Excellent location, but let down by persistent drain smells and faulty amenities. - Great location close to tube and Hyde Park with diverse eating options A number of maintenance issues significantly impacted our overall impression and enjoyment of the property. Each were relatively minor items that could be easily addressed with appropriate attention but combined they definitely impacted our rating of the place. Issues included broken kitchen bins, a non-functioning dryer component of the washing machine, nonfunctional heated towel rail in the ensuite, a faulty fridge door, stained bedsheets and old uncomfortable mattress in single bed room, a broken clothes drying rack, and non-operational air conditioning in the kitchen. More concerning were two key issues: a persistent and unpleasant odour from the drains, which required us to purchase bleach to partially mitigate, and the absence of the hot tub that was advertised and confirmed in our booking but not provided. These matters collectively detracted from what could otherwise have been an excellent stay.

• Karen (3/5): Great location, very disappointing apartment - The location was great, directly across from Edgeware Road Tube station. We also booked the for the night before our arrival as we wanted to be able to get straight into the apartment after landing at Heathrow at 6:00am having been travelling for more than 30 hours. We phoned the provided number as instructed to give 30 mins notice of our arrival and the girl we dealt with was extremely helpful and ensured our wait time for the key was minimal, she also gave us the code to the front door so that we could wait out of the cold. She kept phoning us back to give updates on how long away the key was. She was a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately this was pretty much where all the good things ended. When we entered the apartment it bore no resemblance (aside from the layout) to the photos on Booking.com. The furniture in the apartment was old and dirty, the beds in 2 of the bedrooms were basically on the floor with no bed base just a mattress. It was a 3 bedroom apartment as we had family coming in from Gloucestershire to spend the weekend with us. My husband & I picked the bedroom with the 2 single beds & turns out the base of his bed was broken so he had to spend 4 nights sleeping on the very edge frame of the bed. The kitchen was disgusting, the freezer was completely covered in ice & the freezer door would not even close, the cooktop was filthy and the glass plate in the microwave had crusted on food on it. The window sills were disgustingly dirty and the wall behind where the bin was had dirty stains & spills all down it. The heater had stains all on it. There is no way the apartment was cleaned before we went in. The venetian blinds in the entire apartment (including the bedrooms), were filthy & could not be opened or raised as the strings were broken. We arrived on Thursday & our family were arriving at 9:00am Friday morning & there was no way I was going to bring them into the apartment as it was. There was a supermarket across the road & I bought a ton of cleaning products and proceeded to clean the living areas as well as I could with what I had. The main bathroom had mould on the tiles in the shower & I didn't have anything that would clean that. I contacted the whatsapp # provided by the host & sent photos & they were very apologetic & arranged for the cleaner to come back and fix the freezer and clean the mould. To say I was disappointed in the apartment is the understatement of the year but we were out & about most of the weekend so we made it work. We will never stay again!! Booking.com showed a clean modern apartment and what we got was the exact opposite.
• Elena (6/5): Good location - The location of the property is very good. The apartment is small in size, but it comfortably accommodates 6 people. It has the basic necessities in the kitchen. The host was excellent and very helpful. The only problem we encountered was that the apartment is located on the 4th floor. The elevator was not working and was not repaired throughout our stay. We were a family with a senior and a child in stroller. It was tiring and extremely difficult to go up and down every day.

Had broken radiators etc. plus some of the cups were very dirty. Shower had a leak. But worse thing was the mouse. Not a welcome surprise and uncomfortable for the person sleeping in the room where we saw the mouse. The wait outside for keys seemed very long in the rain and cold. Some of the guests found it very noisy. Located on first floor and no double glazing. Could hear all the activities in the street below

• Lucie (6/5): Bonne emplacement - Hôte très disponible, réponse extrêmement rapide, nous avons pu récupérer les clés du logement dès notre arrivée sur Londres ce qui fut agréable, surtout avec les valises. Logement à proximité du métro, emplacement idéal, proche commerce. Appartement bien équipé, serviettes de toilette et linge propre à notre arrivée, wifi disponible. Le logement possède une machine à lever, et l’hôte est venu nous apporter de la lessive pour nous éviter d’en acheter. Propreté du logement, nous avons du nettoyer les sanitaires à notre arrivée. Logement bruyant, vous entendrez tout ce qu’il se passe à l’extérieur.

