Ken (9/5): Superb - The view! The apartment is spacey with a small but adequate kitchen. The roof is very low above the bed, so I used the sofa which can be converted into a bed. The location: close to Canal Grande, in a lively, but not a noisy neighborhood. Maybe clean the terrace a bit, because the seagulls leave things behind...
Philip (6/5): Great location, great communication but the property needs updating. - The location was excellent, Santa Margherita Square is a lovely vibrant square but not too busy. We arrived by train, the walk was short and the apartment was easy to find (using Apple Maps). We kept Andrea informed of our arrival time and he met us in the square on time and took us to the apartment. The view from the rooftop terrace was 360 degrees across the rooftops of Venice. The roof top terrace needs repairing in places and could do with a lot of TLC. The outside furniture is very old and needs replacing. Although the views are good it wasn’t an area we would want to spend much time in. The shower was so low under the roof it was almost impossible to use and we’re not that tall. The kitchen needs updating. The whole place needs a good clean.
