From the moment I toured the place, I was impressed by the bright, open layout and the abundance of natural light pouring through the large windows. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to local cafes, parks, and public transit, making daily life a breeze. The landlord was incredibly responsive—answering my questions promptly. If you're looking for a comfortable, hassle-free rental in a vibrant neighborhood, I highly recommend it.

• Daša (10/5): We were very satisfied. The price for the accomodation is fair. - The location was perfect and had a very nice transport connection to city center. The apartment was very close to Navigli street by walking. The apratment was cosy and offered all the neccesary things,which you need for your holidays.

• Hussain (1/5): - The property has many room and is spacious. On top of that the building has a lift so it is good for families. Property is very dirty and the furniture is old and quite damaged.
• Raquel (1/5): Unacceptable - Well connected with trams and buses but not exactly in navigli. Mauro was overall nice, he let us check in 2 hours before. I was traveling with my family, we arrived after a long flight to find out the shower didn’t work well. You could either get boiling hot water for 15 seconds or freezing cold. I felt very bad because I was traveling with my 80 years old dad and he cannot shower with cold water. The beds were not proper beds, they were parts of mattresses together, one was made of 2 pieces of broken mattress the other ones were really old. The beds themselves made a lot of noise because they were completely broken. The freezer door was also broken, they only left 2 toilet rolls (I booked for 5 people, 2 nights), there was also no hand soap. I read another review that the microwave and washing machine didn’t work either, so I didn’t even try to use them. Saying it has a kitchen without leaving kitchen appliances that work is just pointless. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was poor. Pay more and stay somewhere where you can actually shower and sleep. It is a shame because the apartment it’s actually nice, but just disrespectful for guests to rent something that’s completely uncomfortable and useless. Don’t stay at this property!

• Maleeha (5/5): Overall great stay, clean apartmentbut very noisy. - The location is great and the apartment is clean and as described. Only dislike would be the noise outside there is no sound proof window. It felt we were literally outside. Had to use noise cancellation airpods for sleep. The instructions to receiving the keys were also a bit confusing, I was able to manage but if you are with family or elderly it will be a hassle.

In the dishwasher we found plates after the last guests. Very loud beds, they were squeaking with every move. Windows didn’t close fully so it was cold in the apartment.

• Morales (4/5): Not recommended - The location of the apartment. Despite having both air conditioning and a fan, the apartment remained uncomfortably warm, making it impossible to rest. Additionally, the apartment felt too small for five people. However, the most disappointing aspect was the host’s behavior. When we complained about the air conditioning and the fan, the host dismissed our concerns, claiming they were working perfectly several times. Even worse, they suggested that we simply open the windows because it was raining outside. As paying guests, we found this response disrespectful, especially considering that air conditioning was supposed to be included in the service.

• Gerson (9/5): Nice experience - The place was really cozy and confortable. I would it was a really nice experience. Any problem we had, Franceso was helping and aswering really fast. Romulo metro estation is pretty close, just 15min walking or you can take a bus. Was really dificult to control the bathroom temperature. It was too hot or too cold. Sometimes, it when we enter to the appartment it smelled a bit of gas, but nothing really crucial.

• Dan (9/5): Clean comfy apartment near navigli and tram to duomo - The apartment is sizable and clean. Good location. Walking distance 15 Mins to Navigli area to dine and shop. 30 mins walk to duomo and 15 mins walk to nearby metro station. There is a tram stop right below to duomo. Supermarket and cafe and restaurants nearby. Great hosts and very responsive. Dishwasher and washing machine included. We had no hot water shower for 2 days but Francesco and Marcello were really responsive and tried to solve the problem Immediately. Francesco came on the same day to fix the problem but he couldn’t so they arrange a tech person to come as soon as possible. The tram ran till late and because the stop was below ,we could hear the trams run by at night and mornings. There is also a church at the back that rings the bell from 7 am onwards everyday and every 30 mins thereafter.

• Diego (9/5): Excellent option to visit Milan! - The location is great. You have a bus in front of the door that takes you to the city center in 10 minutes. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Excellent to rest for the next day. The temperature of the shower is too difficult to control: too hot or too cold. The rest was perfect.

• Olga (7/5): Nice apartment, but too hot in summer - Good location and a beautiful property. There were two weak conditioners in the property and considering scorching heat in summer, it was unlovable. We woke up sweating. Other than that, if we came in fall, it would probably be a great stay.

• Dzhoana (2/5): Very poor - The location is good- around 30 min walk to Duomo, 10 min to a metro station. 1. NEVER DO LATE CHECK-IN there. There is a huge FEE that was unexpected. The host was rushing us to come and our flight was delayed. We didn’t even know whether we will have the place to stay the night we had paid. 2. It was very noisy- you are on the street and you can’t sleep normally. 3. The bed was squeaking- very noisy and uncomfortable 4. It was at all clean
• Maria (9/5): Superb - Our family, 5 adults and a small dog stayed for 3 nights. This was not our first stay in the Navigli area but the first place that we definitely will book again if available for our next visit! The owner met us when we arrived and was very helpful and friendly, much appreciated. Location is perfect, superstore just around the corner, bakeries and coffeehouses next to the apartment. Not far to walk to the center of Navigli and a couple of kilometers to city center and Duomo.

The apartment itself was so clean, charming & convenient. Walking distance from nearly everything & accessible to transportation. The location makes for a sense of home rather than a tourist scene. • Rachel (9/5): Great apartment in a good location - would use again. - Great location, plenty of space, very light and bright, the sights and sounds of the trams makes you feel like you are in the thick of it! As an English traveller a kettle would have been great!

• Monaf (10/5): Cozy stay in an authentic neighborhood - The location is really good. The apartment is clean, cozy and well decorated! Every bed is comfortable. Both balconies have a nice authentic view. The only tip that we have is that the shower should be replaced with a newer one. The water pressure is really weak.
• Nabil (9/5): Superb - very convenient and decent price for the location so close to the canals where there are lots of spots for food and drinks. Trams are also right outside the apartment to get into central. The hose was also very accommodating and even gave us a list of recommendations for different things to do, where to eat, etc. There would be no harm if the beds were comfier but for the location and price it was definitely worth it regardless.
