• Iaia_travel (6/5): Well equipped but too noisy - The location is great — just a few minutes’ walk from Los Cristianos and close to everything you might need. The apartment is well equipped, with a fully functional kitchen that makes it easy to cook every day. It’s also very convenient for families, with plenty of useful items such as a baby cot, high chair, and blackout curtains. Check-in was smooth, and the pool in the complex is nice and often without people. A few minor things: unfortunately for the first few days there was construction work going on, and we hadn’t been informed in advance. Even though it stopped later and after complaining we were offered an alternative, it ruined the first days for us. Also, the shower drain was partially blocked and emptied very slowly and communication with the property manager wasn't friendly The biggest issue, however, was the noise: the apartment is on the first floor and the bedroom faces the garbage area where the waste collection happens at all hours of the night [2am, 4am] and restaurant empty their bin late in the evening making almost impossible to sleep.
• Iwona (1/5): Pobyt tu to była tragedia – gorąco, duszno i głośno - W mieszkaniu absolutnie nic. Jedyna fajna rzecz, to że na terenie obiektu był basen, dość mały, ale nawet ok. Klucze do mieszkania znajdują się w skrzynce do której dostajesz PIN, ale uwaga – żeby dojść do skrzynki musisz dwa razy przejść przed drzwi do których trzeba mieć chip, a ty go nie masz! Dostajesz instrukcję, że masz sobie poczekać, aż ktoś akurat będzie wychodzić i wejść. Tylko, że my czekaliśmy ponad godzinę, na strasznym upale, bo nikt akurat nie przechodził. Zaczęliśmy machać do ludzi i prosić żeby nas wpuścili, a oni patrzą na nas jak na złodziei – no bo jeśli wynająłeś to nie powinieneś dostać kluczy? Wejście do wynajętego apartamentu w ogóle nie powinno tak wyglądać, że prosisz się obcych ludzi, żeby cię wpuścili, bo nie dostałeś chipa do bramy. Mieszkanie jest na parterze, a jego okna wychodzą na śmietniki, które są zaraz obok. I przez cały dzień towarzyszy ci dźwięk tłuczonego szkła. Bo cały czas ktoś to szkło wrzuca. A potem kilka razy dziennie i kilka razy w nocy jeżdżą śmieciarki. Zasnąłeś, a tu o pierwszej w nocy budzi cię śmieciarka i znowu dźwięk szkła, bo je wywozi. Potem o 5 rano znowu śmieciarka, a jak już myślisz, że może jeszcze zaśniesz, to o 6 rano przyjeżdża myjka i ciśnieniowo myje przez pół godziny te śmietniki. Wiecie jakie to wycie jest tej ciśnieniowej myjki? Do mieszkania od południa aż do wieczora mocno świeci słońce, nie ma żadnych porządnych rolet żeby się od tego słońca odgrodzić. Są tylko słabe, cienkie, materiałowe zasłonki, które niewiele dają. Są wiatraczki, ale słabe, dlatego mieszkanie bardzo się nagrzewa i w ogóle nie udaje się go schłodzić. Okna zostawiasz otwarte, żeby choć trochę było chłodniej, ale dobija cię hałas od śmieciarek. Pobyt tu to była tragedia – gorąco, duszno i głośno. Po powrocie do domu pochorowaliśmy się, z niewyspania i zmęczenia, także trzeba było wziąć urlop, żeby się wyleczyć i odpocząć po bardzo nieudanych wakacjach.

• helena (9/5): - Todo muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para pasar bastantes días. Urbanización tranquila. Ventiladores, cocina muy completa incluso con lavavajillas, cama cómoda, piscina estupenda, y baño bastante amplio. Solo para que la gente sepa que se encuentra al lado de la feria y se celebra la primera semana de septiembre. Por lo demás, se oye ruido de la calle bastante y es algo caluroso si duermes con todo cerrado. Pero como cualquier apartamento que no tiene aire.

The complex was quiet and clean. 2 beach chairs and beach towels Uncomfortable sofa. Small and very soft pillows. Antique TV without acces to streaming networks or internet.
• Andreea (10/5): Nice accommodation - The apartment was very clean equipped with everything you need, just perfect for a family. We had also a highchair. The location is very good, just a few minutes to the beach and to the restaurants/shops area. It was also very helpful to have parking places available inside the complex. There is also a pool inside the complex (we didn’t use it). We felt just like home. Nothing
• Turcanu (9/5): Superb - The location was great, in the center of the city, close to the beach, restaurants and parking inside the complex, Eleonora is the best host, she helped us every time, and we appreciated that we found a bottle of cold water in the fridge and bottle of wine. The apartment is very clean and maintained in good condition. The pool was very clean. thank you, we will come again.
