Samantha (7/5): Great location, secure , and close to tram - The property was great … really good location tram right out the front , Woolies next door a good 20 min walk to the casino but very flat and easy work along the boardwalk, the pool was fantastic, gym 10/10 loved the secure building block felt safe at night our room had its own car space Just a little tlc it needs that’s all a bit dusty , no where to store folded clothes only hanging space … it does get hot in the apartment but does have 2 a/c but they need a clean the 2nd room has no a/c so it does get warm .. but these are small things
Matthew (9/5): Great stay - Great Location, nice comfy Bed, great view public transport just outside the front entrance, and i was going to the MCG to the footy 1 tram from front door all the way to Jolimont station bonus and Free Parking awesome Key pick up and drop off was a fair way away and hard to get a park near.
Stephen (10/5): Location, so easy to get to, tram stop out front, facilities and view from balcony!! - Fantastic spot, location, balcony with amazing views. Price was fantastic.

Wendy (9/5): Awesome location - Location. Facilities Having to pick up key from different location. If you don’t know Melbourne petals very difficult. BUY. This was our 2nd stay. Some were more familiar.
Dishanthi (7/5): It was cleaned & convenient - Location was good Facilities were not good. No Wifi, no spare towels as we booked for 3 nights. No AC for 2nd bedroom. No table spoons provided, limited cutlery provided, unable to lock the balcony door.
Symone (9/5): - The location was perfect, right on the main tram line and close to everything. Apartment had everything we needed. Hard to communicate anything with the owners. Never answered the phone or responded to messages of concern. Shampoos and body wash were very out of date and the drier made a loud squeaking noise making it impossible to use.

Lizzy (8/5): Great apartment, horrible mattresses - It was a beautiful apartment, nice and bright and spacious and with a view of the city The mattresses on the beds were horrific! Soooo thin and hard. Especially the second bedroom, it was literally like a rock. They had layered several sheets on top to try to make it more comfortable which made little difference. For a nice apartment in a nice location, surely you could spend a little money to get half decent mattresses so people actually have a comfortable sleep. I would book this accommodation again if they had better beds.

Samantha (8/5): Loved our stay, great being able access the pool and have safe car parking also. Close to trams and woolworths. - Great location, nice apartment, clean and well looked after. Great views from all windows. The bed in the second bedroom is rock hard.

Ben Gem (8/5): Excellent location and great facilities. - Location was brilliant! The facilities were great, definitely felt like home. Pool and gym was a great bonus extra. Views were amazing! It would have been nice to have some milk in the room, especially with the tea and coffee being available. I would suggest some extra towels to cater for the pool. I also need to buy rinse aid for use in the dishwasher. The water pressure is very poor, it may need to be looked at. I would suggest also that you get the cleaners to do a deep clean of the unit.

Allocated parking was inaccessible internally from the apartment. No clear instruction from host when followed up, completely ignored.

Some cups had lipstick on them. No complimentary milk, the kettle supplied didn't work without being forced to stay on. No local information provided and no building information (ie rubbish shoot)

Jo (7/5): Good - Location and closeness to trams. Pool facilities. Kitchen facilities were great, meant not always takeaway. Like that parking was included. Dirty shower and incomplete plate sets, man at Ezy Mart was quite rude when we didn't have the right email that had been sent with a number. Also a very pungent smell coming from en suite bathroom.

Meagan (6/5): It's cheapish for a reason - The location, access to trams, docklands and southwarf. Access to the pool was nice also - being provided with key pick up and parking info the day before only because i requested it (confirmation email says 3 days priorto check in). - calling and messaging on my drive into the city because 30min prior to picking up the keys I still did not have the access code(booking confirmation states 24 hours prior). - collecting the keys from an ezymart, inconvenient if you didn't have a car to get around as it's not close to apartment. - only 1 key/fob so the group could not split up. - light inside fridge constantly flashing like a strobe light - light in bathroom under cabinets flashes like strobe light - lounge lamp doesn't work or not plugged in. - netflix and youtube on TV doesn't work even after changing wifi on the TV settings. - air-conditioning unit covered in dust. - No little milks in fridge for coffee. - nothing about local restaurants/shops. - 1 bedroom was 2 single beds pushed together.
Lisa (8/5): Very good - Location was good. Clean bedding. Requested an extra set of keys and only one set was supplied so that really limited what we could do as the other staying party had to be way across town most of the time so basically stuck in the unit until they got back or vice versa.. Definitely not ideal considering what our plans were to do there and how much it cost us to go to Melbourne in the first place. Dirty dishes. Had to wash everything before using. No can opener. No one at reception that might have been able to help with key situation.
Daniel (10/5): Stay was relaxing and very pleasant - Apartment is modern and clean. Stove, dishwasher and laundry machine included in apartment. Beautiful views in the day and night. Excellent amenities such as a gym, library and swimming pool. Only one key was handed during this stay. A second key fob to have would be nice when certain family members have separate day trips and return at different times
Linda (8/5): Totally confusing - Comfortable great location and parking Instructions on exact address and key pick up came an hour after arrival - having to pick up the apartment key from an EZY Mart 35 minutes away from the apartment and then not to be given the correct location - booking address was 888 Collins st Docklands but the apartment was 883 Collins street north apartments - not happy
Jeanneret (4/5): Great location but the property could have been cleaner - There were no fans or air conditioning in the bedrooms The air conditioner filters in the lounge are full of dust and require cleaning We had to collect keys from a convenience store which was a long way from the apartment There were personal items left on the out door air conditioning unit and the balcony was dirty

