• Nathalie (8/5): - Appartement parfaitement situé, avec du charme et du cachet. Hôte particulièrement disponible et serviable.Tout le confort. Rapport qualité prix très correct. Petit bémol sur la propreté et l'humidité notamment dans l'espace sanitaire.
• Giovanni (7/5): Posizione perfetta e host gentile, ma serve più attenzione alla pulizia - L’appartamento si trova in una posizione davvero comoda: vicino al centro e a pochi passi da Plaza de España, ma allo stesso tempo lontano dal rumore e dal caos. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche due supermercati molto pratici per qualsiasi necessità. Sebastian, il proprietario, è stato molto gentile e disponibile, tanto da offrirci delle salviette fresche a metà settimana, gesto che abbiamo molto apprezzato. L’unica nota negativa riguarda purtroppo la pulizia, che andrebbe sicuramente migliorata. Abbiamo trovato alcuni oggetti lasciati dai precedenti ospiti, come elastici per capelli sporchi, un pettine, flaconi vuoti di shampoo e sapone, oltre a un piumino macchiato. Anche le lenzuola non davano una sensazione di grande freschezza. Peccato, perché l’appartamento è davvero carino e la posizione è ottima. Anche il giardinetto potrebbe essere curato un po’ di più per rendere l’esperienza ancora migliore.

• Joanna (8/5): - Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanko, fajnie urządzone. Wszystko co potrzebne jest (suszarka do włosów, żelazko, klimatyzacja,mikrofalówka, lodówka, czajnik, kuchenka) a nawet oczyszczacz powietrza bo jednak trochę czuć wilgocią. Pościel to tylko poszewka ale ponieważ była klimatyzacja nie było to problemem. Dla 5 osób było w sam raz.

• Karol (9/5): Pierwszy raz w Hiszpanii - Dobra lokalizacja, nie daleko do centrum, blisko sklepy, parki, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, miłym dodatkiem były polskie książki. ☺️ W obiekcie czysto, miło, komfortowo, przyjemnie się jadło obiad na patio. Okolica spokojna, łóżko wygodne. Przeciekający klimatyzator cieknący po ścianie i na kanapę. Średni kontakt z właścicielem, nie odpisywał na wszystkie wiadomości

• Rodrigo (6/5): A bit below my expectations... - The apartment is spacious and located in a good neighborhood. It can accommodate 4 people. There are good buses connections nearby, but you can even walk to the city center (15 min). Many shops are located in the area. There is a little external area with a dinning table and a place to dry clothes. It's very useful to have a wash machine - all the appliances seemed new. The hot water and the shower worked very well and this was important in a week where the temperature went under 10 degrees celsius. The check-in procedure was a bit too impersonal. There was only the instruction to pick the key in a key-box, but nothing about the house and its appliances. We saw some electronic devices inside the apartment (like small fans and something that looked like a dehumidifier) we got no explanation of why and how to use them. Some of them were just thrown on the floor. A bit more organisation of the space would be good. When we arrived, the electric plug to turn on the internet model was absent. We had to call the host to bring it back to the apartment, since we needed internet to do some teleworking. We believe that the apartment should always be checked for the basic things before a new booking starts. I was very disappointed to know that I could not prepare a coffee in the apartment, because the cook-top works with induction and the italian moka was not compatible. The box of the shower didn't have a door, so some water leaked outside the bathroom every time we took a shower. The apartment and the entrance hall smelled like mold, given the fact that there is no ventilation and no sunlight in the ground floor. So be aware that the rooms 1 and 2 are not bright and not well ventilated.