• junny (6/5): Good for price and locations but needs repair - The descent price, location near edgware road station. There are cooking facilities, washing macihine and dryer inside the apartment. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. For those driving there is a public carpark nearby. The dryer didn't work after a few days. The door lock was not easy to open needed to be replaced. The heater in the rooms were not cold enough for winter.

Sängarna var bekväma och badrummet var perfekt. Möblerna var i dåligt skick. Söndrig bordsskiva i köket, obekväm och sliten bäddsoffa.

Ce n’était pas propre, les poussières, le sol, le four, le grille pain, les salles de bain, etc… Les fenêtres ne sont pas isolé pour le bruit, les sirènes sonnent toute la nuit ce qui empêche de dormir. Pour conclure, l’appartement n’est pas propre et n’est pas isolé contre le bruit. Mais il est heureusement bien placé. Si il y a projet de faire des travaux de rénovation, l’appartement pourrait être vraiment bien.

• Joanne (9/5): Fab 3 nights in perfect location to everything needed and value for money. - Location of apartment was fantastic. Opposite tube station and m & s food hall which was perfect. The apartment had everything needed and was clean. Excellent value for money and on the central line which was perfect. The customer service was excellent and we were allowed to drop our bags at 12 which saved dragging them around London. Furniture little shabby could do with some new bits to make it look nicer but didn’t affect our stay or comfort.

Things I think owners could look at consider is: Bathroom-Shower cubicle could do with a bit of a deep clean and maybe take out left behind shower gels, shampoos etc. WC and sink 👌. Kitchen-Kitchen was clean and well equipped 👌but no tea towels or oven glove(s)🙁 Internet- code for guests in view would be a bonus. TV - remotes two out of the three had no batteries? Apartment/stay-I’d give it an 7.5 out of 10. With some room for slight improvement.

• Liva (1/5): Lort - På ingen måde! Meget beskidt lejlighed. Sengetøj var ulækkert og plettet, toilettet var ulækkert, alt var beskidt virkelig trist for beliggenhed er perfekt. Ikke et særligt hyggeligt område da der er en del mærkelige mennesker især om natten.

Lenzuola e asciugamani (aggiunti anche su richiesta) ben puliti L'appartamento preso per 7 era troppo piccolo, Era giusto per 5. Gli arredi erano molto datati e rovinati. L'edificio esterno molto bello ma troppo sporche le zone comuni, ascensori, scale e pianerottolo.

• Łuszczyński (9/5): Central London at your fingertips. - Great location if you plan on seeing central London, busses, underground etc. A lot of noise from the street but mainly because of windows and ambulances. Three bedrooms are ok, sleeping in living room can be challenging.
• Inge (4/5): Het zou zo mooi kunnen zijn. - De locatie. Er was shampoo.en handzeep. Beddengoed was schoon, de handdoeken ook. Ook was het schoongemaakt, maar aantal zaken zijn langdurig onvoldoende onderhouden waardoor goed poetsen inmiddels onvoldoende effect heeft. Recht tegenover een supermarkt met alles at je nodig hebt. De kamers waren ruim, mooi gebouw van de buitenkant. Hoge ramen. Het appartement was uitgeleefd en lijkt daarmee niet op de foto's. De bedden zakken helemaal in als je erop zit. Liggen is tussen de grove veren door. De muren uitgeleefd, beschadigd en vies. Douche zat schimmelranden, en het badkamermeubel rafelde aan de zijkant door waterschade. Voor de ramen hangen lamellen waar 1/3 van ontbreekt en niet geheel open kunnen. De ramen te vies om doorheen te willen kijken. De gordijnen zijn niet passend, omdat ze het zonlicht niet uitsluiten en aan alle kanten licht doorlaat. En daartussen hangen nog lamellen.. geen van beide doet wat het moet doen. De combinatie werkt ook niet. We hadden voor 5 personen 4 eetkamerstoelen. 3 vorken en 3 lepels van 3 verschillende soorten bestek. Soms ijzer, soms plastic baby lepels. Ook misten we een afwasborstel of theedoek of vaatdoek. Ze gaven aan dit later op de dag te komen brengen. Wij hebben het niet gezien. En wij blijven daar bij een kortverblijf van 5 dagen niet voor thuis natuurlijk. Als er meer liefde in het appartement zou zitten door het op te knappen en dingen tijdig te vervangen.. had dit zoveel kunnen brengen.

