A propriedade localiza-se perto da estação de comboios de Guangzhounahn, contudo os acessos não estão assinalados e são bastante confusos, fazendo com que o percurso demore uns 15/20 minutos a pé. Excelente pequeno-almoço. Óptima relação qualidade-preço. Acredito que tenha sido um acaso, mas havia alguns distúrbios na recepção, causados por alguns hóspedes pós-noitada. Pode acontecer em qualquer hotel, mas o assunto poderia ter sido tratado fora do lobby da recepção. Também não deveria ser permitido fumar vape na recepção do hotel, muito menos junto ao balcão de atendimento. Embora sorridentes e simpáticos, os funcionários não eram fluentes em inglês, o que dificultou a comunicação.

• Pedro (7/5): Great room, but the location could be better. - The room was great and the beds were very comfy. The bathroom was also great. It's very easy to get a Didi or a taxi from the hotel, so you can get anywhere relatively fast by car. The hotel isn't as close to the Railway Station as the name would suggest (it required a 15/20 minutes walk). Also, be advised that most of the staff are not very fluent in English.

• Chun Wah (9/5): A good bargain price for this stay. - The hotel gives a good impression of a modern concept of how to run a hotel with modern service delivering robot. A good gemmick. The reception gives a good welcome impression and greet people when they have time, so you feel welcome also after check-in and out and also when you are collecting luggage they store for you after check-out later. The young receptionist that gives advices regarding nearby convient stores and restaurants or takeaway. Customercare that are really admireable. I will be back, if I get the chance again and follow your progress. The TV giving information to the guests, could be in English for international guests. But if most guests are chinese it will make sense. As Cantonese I hope you will keep having staff speaking cantonese for us visiting Guangzhou, as it gave me a joy of speaking local.

Also the free buffet and free shuttle bus during the Canton fair time was a wonderful idea. Maybe you can add some more international things to the menu for the breakfast or some international channels to tv. Also having a pool will make you more likely.
