• Asturmar (8/5): Una puerta a Milán - La ubicación esta bastante bien, el barrio es tranquilo, hay restaurantes cercanos y supermercados. Tener dos baños viene genial. Las camas son aceptables. El sistema eléctrico no iba muy bien, a veces, se apaga la tele al encender una luz, se apagaba la luz y luego tenías que tocar todas las llaves y al rato se volvía a encender. No había el menaje necesario en la cocina.

• Patrick (7/5): Un pied à terre via San Vittore - La localisation, le niveau d'équipement, l'espace, la propreté intérieure, le style, la proximité des commerces et du métro. Pas d'information sur la situation en zone C de la ZTL (ni d'aide) ni sur la possibilité de parking devant le loft. Intimité et obturations passables : il manque des doubles rideaux face aux eclairages exterieurs et un cache serrure. Un seul trousseau de clés, très handicapant voire à risque car la personne restée enfermée ne peut plus évacuer le loft en cas de problème (verrous, barreaux aux fenetres) Fourmis envahissantes. Saleté de l'impasse devant le loft.

• Pamella (10/5): The best holiday flat - The accommodation is located near the cathedral and other important landmarks in Milan. The flat was very neat . We enjoyed our stay. I will recommend it to anyone. The fact that we arrived on time but there was no one to open for us on time. We were tired from a long trip.

• Anthony (5/5): If you add a bit of soul to this apartment, it could really become a great place. - The area was really good and Matteo the guy of the check in was really friendly. The kitchen was very basic, equipped with only the bare essentials. Upon arrival, we were given a small bag with a sponge, a bit of dish soap, and a single dishwasher tablet, not nearly enough for several days. There was no dish towel, only four glasses, no proper bowls, and overall the setup felt a bit cold and impersonal. There were four of us, but only three chairs around the table, which is clearly inadequate for a place meant to host multiple guests. Another issue: if you’re sleeping on the downstairs sofa bed, a streetlight outside stays on all night and shines directly into the room, making it hard to sleep. Lastly, the apartment wasn’t very clean when we arrived, and there was a persistent musty smell despite keeping the windows open. It’s a shame, because the place has potential with a bit more care and proper equipment.
• Csaba (9/5): Apart from these small little things i definitely recommend this apartment! - We really liked the location of the apartment and also the fact, that it had 2 bathrooms. The apartment itself is also very nice, perfect for 4 people travelling, equipped nicely. The AC and the heating was working perfectly as well. The guy that gave us the keys was very nice and helpful. The only downside was that the upstairs neighbour was very loud. Every night she came home after midnight (probably in high heels) and was walking for a few minutes. Also the couchbed was squeaking when you turned from one side to another and 2 out of 4 chairs was broken.

• Karolina (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Localisation, space If you have any other option, please do not go there. One of the worst experiences I had. When we arrived we were shown into the apartment by Mr Vladimir, who told us to contact him in case we need something, same day I sent a message about a broken oven which he saw, left us on “seen” and never responded. Next day we found out that many more things were wrong about this place: - broken oven - floor pads not attached to anything, fell down - dishwasher that you can’t open- impossible to use the lower shelf - water in the showers at crazy temperatures jumping from very cold to boiling hot - no kettle, no tea - nespresso machine but no coffee provided - absolutely no light inside- this apartment is basically a cellar, the photos are lying When I addressed some of the main issues we had, first I was told it was me doing something wrong, then when I proved the rude personnel wrong they scheduled a technician that never came to us. I had to write them again myself, because we were waiting and loosing our time, I was told that no one will come and that they want to rescheduled. When I didn’t agree to that, they offered to come when we are not inside the apartment to which I said no, as at this point we had zero trust to these people. I was told I will not be given any other alternative nor a refund since it’s me that didn’t agree to their terms- when all of these things should have been done before our stay, surely not during!! If you don’t want problems and unnecessary stress, do not go there. There’s lots of great places with normal people, unfortunately not here.