• Bitte (7/5): Mycket trevligt och bekvämt nära stationen och med gångavstånd till centrala London. - Bra boende för stor familj. Bekvämt med diskmaskin och tvättmaskin m.m. Ok på möbler. Snyggt och fräscht. Toalett papper och diskmaskinstabletter var ej påfyllt.
• Attila (7/5): Az összes hibájával együtt ajánlom a szállást mert az elhelyezkedés kárpótol. Ár-érték arányban jó - Elhelyezkedés. 5 lépés a bolt, 10 a metrómegálló, 1 perc a buszmegálló. Két kisgyerekkel nagy előny, hogy egy szobában volt 2 franciaágy. Emiatt választottuk ezt a szállást. Hangos környék, lelakott szoba. Wifi csak a nappaliban volt, de annyira nem erős hogy a TV-n nézhető legyenek a streaming csatornák. Hiányoltam a helyi TV csatornákat, de lehet ez más szállásnál sem elérhető.

Spacious for a group of travellers The property was dirty and unkept in places. The blinds are broken. The curtains poles were falling down, the floors hadn't been cleaned and there were marks on the beds / walls. The bathroom cabinet was broken and leaking
• Lene (6/5): Centralt beliggende lejlighed - men lever ikke op til navnet Superb - Dejligt centralt beliggende lejlighed tæt ved undergrundsbane og indkøb. Lejligheden trænger til et serviceeftersyn. Toiletsæde og vandhane i badeværelse sidder meget løst. Den ene dobbeltseng virker blød, slidt og meget brugt. Flere persienner kunne ikke åbnes. De flotte billeder af en indbydende lejlighed, stemte desværre ikke overens med virkeligheden.

We struggled every night to open the front door the lock wasn’t working properly, the blinds were broken, electricity kept cutting out at night time and early morning, bathroom door was getting stuck in the floorboards.
• Jennifer (1/5): Rat in the kitchen - The only saving grace it was next to M&S and a tube station. This is far from the advertised deluxe accommodation. The toilet was broken upon arrival, so we couldn't use the facilities and had to wait in until the plumber arrived. A cleaner later arrived to clean the floor. The beds were uncomfortable. The sofa uncomfortable. Missing cutlery. No oven gloves, dish cloths, tea towels. The hoover was broken. Everything provided was basic, cheap or broken. Then we discovered a rat in the kitchen/living room whilst we were sleeping on the sofa bed. I complained a number of times to the owners but l was just fobbed off with excuses. Don't waste your money! I have also complained to booking.com but they haven't been much use either.

• Jonathan (4/5): - The apartment is located directly opposite to the underground station, making it convenient for budget-conscious travellers exploring London. It had the essential white goods and offered plenty of space—just what we needed after a day wandering through central London. The reservations team was responsive and courteous throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, several issues we reported—most notably persistent leaks in the bathroom—were never resolved. We had to regularly mop up the water ourselves, and there was no clear indication whether it was grey water or treated, which was concerning. The apartment lacked a basic welcome folder or guide, which would have been incredibly helpful. Simple instructions on how to use the internet, appliances, and other amenities could have saved us multiple calls to the reservations desk. We eventually managed to get online, but when the host arrived—well after 9pm—they expressed frustration that we hadn’t informed them earlier, despite their delayed arrival. Overall, while the location and initial communication were promising, the lack of follow-through on maintenance and clarity around amenities made the experience less smooth than it could have been.

