• Magda (8/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Einkaufsladen und Strand sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Gerges hat uns bei allen Fragen unterstützt und war sehr hilfsbereit.
• Thorsten (1/5): Leider sehr schmutzig - Die Lage direkt am Eingang zur Marina ist perfekt. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig. George war sehr freundlich, und die Schlüsselübergabe hat, trotz zweimaligen Wechsels der Ankunftszeit unsererseits, perfekt funktioniert. Er betreibt einen Shop im Häuserblock, in welchem sich das Appartement befindet, und ist damit auch persönlich gut erreichbar. Das Treppenhaus wird offenbar aktuell renoviert, kann also nur besser werden. Leider war das Appartement extrem schmutzig. Wir können die anderen Bewertungen, auf welche wir vertraut haben, nicht nachvollziehen. Die Terrassentür war kaum zu benutzen, Die angebotenen Decken für die Betten haben stark gerochen, und die Kopfkisseninlays waren dreckig. Die Küche ist dürftig ausgestattet und völlig verdreckt (Fett und Staub). Das Bidet war einfach ausgebaut ohne die Rohre zu verschließen. Durch die Scheiben konnte man kaum durchschauen und alles war spakig und staubig. Wir hatten 4 Nächte gebucht, nach der ersten aber bei Booking.com um Stornierung und Kostenerstattung gebeten und sind dann ausgezogen.

• Khaled (7/5): Nice stay in a central location - Property location is awesome u are close to all the attractions not only the marina. The organizer is friendly and helpful. The appartment was clean and the air conditioning works well The property needs to be supplied with more kitchen kitchenware
• Mohamed (8/5): It is outside marina - Eventhough it is outside marina but Perfect location few steps to marina, flat is clean, special thanks to Mr. Zak, very supportive. The Only problem it is outside marina and since we was not couples they restricted us to go inside marina, it has nothing to do with the property but you need to keep in your mind that it is outside marina coz all pics shows marina the property doesn't cheat at all they adding map clearly but if you doesn't know Hurghada very well you will not be able to understand this, otherwise the property deserve 10+ rating.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Huge apoartment with fantastic view, neighborhood under construction. - Huge space for 6 tourists with balcony view literally on starting point for most tours. I like self made breakfasts on the balcony The appartment is functional but also unfinished. Bathroom lacking a shelve for the shower, toilet cover detaching, main doors still in protective plastic. Entire building is under construction so you jer some Tutanhammon drilling between 8 and 9 pm for some mad reason, depends on his mood. Not all equipmwnt is new. Water boiler is small, this might be insufficient for more than 2 persons.
• Amr😊 (10/5): Loved it - The view and location are really great, the apartment is clean and well furnished, comfortable, staff were friendly. There was no microwave and that was a little inconvenient, also a room out of 3 rooms was missing air conditioner but had 2 fans. Else was all great.
