• María (9/5): Unos días en Roma - El apartamento es impecable, tal cual las fotos. Cómodo, cocina con todo lo necesario . Atención de café, té, sal, etc. Luigi nos aguardo a la llegada y respondía rápido a las consultas. Deja un manual con recomendaciones y sugerencias tales como supermercados. El balcón es muy agradable para desayunar o tomar algo. El barrio es tranquilo Hay varios ómnibus a 5 minutos a pie y la estación de metro está como a 10 - 15 minutos andando. Ir a Termini o cualquier punto de atracción turístico te lleva al menos media hora de transporte. (Para tenerlo en cuenta).
• Ieva (8/5): Very clean big appartment with nice neighbourhood - Very nice location near Roma Tuscolana station and 1 minute from buss stop. Neighbourhood is friendly with plenty of nice restaurants and bars around. The appartment is exceptionaly clean and big - 2 rooms, comfortable kitchen with all you need, and bathroom. The view from 4th floor balcony on the street is excellent. There are beautiful public park just a 5-minutes walk away. Sometimes wifi on the bedroom wasn't work smoothly. We enjoyed our stay but we just have few suggestions: the building main entrance door lock was stiff and difficult to operate. The bedrooms' pillows were very firm. Not all guests prefer firm pillows, so we suggest offering a softer alternative.

Достаточно удобная транспортная доступность, автобусная остановка 50 метров, в центр 25-30 минут. Рядом супермаркет, местная кофейня с оч. вкусными бриошами и кофе. Исторических красот в районе нет, зато можно ощутить жизнь настоящего не туристического Рима. было бы отлично увеличить скорость интернета, сейчас очень медленный.

• Bucarizza (10/5): - Everything was spotless and so comfortable. All appliances looked new and we were spoilt with extras such as olive oil, coffee capsules, shampoo, etc that our host Luigi provided. The apartment has a small balcony with a table and two chairs which we enjoyed. The location is excellent as the Tuscolana Station and bus stops are within easy walking distance. We felt so fortunate that we found this accommodation and landlord. Leaving
• Mark (9/5): Great place to stay! Would recommend for anyone coming to Rome. - It’s a very large and well kept place! It has a full kitchen and bathroom with a washer machine as well! The room was comfortable and had AC, which was great. It was exceptionally clean and easy to get around Rome from this location as there was bus stations very close by. N/A
• Recmanová (10/5): Exceptional - This is an incredibly nice and welcoming place in a neighbourhood in Rome and that isn't touristy but still very close to the metro that ( unlike buses in Rome ) works very well and will take you anywhere in max. 30mins. Close you will find lovely bars, shops, parks... The house was extremely clean, equipped with everything one could possibly need. It looks exactly like on the pictures : a bright, completely new apartment. Everything was great

• Huang (10/5): Good position, clean space, useful facilities. - Friendly and responsive host. In a walking distance from the subway station. Every thing is well prepared including laundry, coffee and microwave oven. The recommended places in the house manual is definitely worth trying.