• Pácser (10/5): Nyugodtan béreld ki, nincs vele gond! - 4 fős családi nyaralás egyik állomása volt London, ahol az elhelyezkedése és az elszállásolható személyek száma miatt választottuk azt az apartmant. Leszögezném, hogy a korábbi negatív kritikák egyike sem alaptalan. Valóban elképesztően rendetlen a lépcsőház (egeret is láttunk), valóban picit büdi van az egyik zuhanyzófülkében amíg el nem kezded a zuhanyzást (a büz záróval lehet gond), a mosogatógép valóban nem működött, tényleg vannak apróbb használatból eredő amortizációs jelek és igen, a kulcsot átadó fiatalember 15 percet mondott, és mint a viccben, 60 lett, maradhat? Este valóban akár be is téphettem volna az utcán terjengő joint szagától és igen, az étterem is ott van ahonnan néha nagyon finom illatokat éreztünk. DE! Az apartman makulátlan tiszta volt, az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek és tiszták, vasalt ágyneművel ellátottak voltak. A törölközők patyolat fehérek, sehol sem volt se por, se morzsa, vagy pókháló. Szóval ha valaki nem azt gondolja, hogy a Buckingham Palotában bérelt szállást, szerintem ez a hely tökéletes (az elnézhető hibáit tudomásul véve). Egyszerűen lenyűgöző, hogy minden egy "lépésre" van tőle. Mi fantasztikusan éreztük magunkat és szinte biztosan mondom, hogy még jövünk hozzátok! Köszönjük! Jó szívvel mondom a családoknak, hogy ez egy tökéletes szállás. Ha a gyereket zavarja a büdi a zuhanyban, akkor menj te először és 1 perc múlva megszűnik. :) Nem szaporítom a szót tovább 10/10. Köszi, köszi, köszi. Semmi olyan nem volt, ami a nyaralás rovására ment volna.
• Asim (5/5): Good stay but host services not as promising - Good area across road from underground edgeware station and edgeware road. With alot of middle Eastern community, and nearby amenities. The apartment was clean and got facilities. Beds was comfortable for us, as we were traveling more than 7 hours. Enjoying the stay in second day... When we moved in the TV didn't work. I have inform the host by phone, they will replace it day after tomorrow. I give them a permission to enter the apartment to replace it. Then we have a 1 year old baby . They had portable travel cot in the apartment we couldn't able to put up probably. The host came tried to fixed the cot but it was half fixed not proper, the host tried really hard but it unsuccessful. He spent 30 or 40 min trying, they said they will replace the cot in next day after. My baby couldn't sleep for 1 day, keep waking up in our bed. Next day nothing been fixed the TV has not replace and cot has not been fixed. Then I tried to fix the cot myself because my 1 year child needed sleep and rest. I manage to fix the cot around of 30 min. Then we need think about the TV, not been replace. It was for the kids to entertainment and also myself. I didn't bother to phone host again. Did not like the curtain blind in two bedroom. The blinds were not covering and missing the windows properly. Some of the blinds was not closing properly .

• Furey (7/5): - The location was great. Marks & Spencer was just across the road & we could shop there & only cross the road to get back. The entry door wasn't actually on Edgware Road but Chapel Street & when we couldn't find it & rang our contact number the guy answering didn't know to say "go around the corner & it's across from Marks & Spencer door. There was no guide inside to let us know how the TV / air conditioning etc worked. I had to go out & buy batteries for the remote control.
• Lesley (10/5): Enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay, clean and comfortable - Comfortable. Excellent kitchen facilities, air conditioning Close to Hyde park ,
• Marcos (1/5): Nightmare of a week. - Nothing at all. Complete bait and switch. The photos are not the actual property but “samples”. Building is filthy, stains on all the carpets, trash left outside front door of the building. Horrible smell. Apartment was also filthy. Inch of dust on the TV. Blinds are broken so everyone can see in. Extension cord running through the hallway, which is a trip hazard, but if you unplug there’s no WiFi. No towels were provided, no toilet paper, nothing. Had to call multiple times and wait 6 hours for towels. Elevator was broken for first 3 days. Mattresses were totally shot, horrible uncomfortable. Every furniture was either broken partially or had dents and paint missing. For the price, this place is an absolute joke. A hostel would have been better. Avoid at all costs!

• Chad (5/5): Passable - When we had electrical problems the staff continuously tried to brush them off until the next day. Instead of trying to troubleshoot the issue right away it took over 90 minutes of arguing on the phone to get the clerk to contact maintenance to help us

The kitchen sink was very clogged and pooled with dirty water which smelled very badly in the who - Location was amazing and the size of the apartment fits a large sized family really well Check-in was terrible! It was very obvious they never even cleaned the apartment prior to our check-in.

• Hite (6/5): Convenient apartment but needs a LOT of maintenance - The location of the Apartment is wonderful right across from Edgeware tube station and there is a Marks & Spenser food store across the street as well. Easy access in and out of the building is great, and the elevator for luggage is convenient. The building was dirty with mail all over the floor in the foyer which is the first thing you see, walls are all scuffed up and damaged, and the elevator was extremely ditry. Our apartment had 2 couches and one had a cushion that was completely collapsed making it unusable. Some of the fans and lamps inside of the apartment didn't work. The washer / dryer stopped working while we were there and I had to call maintenance. The shower drain didn't work well and a LOT of water collected at your feet - I was constantly worried it would overflow. This was a quick visit for my family so we made it work but if I was looking to stay in town a full week I would not book this apartment.

