- Sarah (7/5): - Genug Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Aufzug. Kaffee Maschine mit einigen Kaffeekapseln dabei. Kleine Grundausstattung für ein paar Tage. Für einen Städtetrip optimal. Ruhige Lage trotzdem gute Verbindungen angenehme Gegend. Unkomplizierter Check in und out! Schlafmöglichkei war für 4 Personen ausgewiesen... es war allerdings mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Kind etwas zu knapp. Das Schlafsofa sehr klein und unbequem dank der vielen Querverbindungen. Auch das Doppelbett sehr weich und durchgelegen...man ist immer zum harten Rahmen nach außen gerutscht.! Zimmeraufteilung Kleines WC zu viel zu kleines Waschbecken kaum Platz seife abzulegen. Dusche nur über Elternschlafzimmer zu erreichen!! Generell fehlten Haken ggf an den Türen Wänden und allg Ablagemöglichkeiten...weiteres Regal Platz genug wäre da gewesen.

- Mvek (9/5): Parking, public transport and good value - Velmi měkké postele (ale pruží skoro jako trampolína, pokud se vedlejší spící pohne) v ložnici a taktéž dobré stínění v ložnici (obývák viz negativa). Parkoviště přímo pod domem a bezproblémový příjezd (na kód do garáží), takže nemusíte řešit žádné 15minutové parkování na ulici. Výborná dopravní dostupnost (autobus 11A jezdí po 10 minutách nebo i častěji a na U-Bahn se dá dojít cca 1,5 km a na tramvaj polovinu). Dostatek prostoru, vana. Dostatek vybavení (mikrovlnka by se do kuchyně ale moc už nevešla) Velmi tvrdé a nerovnoměrné rozkládací křeslo v obýváku, na které se navíc vejde spíše jen dospělý a jedno dítě, nebo děti, viz přiložené foto. V ostatních recenzích zmíněná stavba (zatím ještě demolice) musí rušit všechny byty s okny do dvora, i když máte zavřená okna, a to už od 6:30, kdy vždy s hlukem přijel demoliční bagr. Světla na dvorku se rozsvěcí na základě pohybového čidla, ale pokoj (číslo 16) měl dva závěsy, jen by se hodil ještě jeden (to se týká obýváku, ložnice je v pořádku).

- Miodrag (10/5): Wonderful - Nice, clean, we had a parking space in the garage which was very important, the place is almost new and the apartment has everything you could need for a short stay. The soundproofing of the apartment is super good. 8 minutes walk by tram number 2 which takes you to the center (journey takes 15, 20 minutes). Also U4 station is nearby across the bridge (less then 10 minutes walk or by bus 11a (only 2 minutes) which stops 150m from the apartment). The neighborhood is super nice and quiet. Things to improve to make it perfect: needs holders for the toilet to hold paper, soap and towels, no table and chairs on the balcony, one more mirror other than the only one in the bathroom... but all in all, we had a good stay.

The location was convenient, it was clean, and the furniture was comfortable.They allowed early check-in We had some issues during our stay. The stove was not working properly and was burning the food very quickly, which made cooking difficult. We booked the place for 10 days for 4 people. Unfortunately, since there was only one key, we accidentally left it inside the apartment. When we contacted the host, they asked for 20 euros to bring a spare key. We agreed. They told us to wait and said it might take some time, so we went out to have coffee nearby. Later, they called and said they would arrive in 10 minutes. Even though we came back immediately, the host only arrived after 40 minutes. When we mentioned that we had been waiting, they told us that it was Saturday and that we should be grateful they came at all. When we reminded them that we had paid for the service, they reacted very rudely, used offensive language, opened the door, refused to take the money, and left while shouting. Afterwards, they called again and warned that if we forgot the key again, they would call a locksmith and charge us 200 euros. This was our fourth time staying at this property. We had always stayed for long periods and never had any problems before. We always left happy. However, after this last experience, we are unlikely to return.

Sound isolation of the apartment is super good. 8 min walk is tram nbr. 2 that takes you in center (it takes 15,20min ride), and also close by acrose a bridge is the U station. Neighborhood is super nice and quiet. Matrees is quite soft, pilows should be changed immidiatly(they are like kids made them in home skills class) and need hooks for toilet to hold paper and soap, no table and chairs on the balcony (not that we would use them cause during our stay there were building works in the yard and lot of dust in the air)but all in all we had good stay
- Branislava (8/5): - Schöne, gepflegte Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet. Ein separates Schlafzimmer und die Möglichkeit, auch im Wohnzimmer zu schlafen. Für vier Personen völlig ausreichend. Etwas weiter vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, daher eine ruhigere Gegend. Gute Anbindung an die Stadt. In der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich auch ein Einkaufszentrum. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Wien und einen Stadtbesuch ist es völlig in Ordnung. Es hat uns ein wenig gestört, dass der relativ große Balkon keine Sitzmöbel hatte, sodass man bei schönem Wetter nicht draußen auf dem Balkon sitzen konnte. Der Balkon war auch ein bisschen vernachlässigt, mit Spinnweben und Staub. Außerdem funktionierte der Fernseher in der Wohnung nicht, so dass wir kein Fernsehen schauen konnten. Im Badezimmer fehlen Haken, um Handtücher nach dem Händewaschen aufzuhängen.

