• Tímea (10/5): The apartment is comfortable, equipped, beautiful view of the sea, you can see the sunset perfectly. - There is a very good supermarket nearby, 2 minutes walk away. It can be conveniently reached from the airport without changing, by bus x96. There are several buses and trams available to reach the center.
• valentina (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Athens! The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host was extremely helpful and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect — close to public transport, restaurants, and local attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Athens and would definitely stay here again!
• Karel (1/5): Awful. - Aircon was not fully functioning, which in hot Greek summer is not good. Also the appartament is next to busy road (which I knew before), but at night you cannot open the window because of the noise. So not working aircon and closed window is terrible combo. There are cockroaches. Balcony was dirty and not wiped in weeks. Bathroom gutter can get really smelly. EDIT (9th September 2025) - I am not responsible to fix property during my vacation - I am paying for the property to be 100% ready, I am not paying for my stay to spend time fixing flat for the owner - especially if they knew about complaints about AC from people staying in the flat before me (clearly did not care to fix it). My review is fully in line with flat reviews prior my stay - go and check. I would not change a single thing on my review. I hope the owner fixed everything (also the cleanliness - so the cockroaches hopefully are gone).

• Balázs (5/5): I enjoyed my stay but I'm glad I'm back home - The bed was comfy and clean View: The view is wonderful, you can see the sunset and far into the see and nearby hills. It's really stunning. Kitchen equipment: We had everything we needed. There is a sufficient amount of cutlery, mugs, cups, pans, kettle, sandwich maker. A microwave would have been useful because you can only heat up your food in a pan. Also a sharp knife is a must if you're planning to cook. Seems freshly renovated: The place seems to be renovated and it is pretty. It has clean painted walls and I just had a modern feeling. Motorized shades: There are motorized shades for all windows, and mosquito nets as well. There is also a big motorized sunshade for the balcony so the afternoon sun doesn't directly shine into the flat. Location: The place is 3 minutes away from the beach (free and paid in the same location, you can rent sunbeds for 15 EUR/day) and 3 minutes from the tram which takes you to the town. Acropolis is about 45 minutes away. There is a big store nearby and a really good bakery. There are also convenience stores and small kiosks on the road almost everywhere. ROACHES: The common area and the flat has roaches (American roaches - very big and can fly). We had to fight them for the last 4 days of our stay and we saw a few on the staircase as well. They came from holes in the kitchen furniture and from behind the washing machine so covering the drains didn't help. The house and the owner should increase the frequency of the exterminations significantly. AC doesn't work properly: While there is an AC, its power feels reduced. Maybe it needs maintenance or a refill of the gas, because it struggled to keep the temperature below 22-23. It helped a lot for sure, but I'm not sure it's functioning properly. The whole place was little dirty (dusty), vacuuming and mopping doesn't really help, it needs a deep cleaning. The dust from the nearby road is unavoidable, so prepare for black dust on the floor and your belongings. This is a downside of the location itself but I think for that view, it's a fair trade to make. The windows look to a 6 lane road which is quite noisy even with the windows closed and even in the night. Maybe multi layer windows would help. The owner only answers via booking messages, they don't pick up the phone number (nor will they call you back) given by booking for this accommodation, so if something is urgent, you have to wait for them to answer on booking. Although, every message I sent on booking was answered fast and adequate. All in all, I think this is a really cool little flat in a great location and it has a lot of potential. I think solving these small problems could make it a 10/10 apartment.

• Attila (10/5): wonderful apartment by the sea - The view is indeed breathtaking, we enjoyed our morning coffee on the terracce wathing the see and the marine traffic in the distance. The apartment is well equipped and clean, lots of storage spaces for clothes. Tram station is 3 mins walk, approx. 30 mins ride to Syntagma Square but you can also take a tram to Pireus. Beach is accross the street, grocery store and caffé nearby. We had a nice couple of days in the apartment and would love to stay there again.

• Diamantis (10/5): Exactly what we wanted - I liked the view and the location. It was small but cozy and exactly what we needed for our stay. I stayed with my wife and my 5 year old daughter and it was perfect.
• Mia (10/5): I was traveling alone so it was perfect for me if I wanted to swim or travel to other areas near by. - The view is amazing! The way the bed is situated I woke up to a view of the sea every morning. The apartment was very clean. And the beach was right across the street. The tram stop was about a five minute walk and only about a 15 to 20 minute ride into city center. The only downside was the traffic on the Main Street in front of the apartment is a little loud.
