• vincent (10/5): Already checking it out all for our next trip - Location, lots of space, balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view was 10/10, staff were very helpful and the apartment was very clean and up to date. Lift was not working however it was being repaired while we were there, so it should be working now, not very suitable to people with mobility issues is not working however it did not effect our stay as it was a great workout

• Frankie (1/5): DO NOT FALL FOR THIS NIGHTMARE APARTMENT - Absolutely nothing, it was cheaply furnished, the door didn’t shut properly, the building was falling down around it. It stank of cannabis, it was also unsafe to stay in not a very secure door lock, cheaply furnished, building was gross and falling down around the place, and most of all it listed as having a lift and we found out the night we arrived it didn’t have a lift. Despite the service company for this apartment knowing we are a young family with a disabled child they just let us arrive without stating the access wouldn’t be suitable, leaving us with no choice but to find alternative accommodation for our holiday at 11pm with three kids exhausted from travelling. Absolute nightmare. DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WALK UP 6 flights of stairs every day and night. I spoke to owners and explained the situation to be told it a none refundable policy it’s booked under. They stole 2600 from us by falsely advertising access they didn’t have.

• Helen (10/5): Fabulous apartment right in the heart of Playa de las Américas! - Loved the view. Exactly as seen in pics! Very clean and friendly hosts. Pool was lovely. In a busy central location but very quiet at night. The infrastructure in Tenerife cannot cope with the number of properties being built and the number of tourists. As such, the roads are VERY busy and there is no parking at the apartment. Very time consuming trying to find a spot if you have hired a car like we did.

The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The balcony is brilliant and the view is amazing. The location is very central to all you need in Playa de las Americas. Micheal welcomed us on arrival and he was extremely helpful. This was the best stay we had in Tenerife. Nothing
