• Marshal (2/5): Extremely disappointed! Very poor communication from Rental Sevilla Management - Location. VERY poor communication and performance from the Management company. The apartment was not ready at 15:00 which is the posted check in time. I had, as requested sent our estimated arrival time of 15:30 in advance and had sent a message from the train station letting management know that we were arriving into the station at 15:20. after not hearing back I called. My Spanish is poor, but I understood from the conversation that we would not be given a code yet to get into the apartment, that the apartment wasn't ready and our option was to drop off our luggage at their office located a 16 minute walk from the apartment. We refused. Only after over an hour of texts and calls were we allowed to drop off our baggage in the apartment. When we did drop off our bags, no cleaning had even been started and it was well over an hour past check in time. When we returned around 18:30 the apartment had been cleaned, but not well. There were cigarette butts in ashtrays, and dust bunnies under the beds that had obviously been there for some time. Bathroom soaps and shampoos had not been refilled. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable and there are no additional pillows if you needed them. In the home manual incorrect information is posted. The wifi password in the manual is posted as 1234 .....which is ridiculous. I communicated with management and they asked if I had accidentally added a space to the front or back. The password was eventually found on a wall in the living room and it was not anything close to 1234. In general the apartment needs some updates. I realize this isn't necessarily the management company's issue. But most of the issues stem from their lack of attention and detail. It's difficult for me to write a poor review. I am a former hotelier and in the last 15 months have stayed over 100 nights in hotels, apartments and AirBnb's throughout Europe.
• Ma (9/5): Apart from the experience with check-in, everything was perfect! - Location is perfect. The owner is the one who assisted us when we reached the place. He was very accomodating and kind. The place was clean and the heaters and other facilities are good. This unit has 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The agent did not give us the access code to the property on time. If not for the owner we will be waiting outside the room for a long time. We had to call for some instructions etc. When we called them they said they were busy with other bookings.
• Dan (9/5): Great location and quite large unit. - Great, great location in the heart of old town. Close to Cathedral and many restaurants. Two bedrooms with a king (I think can be split up to two singles) and two single beds innother bedroom. Quite spacious. Recommend thus place for sure. Only negatives: could not get TV to work (not there for that), a little noisy on weekend evenings and some street traffic in living area but ok in bedrooms. Coffee maker was broken but was replaced with new one next day.
• João (9/5): Perfect location and big enough to accommodate a group of fellows! :) - I perfect location, walkable to every site and very central. It’s missing a new and biger TV which doesn’t function properly all the time, more cutlery (knives essentially, since there was only one), amenities such as shampoo and shower gel. The couch could be bigger and a single one more comfortable like a chaise longue.
