Britta (8/5): Tolle Lage, große, helle Wohnung mit Dachterrasse, sehr gutes WLAN - Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, fußläufig zum Wasserbahnhof und zur Altstadt. Sie ist angenehm groß und hell mit schöner Dachterrasse. Die Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Es war angenehm warm, auch bei kühleren Temperaturen. Das WLAN ist super. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer sehr gut. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter per Mail oder Telefon. Kleine Schönheitsreparaturen sind nötig, wie z.B. Fußboden im Bad

Birgit (1/5): Grottig, nie wieder - Die Optik ist schön Schimmel im Badezimmer, sehr laute Geräusche vom Dach, die Wohnung war EISKALT (14 Grad), Parkplatz ist Glückssache, wenn man Pech hat muss man weit laufen.

Tobias (3/5): Not so nice place - The apartment was supposed to be renovated but it was rather run down. The referred renovation is more a cheap makeover. Cheap materials for the floors stood out. Apartment is almost presented as something luxurious but it is not. Neighborhood is just a lot of dull houses and the apartment building itself suffers from water leaks (structural damage) that should be fixed.

Subkhan (10/5): - Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort, einer Küche mit sämtlichem notwendigen Geschirr, einem großen Kühlschrank und einem sehr sauberen Badezimmer, in dem es sogar eine Badewanne gibt – was man heutzutage nur noch selten findet. Da es sich um ein Altbauhaus handelt, gibt es keinen Aufzug und das Treppenhaus ist relativ schmal, was mit kleinen Kindern nicht sehr bequem ist.

Dirk (9/5): - Wirklich schöne Wohnung und tolle Lage. War alles gut vorbereitet und das Schlafsofa schon aufgebaut, in der Küche war alles da, was man für ein paar Tage braucht.