Property was not clean at all. It was very dusty everywhere in the apartment , coffee stain on bedside table which looks to be recent and it was gone after I wiped it.

Lee (2/5): The booking system is suck! They charge the money first but told us they have to relocate us as doub - We got the key from the reception. But the person there only charge for the key, he has no ideas about the apartment we booked. And doesn’t want to answer any questions. This apartment is not what we booked. We received email from the landlord one day before the trip told us they double booked our apartment has to relocate us to another apartment. And this apartment just next to the railway station really noisy! We can hear the trains driving pass every 2 mins from 5am.

Kelly (4/5): Do not recommend - Location and view Sofa bed listed it's not it's just a couch my daughter had no where to sleep a sofa bed is a pull out bed with a mattressnot a 3 seater couch with a chaise. Black hairs on sheets in first bedroom second bedroom had blood stains on the sheet. First bedroom mattress is worn through and you are laying on the springs and doesn't matter which side you sleep you fall into the middle of the bed very uncomfortable. First bedroom carpet badly stained 0 communication with instructions regarding parking, actual building number, parking floor and number, room number and when we called the host he was less then impressed that we had bothered him and said refer to the instructions we tried advising him we do not have instructions. Staff and security were lovely as were the residents whom actually helped us and the pool was a lovely feature.

Kim (5/5): Disappointed overall compared with other places we have stayed at in Melbourne - Close to tram Very basic, jug never worked, very grotty, everything needed a clean, carpets very stained, bathrooms needed a proper clean as everything (tiles wall & floor) including shower screens were grotty and had mould built up. Also a fair distance to retrieve keys, the code had not been sent out to us so upon arrival at Ezi mart we had a hassle trying to get the keys.

Tiana (2/5): Terrible - Balcony There was toe nail clippings in the window seal, kitchen towel smelt like cigarette, carpets not cleaned, sheets and blanket had stains, toilet brush absolutely disgusting, couch was dirty and was not a sofa bed as stated, shower had hair in it, kitchen sponge was disgusting, place smelt terrible.

Belinda (6/5): Great view and location. Separate location for key pickup not great - Great location, awesome view from balcony, tram is right out the front so you can get into the city easy. Swimming pool and gym facilities were great. Parking was great, close to the lift. Having to pick up the keys from a separate location was terrible. No parking to be able to stop and get keys, peak hour traffic. It was crap. The apartment was not very clean, especially the bathroom which had hair in basin and on walls the bathroom has no fan so mirrors fogged up and toilet smells waft through the apartment. Thr apartment can sleep 4 but only has 1 two seater couch. Not really family friendly. Front door doesn't lock from the inside.
Hayley (9/5): We were happy - The location, modern, the view, good value for money. Dryer didn’t work but staff assisted very quickly and replaced it. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable, it wasn’t overly clean, there was no working fan in the bathroom so it fogged up.

Zhang (7/5): It’s a nice apartment for family. - It’s a nice and modern apartment with everything we need. Location was great, nice sea and ocean view from balcony. The toilet door was broken, key needs to be picked up from different location, key tag to garage door was not working, the room was pending for cleaning when we checked in at 3:00pm :(

Ashleigh (7/5): Good stay with a good location. - Location was good and right across from the tram stop. It was big enough for my family of four. Pool and gym was great to have with a young family. Bathroom needed a good scrub (especially the shower) Some extra towels would have been handy, especially with kids. Toaster caused a power trip, extension cords didn't work and neither did the batteries in the remote. These didn't cause to much disturbance but was a bit annoying.

The parking was included and easily accessible to the apartment. Overall a great place to stay. The door had to be locked with a key so it meant returning the key to the pick up location which was a little inconvenient.