• Ellie (7/5): Apartment great, greeting not so great. - The property was perfectly adequate for our group, there were two lovely sized rooms both had fresh bedding plenty of pillows. I was very impressed with the amount of products in the property ie iron hairdryer, soaps, shampoo washing liquid, plenty of clean towels, heating was amazing there was air con if needed plenty of storage and seating areas I was really very happy with the apartment itself. It was opposite Edgware Road tube so perfect for commuting it was a busy area and therefore noisy but that’s the trade off for being so central so no complaints from me about that. The apartment areas ie the table the shower the surfaces could all have done with a wipe down. The walls painted and generally freshened up, the blinds weren’t great but we managed, the one thing i was really unhappy about was the greeting method. It says to message half an hour before arriving. We did and although the people who answered the phone were ok the person who eventually arrived over an hour later wasn’t really so pleasant. I think the biggest issue was the fact he wanted ID which in itself isn’t an issue but I didn’t have my passport which is what he wanted because one I didn’t need it and two there was no mention of needing any ID at any point throughout the booking process, this lead to a confrontational situation which was completely needless had this been mentioned beforehand. Fortunately I was able to call home and have a copy sent but if I hadn’t been able to the guy was wanting the keys back and us to get out, we had paid in full and I did offer to show the booking my bank card and rail ID all of which he declined. I thought it wasn’t the best start to our stay and would hate for others to be in the same situation so be prepared! For the money we paid however there isn’t anything other than the person that greeted us that would put me off staying again.

• Candis (7/5): Good location, needs a bit of maintenance - Location was excellent. It wasn’t the easiest of check ins. Waited a bit also the lock on the door was so difficult to open we had to keep it on the latch and just use the deadlock to get in.

• Stephanie (3/5): A dirty apartment without the basics. - The location was central. We were given one towel between 5 people. When we rang and asked for more, we were told that someone would drop some off first thing in the morning meaning we had one towel all evening and couldn’t shower. No towels were brought in the morning as they said there was no one to drop them off. We had to go out and buy our own. There were also no pillow cases on any of the pillows so we had to sleep on our clothes. The whole place was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The shower was disgusting and there were big clumps of dust on the floor.

• Rachel (7/5): Could be great with a bit of maintenance and attention to details. - It was secure and the bay windows were convenient for luggage storage. It was very close to Edgware Station. The beds were comfortable. The heating worked well. The person who gave us our keys was friendly and helpful. The proximity to the hospital meant that ambulance sirens were heard frequently. Shower drain was blocked. The fridge door was difficult to open. Glassware was inadequate and there were some missing basic kitchen items such as oven mitts.
• Alyssa (6/5): Staff is very nice and smooth check in and out. A good place to stay if you’re out and about London - The property is very near the tube and bus stations making it easy to get around London Bathroom and kitchen utensils weren’t clean :(
• Mark (5/5): Passable - Self contained so breakfast NA Location was good for the purposes of access to conference venue. Tube station within 100 meters so would be fine for tourists hosts were responsive and readily available WIFI needed and TV channels more equipment needed in the kitchen
• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect. Tube station across the road, great for sight-seeing and shopping, would recommend!
• Al (5/5): Passable - The location of the apartment was really good since it was right across the street from a metro station. The apartment was also nicely renovated and it had a lot of room for five people. The wifi also worked really well. When we arrived at the apartment there was only one towel for five people. We asked for more towels and got three more which was also not enough for everyone. When we sent another message we finally got enough towels but we only had one night of our stay left at that point. On arrival the person bringing us the keys was 20 minutes late although we had called in advance. The apartment also wasn’t the cleanest and we had to for example wash all of the dishes before use. The street was also very noisy and the apartment lacked for example a coat rack and dish soap.

Blinds in both bedrooms were missing some lats & didnt close. Could see it was a beautiful apartment originally. Chips to furniture & flooring but still a great place to stay

• Sarah (3/5): Great location. Cleanliness lets it down. - The location It was not clean on arrival, it had horrible smell on entrance, the settee was dirty. It needs a deep clean to bring up to standard and also entrance area was filthy.

• Judith (9/5): This was a fabulous base to explore London with reasonable facilities. - The property was extremely convenient being located practically at Edgeware Station and opposite a M and S food hall supermarket. There is a lift to the apartment. Everything worked and we were met promptly. The sofa bed was really just a sofa and was not comfortable. They needed cloths and tea towels in the kitchen.
