Segundo eles o quarto estava sem luz. Nos direcionaram para outro hotel de nível inferior onde ficamos 2 noites. Só ficamos hospedados no hotel uma única noite. O hotel não nos cobrou as diárias e fizeram os traslados gratuitamente no intuito de minimizar o problema mas nossa estadia em Zhangjiajie poderia ter sido melhor se tivéssemos ficado os 3 dias no hotel que escolhemos.

The resort is located in a beautiful and peaceful setting, making it a perfect place to relax after visiting the stunning sights of Zhangjiajie. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Doudou, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Assistance with transport arrangements, practical information, and anything else we needed during our visit was always handled quickly and professionally. This really made our stay smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. /
Abigail (8/5): Room was clean and great. - Our butler Dou Dou (豆豆） was very responsive, helpful before and during the trip. He helped me to arrange the itinerary, buy tickets to the attractions and got the car if I needed one, his service was 5 out of 5. I’m a light sleeper so I can hear when the doors closed and the housekeepers or guests are going in and out of other rooms in the morning during breakfast time from 7am onwards. Walls are soundproof so rest assured.

Round trip airport-hotel-airport -Free transfer. Perfect rooms with all the necessary items included. Information support about the local sightseeings! I was really disappointed with the restaurant stuff and European kitchen. No elementary English knowledge, dishes have been cooked during more than 40 minutes, and they were not so delicious.

The room was tame and comfortable with a generous terrace overlooking the mountains and lush greenery with magical mist coming and going. The staff were extremely helpful with Pan helping plan all our activities and responding so quickly to our needs. Emily and the other staff were so friendly and interpersonal making us feel at home. Both breakfast and coffee were great and the massages at the end of out stay was fantastic. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay! We loved everything!
Elisha (10/5): Our housekeeper Pan was more than accommodating in facilitating our stay, helping us look into tours, and being on top o - We came to celebrate our honeymoon and the experience was phenomenal. They arranged for pick up/drop off services from the train station, had laundry machines and detergent, and even picked up our baggage from the previous hotel so that we could get an early start on our day. Our housekeeper Pan was more than accommodating in facilitating our stay, helping us look into tours, and being on top of communication. The meals were wonderful and the esthetic can’t be beat. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to decompress from all the adrenaline Zhangjiajie provides.

Zhiying (10/5): Unprecedent experience close to nature - Location is amazing! Well hidden inside the mountains and surrounded by nature. Rooms are clean and with a view directly to the mountains and you don’t need to worry anyone passing in front of your window. The staffs are welcoming and friendly, especially Robin (罗彬) who has been super friendly to try to meet all our demands and made our trip better! The breakfast provides a variety of choices. The lunch and dinner are also delicious and provide authentic local dishes! This area is super humid but they provide washing machine and dryers for customers to keep the clothes clean and they change towels everyday (I mean some hotels leave customers to choose if we want to change towels or not when we stay for more than 1 night)

Anton (10/5): Magical getaway - The most amazing 2 nights. The resort is located in the mountains and the views are spectacular. The room is spacious and had a beautiful deck we could sit and view the snowfilled trees and mountains. The service is exceptional - Robin and his team went out of their way to make it a great experience. They collected us at the train station and was on duty to take us back - 6:15 in the morning! They arranged all our daily excursions as well and all worked out 100% Difficult to say - food menu a bit limited.

Персонал почти не говорит по-английски, но через переводчик договориться было можно. Все доброжелательные, уборка хорошая, питание тоже. Мы остались очень довольны! Недостатков не заметили

Алексей (10/5): - Отличное место. Все просто идеально. Нас забрали на комфортном автомобиле из города Чжанцзяцзе и привезли в отель бесплатно. И отвезли обратно на вокзал также. У нас был прекрасный номер. Прекрасный ужин и прекрасный завтрак. Вид великолепный. Территория отеля шикарная. Бассейн отличный. Всё было просто идеально. Рекомендую. Стоит своих денег.

Suet Wa (10/5): Luxurious and peaceful country retreat - The country retreat is conveniently located on a farm about a 20 minute drive from the main gate of Zhangjiajie National Park. The hotel offers complimentary pick up and drop off from the train station and the main gate of the National Park so we did not have any issues getting around. The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated and we woke up to views of the mountains. It was lovely to retire back to our hotel after a busy day at the crowded National Park. The hotel also had a swimming pool for guests. The weather was cold during our stay so we did not need to use the pool to cool off. The farm grows its own rice and raises its own ducks. The ducks roaming around the farm are a fun sight to see. The hotel restaurant serves simple and delicious Chinese and western cuisine. They also had a professional coffee machine and made us complimentary coffees to order daily. Every night, the hotel cooks sweet potatoes and other local cakes and snacks on a large grill for guests to enjoy. We can not thank Robin / Luobin enough for taking care of us during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and peaceful retreat in the mountains when visiting Zhangjiajie. None

Katharine (10/5): Country Retreats Zhangjiajie Manson Resort is a must stay if you're visiting the Avatar Mountains! - Hands down, this is the best property in the area and conveniently located to the National Forest. We loved our well appointed zen-like room, the stunning pool overlooking the mountains, the super yummy food and especially the staff. Pan Pan made our stay and experience one of the best we've had. He arranged our transportation and an English speaking guide, Joy (who was the BEST!), all for a very reasonable fee!! Keep up the good work!
Karolina (10/5): Best Boutique Hotel in the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - This place it is amazing!! Modern, very clean, excellent food. Location and views are breathtaking! The staff are extremly accomodating and helpful, they arranged and helped us to make our staying out of this world! Especially Annie and Robin were super professional and kind.