- Iryna (4/5): Некомфортно - Сподобалось, що є безкоштовний паркінг, одразу під будинком, дуже зручно. Поруч зносять будівлю і починається будівництво, тому зранку досить шумно. На сайті вказано апартаменти 60 кв., по факту максимум 40-45 кв.м. В кімнаті був неприємний запах (неначе хтось там постійно палить). Ми замовляли 4 апартаментів на 15 людей і спеціально уточнювали чи вдасться нам з комфортом розміститись, мали спати по двое, по факту дивани в вітальні не підходять для двох, вони досить невеликі. Звернулась до власників, щоб дали якість розкладушки, вони взагалі не намагались вирішити проблему і піти на зустріч. Відповідь: дивани нормальні(((( І простирадла для тих хто спав на дивані були дуже маленькі, неначе дитячі. Також в апартаментах не було кожному комплекту рушників, був або великий, або маленький.

It was really pretty much all good, the only exception was that it really needs to have a microwave oven. Other than that, there wasn’t any thing else that you could possibly ask for or want 😀

- Seçkin (8/5): Ev çok temiz - Oda çok temizdi, otoparka park etmek çok kolay. Check in ve out inanilmaz derecede basitti. Apartman güvenli. Yolun karşısında simitçi ve pizzacı var. Apartman yakınından otobüs geçiyor 11A. Tramvay ve metro da yakın . Çevrede büyük marketler ve yürüyüş yolları var. Şehir merkezine yürüyerek gidemezsiniz ama günlük bilet alarak nerdeyse hiç yürümeden şehri dolaşabilirsiniz. Evde bulaşık ve çamaşır makinesi var. Eşyalar yeni ve yemek pişirmek oldukça kolaydi. Evimiz apartman arasına bakıyordu akşam karanlık olunca aradaki sensörlü lamba yanıyor. Perdeler çok şeffaf ve her ışık yandığında uyanabiliyorsunuz. Bir de salondaki kanepe uyumak için hiç konforlu değil biraz sert.

- Alen (8/5): Došli bi ponovo! Dobar apartman na dobroj lokaciji. - Lokacija - dobar i miran kvart Apartman prostran. Dobra čistoća. Domaćin promptno i ljubazno i uslužno reagira putem maila/poruka. Privatna garaža - izvrsno! Ima perilica za suđe i perilica za rublje uz adekvatne količine tableta. - kod dolaska možda bolje objasniti da se radi o dvojnoj zgradi i uputiti u pravom smjeru - dobro bi došle još neke mogućnosti za vješanje - u hodniku npr. na izlaznim vratima za jakne, u kupatilu za ručnike za lice i ruke... - u wc-u nedostaje mogućnost za objesiti ručnik(e) - u kupaoni je slavina tako montirana da radi "mini poplavu" kod umivanja - šteta radi namještaja, osobnih stvari i općeg dojma - madrac na krevetu daleko premekan, a pomoćni krevet (kauč u dnevnom) isto nije najugodniji (+kauč je oštećen pa stranice padaju) Gore navedeno služi kao prijedlog za poboljšanje ali nije nam zapravo djelovalo na opće zadovoljstvo. Smještaj je zbilja inače ok.

- GNor (5/5): Good, but there are some downsides - Nice, modern and clean apartment at a good location. Also the parking possibility was really good. There were no shades or proper curtains in the window, so in the evening everyone could see us if the lights were on... and I can't imagine during the summer how pleasant it could be to be awakened at 4 am by the sun. Also there's no toilet paper holder of any kind in the toilet.
- Schuberth (9/5): Our stay was very comfortable. It felt like we're home away from home. - I like how the Host communicate with all the information how to enter the property. Even how to get to the city center. That was helpful to us. The apartment is very clean and bright, the sofa bed and the bed are comfortable for our 2night sleep. The kitchen is great, furnitures are perfect. The toilet and bathroom are nice too. Vacuum was available. There's a close grocery store when you need to buy something. There's a nearby bus stop too. My kids wanted to stay longer. It could have been better if there's a Microwave but other than that it was perfect.

It is brand new, stylishly designed, and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean and well thought out, with all necessary amenities provided, including towels and a fully equipped kitchen. The dishwasher is a great added convenience. The spacious terrace is a real highlight and will be perfect for relaxing summer evenings. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view from the window. Parking is excellent and very convenient. The host was attentive and everything was perfectly organized. We truly enjoyed our stay. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.
