Felt right in the center of everything near the square, walking distance to the acropolis, shops and restaurants with the metro nearby. The couch bed was extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn't depend on that if you need it for your group. It was extremely stiff and basically impossible to get comfortable on. If the owner provided a mattress topper of sorts to lay on top, that would easily fix the issue. The beds also made a lot of noise as other reviewers mentioned.

• Elina (4/5): I paid almost 150 euros per night, for this money you can find any option in Athens. I am very sorry that I chose this a - The location is central. On the first evening, when we checked into the apartment, I thought that we were in some kind of drug and criminal district, but during the day it became clear that we were quite close to all the central places of Athens, which was a plus. I have been traveling for many years and have stayed in a variety of hotels and apartments. BUT I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH DIRT AS HERE! I think the owner of this apartment should change the management company, since the apartment itself is excellent, but in my opinion it has not been cleaned for the last few months, I will attach a photo to this review. The refrigerator doesn't work and stinks very much, the washing machine is broken and if you turn it on the electricity immediately turn off, the beds creak so much that you can't even breathe, the shower is also ruined. The hot water is enough for one person; for the second person to bathe, he/she will need to wait 20-30 minutes.

The minute we arrived we were shocked to see the house so dirty. we send picture to Maria like she asked and then she said “Not that dirty i will send someone to clean” after four hours that no one came she said some one will come only Tomorrow! We explained her that we have an infant that is crawling on the floor and we can’t put him down because of the dirt- she didn’t care. 2. When we arrived we put in the refrigerator our medication of my wife. Then we realized that it doesn’t working well. *my wife has diabetes and we must have the insulin in a certain temperature*, Maria keep saying the refrigerator is working and she didn’t care at all about my wife health 3. ⁠after we send her picture of the insulin she keep saying that the refrigerator is good but If you want leave right now I will give you a full refund 4. ⁠I walk around in Athena with 3 children , one baby and a wife with diabetes that is in *serious danger* as her insulin was hot and and Maria *show no care*!! 5. We sent a lot of mail and massage and we ask Maria to answer but nothing !!! 7. ⁠without a choice we found another place after Maria promise us a full refund and we left her place a few minutes after she said leave right now and I give you refund 8. But then she change her mind and didn’t refund us l - what can only be described as lie and trick us !!! Unbelievable 9. Maria - mistake happen but the way you choose to ignore my msg and to ignore booking msg and promise a refund and change your mind it’s un herd off.!!! 9.we will keep our fight with the help of booking and the legal option So for all, stay way !!!!!if you have doubt send me an email And I show you picture of her total Disregard !!! • Suzanne (2/5): will not return. and disappointed that Booking.com allow such dirty place to be booked by traveller. it just ruined the - we had booked this place for 4 nights. very dirty. fridge and freezer was so dirty that we were afraid to put food inside. don’t want to get bacterias from the moldy fridge and freezer door. floor was not broom or vacuum at all. so much dust under the beds. when we told the host, they were very apologetic and promised to send cleaner to redo the cleaning. but cleaner never cane. and at the end they simply ignore my asking for a cleaner again. we were polite and courteous. finally, we had to vacuum ourselves with that vacuum cleaner that is full of dirt that was not emptied. very disappointed. we book this property coz of the good reviews. I guess the reviews were fake or they just had a very bad cleaning person. we left the place definately cleaner than we arrived.