yulia (10/5): Все было идеально! Очень красивые места и шикарный отель. - Отель просто великолепный. Понравилось абсолютно все! Красивая локация в горах , в которую гармонично вписан отель. Продумано все до мелочей. Интерьеры, ландшафтный дизайн. Все очень эстетично, красиво, стильно , комфортно. Красивые номера , минбар в котором напитки входят в стоимость. Дорогая французская косметика, фен Дайсон, красивый местный фарфоровый сервиз для чаепития, высокогорный дорогой чай в мин баре, мягкие тапочки и халат. В отеле можно находиться , никуда не выезжая , настолько там все красиво и комфортно. К каждому гостю представлен персональный butler, который помогает во всем- организация экскурсий , что бы распределить время пребывания так, что бы посетить максимум достопримечательностей. Заказ такси, ужины. Огромное спасибо Doudou и Annie за то, как они спланировали и организовали нашу поездку! Все было идеально , нам помогали во всем 24 часа в сутки. Такого уровня сервиса я не встречала в Китае нигде. Понравилось в е абсолютно, жалко только , что нужно было уезжать. Планируйте 7-10 дней! В этом регионе слишком много красоты!
David (10/5): - The location is stunning, nestles among the peaks of the Zhangjiajie National Forest. The property is beautifully maintained with luxurious rooms and plenty of spots for great photos among rice paddies, barley fields, and a reflective infinity pool. Robin (Luo Bin) was incredibly helpful and friendly and set us up with a day trip into the park. The team also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport in a luxury van. All around great trip!
Hilel (10/5): Le meilleur séjour que j’ai pu passer - Séjour plus qu’extraordinaire dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont très propres et la vue est d’un autre monde. Les photos ne peuvent pas rendre justice au lieu tellement qu’il est magnifique. Il faut le voir de nos propres yeux. La piscine nickel avec une vue époustouflante. Une navette est venue nous récupérer avec une communication très simple. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et la carte du restaurant est variée. Le confort digne d’un restaurant de luxe avec une literie parfaite et des équipements au top. Pan Pan a été notre concierge tout le long du séjour. Il a su nous diriger à la perfection pour profiter de la ville. Son aide nous a été très précieuse et grâce à lui le séjour s’est déroulé de manière impeccable. Il est d’une gentillesse et d’un dévouement sans nom et je l’en remercie encore. Nous avons pu communiquer avec lui tout le séjour et il a su répondre à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de connaissance et de patience. Sans lui le séjour n’aurait pas été le même ! Le personnel… je n’ai jamais eu affaire à une équipe aussi gentille, serviable et aimable. Ils sont comme une grande famille ce qui fait qu’on se sent très vite chez soi. Nous partons la tête pleine de souvenirs grâce à eux. Ils ont rendu l’expérience unique et inoubliable de par leurs qualités et leur convivialité inégalable. Rien tout était parfait

Jean-Pierre (9/5): Un séjour magique dans un lieu authentique loin du monde mais proche des sites de Zhangjiajie - Un lieu magique et authentique, de grand confort, au milieu de la campagne, des champs de riz et des activités agraires. Le champ du coq, les ruches et la récolte de riz dans un cadre magnifique. Le service n'est pas à la hauteur de ce lieu de grande classe et du prix élevé de l’hébergement. C'est dommage mais probablement en amélioration.

Maurizio (10/5): Bella struttura immersa nella natura - Posizione eccesionale, a 15 minuti dalla città ma immersa nel verde e nalla natura. Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza più autentica della cina rispetto a stare nella città che è molto turistica. Struttura molto bella inaugurata nel 2025. Anche se non parlano inglese, si riesce a comunicare bene con le app di traduzione. Pan Pan, il nostro contatto ci ha aiutato tantissimo per organizzare le escursioni. La qualità della cena, per i nostri gusti, può essere migliorata

Julia (10/5): Божественный отель и сервис! - Самый лучший отель в Чжанцзяцзе! Мы бронировали в этом отеле 3 дня чтобы успеть посмотреть горы в разных локациях и наше лучшее решение было выбрать именно этот отель! Сервис просто космический! Администратор отеля Дуду и его менеджер сделали все возможное чтобы сделать наш отдых максимально комфортным и расслабленным. Шикарный трансфер из аэропорта на прекрасной машине, по приезду нам налили освежающего пива и мы отлично поужинали. У мужа было день рождения и нам красиво украсили номер. Сам номер также заслуживает всяческих похвал - есть терраса с роскошным видом, великолепная кровать, косметика в номере и постельное белье класса люкс, тишина и только звуки природы- все способствовало отдыху после экскурсии в горах. Также в отеле нам помогли найти прекрасного гида Муанин, и забронировали и купили билеты на все локации что мы хотели. Красивый ужин с потрясающим видом на горы и отличный бассейн у которого можно расслабиться в солнечные дни! В общем наши искренние рекомендации выбора этого отеля. Кстати наш маршрут также рекомендую: 1 день горы Аватара, 2 день Гранд каньон и 3 день Небесные врата. В горах Аватара однозначно нужен гид, иначе можно не посмотреть все что хотелось бы или потерять кучу времени, другие 2 локации можно спокойно посетить самостоятельно
