• MARCO ANTONIO (9/5): Funcionabilidad - El alojamiento está equipado con todos los elementos en cocina, baño y habitaciones, para estadías largas y cortas, lo que lo hace muy funcional y práctico cuando se quiere hacer algo de comer. Lo tiene todo. Adicionalmente el personal siempre está pendiente de las necesidades que tengas, busca soluciones prontas y acordes a las situaciones , excelente disponibilidad. Lo único que tengo que decir es la graduación de la temperatura del agua caliente en la ducha. Aunque estos sistemas son un poco diferentes en mi país de origen.

• Caris (3/5): Clean but absolutely not worth the stress, cost, or discomfort - avoid if you want a relaxing stay. - Flat was clean, bed suitable for one night. • Parking was misleading, £17 per night for one car, not mentioned upfront • We were later forced to pay again for alternative parking 15 minutes away, just to be able to leave in the morning due to being completely blocked in by a marathon • No refund was given for the unusable on-site parking we had already paid for • £300 security deposit required after booking, along with excessive contracts and terms to sign • The host refused to let us cancel twice, once with two weeks’ notice after learning about the marathon, and again after we found out there were no exit routes at all during the event • The shower didn’t work properly, no hot water, broken temperature dial, and a constant, loud drip that made sleeping difficult • The flat was freezing at night, with no working heating provided • The sofa bed was painfully uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping on at all • The property was extremely difficult to locate, even with the directions provided • Overall, the place was riddled with poor communication, no flexibility, and hidden costs at every turn

• Justine (4/5): Good location, moderate facilities - Location was great especially for Canary Wharf Shower didn’t work at all and the instructions from the team to fix it didn’t work, the bath didn’t hold water very well so had to be very quick.

• Caroline (10/5): Small cute cosy. Perfect got having a night at the o2. - It was lovely size, perfect comfy and clean. Nothing really. You are staying on a block of flats, but it’s ground floor, and me and my friends only used it to get ready and to sleep, so was perfect for us.

• Rebecca (8/5): Very good - It was very accommodating, everything we needed was there, bus stop a couple meters away...very quiet area, wonderful walk opportunity in the morning to the wharf...there is a huge supermarket plus pharmacy about 10 minutes walk away likewise The tideness of the fridge else everything alright, i cleaned the fridge and good to go....

• Oliver (9/5): Superb - Everything! Highly recommended, great location, lovely and practical space. Quiet area well communicated with public transport. Clean and nice deco. The only downside was we didn't have any loo roll😅 please make sure you leave spare rolls.

I had to contact the owner to help me figure out the shower and they were really patient and friendly. I would absolutely book this place again, the location was fantastic and it heighten our weekend in london. N/A

• Great (8/5): Facilities needs to be updated and better but overall a very pleasant stay - It was a nice space and tv in both living and bed room they customer service was quick to answer when I couldn’t get in. The bed room has a lot of dust I don’t think it was cleaned before u got in also the shower was very difficult to operate had no water coming out for a while. Twist and turn until it worked. Overall a good experience

• Nancy (6/5): Expectation not met - Space and cleanliness. The hot water wasn't working, didn't enjoy shower time as it was cold water. Non stop noise coming from the boiler. Nosey neighbours, shower tap coming off, difficulty finding the apartment.
• Hana (7/5): cold water spoiled our otherwise excellent stay - We liked the location, which was very nice and quiet. A bus stop is just in front of the house. Kitchen very well equipped, towels, shower gel, shampoo, iron, iron desk, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, everything available. The apartment is probably very old, which can be seen on the windows and especially in the bathroom. We had bad experience with hot water, which was running only the first two days. Then it stopped and even though the owner gave us some pieces of advice none of them worked. The boiler is very old and noisy. Also the drain in the sink was very poor.
• Alex (7/5): Isle of dogs apartment - Reasonable price, good bathroom. Location is quite far from DLR, though very close to bus stop. The only wardrobe was filled up by owner’s stuff - so there has been no place/shelf/hanger for clothes. Boiler has been so loud that it could be heard to all the neighbors and pedestrians passing by. Please add teaspoons - there have been noone. There has been no lock from inside - anyone who knows the code could open the door at any time.
• Stuart (8/5): Well priced apartment great for an overnight for a gig at the O2. - Clean and tidy, good location for O2, comfy bed. Cleaning materials kept in the bathroom. Entry was not easiest.
• Imogen (8/5): The property was ideal for a visit to the O2 and was clean, quiet and near to public transport. - The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. Some areas need a bit of care and attention E.g.blinds and windows are a bit worn.

• H (9/5): Nice apartment - The apartment was as in the photos and was tidy. Once we received the details of how to check-in, the check-in in itself was easy. The apartment is also not far away from tube stop. I would prefer more details about facilities eg. there were cereals and coffee and tea available as well as ironing board and hair dryer, but none of these were mentioned in the description, which I think is a shame. Also, more info about how the booking process work beforehand would be handy.
