• Roberta (8/5): - Tudo limpo e organizado O sofá-cama poderia ser um pouco mais confortável. No mais tudo muito bem cuidado.
• Deborah (5/5): Emplacement très bien mais ajustements nécessaires. - Le parking privé est très pratique. Sa proximité avec le tram. Les outils et nécessaire dans la cuisine ( saladier passoire sauteuse poêle four micro-ondes machine à café nespresso avec dosettes fournies. Huile d’olive vinaigre ) Une machine à laver sur le balcon et son nécessaire.L’appartement est grand. Bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire pour nous montrer les équipements et le fonctionnement général de l’appartement. Le bruit des travaux qui commence à 8h le matin et se termine à plus de minuit. Se faire réveiller par les coups de burin et autres … la propriétaire nous dit ne pas être au courant et nous dit qu’elle va leur demandait de faire moins de bruits. Ce qui n’arrivera pas. Manque d’insonorisation claire. Manque de propreté: sol aurait mérité un nouveau coup de serpillière car poussiéreux, le filtre du pommeau de douche est marron, le pommeau de douche fuit, les sorties de jet dans la baignoire était encrassées. Appartement qui mériterait quelques ajustements pour être agréable. Dommage que la terrasse avant ne sois utilisable ( pas entretenu et pas d’équipement) dommage elle a du potentiel.

• Cochez (9/5): Tout c’est bien passé pour 2 nuits - Proximité du tramway ,spacieux bien équipé et une place de parking qui est très appréciable C’est juste un peu ancien pas très pratique pour se doucher dans la baignoire

• Arno (8/5): wohnung perfekt obermieter hatte halt ne Party Pech - Lage und Grösse perfekt parkplatz im Hof Wir hatten einen voll gepackten Touran blue motion der setzte an dem abgesägten Eisenpfosten in Mitte der Toreinfahrt auf Vorher anschauen - sicher nicht für tiefergelegte Autos SUV kein Problem Es war on der nacht über uns unerträglich laut Laute Schritte mit high heels erst als die Bewohner um 5 Uhr morgens das Haus verliesen konnten wir schlafen ( war wohl eine Party)

• audrey (8/5): - L'appartement est situé à 5 minutes à pied,qui vous emmène en 10 minutes dans le centre. Il y a un supermarché et quelques restos tout proches du logement. C'est agréable d'être accueilli en personne par Simona ! Il y a une place de parking avec l'appartement Attention l'accès à la place de parking est difficile pour les voitures basses... Le chauffage collectif ne débute qu'en novembre, mais il y a une clim réversible dans la chambre (c'est tout de même un peu juste pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon)

• Kristīne (5/5): I can't recommend. - Spacious apartment, free private parking in the yard, large comfortable double bed, kitchen with lots of cooking essentials, plate of candy, coffee, tea, bath. Very close to the grosery shop, 7 min walk to tram stop. The sofa bed creaks, the street door is very loud, the windows are closed with shutters that creak loudly. The apartment is on the first floor, it is impossible to go out onto the terrace quietly because of the shutters. Without them, the windows cannot be closed, there are no curtains. Mosquitoes. The bathtub is very narrow. The apartment has not been cleaned: the bathtub has not been washed, there are crumbs on the chairs in the kitchen, the dishes are not washed yet - I had to wash them, the dish sponge is old and repeatedly used, the rag is dirty and smelly, the kitchen towels are stained, the refrigerator is uncleaned, stains on the cabinet doors, the doors to the rooms, dirt in the corners. The owner did not respond to messages for a long time. This is the first time I have encountered this. It feels like I overpaid and it is just unpleasant. I'm very sorry that I had to write such a review.

• Fumihiko (10/5): 快適、便利な宿泊で、フィレンツェを満喫できました。 - Wi-Fiが新しくなっていた。 キッチン、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、バスタブつきバスルーム、ドラム式洗濯機、鍵付き専用駐車場、主要観光地へトラム、バス等で約30分、徒歩5-10分でスーパーマーケットがある。ほぼ、100%希望通りの宿泊施設でした。 特になし。

• Mariusz (10/5): We give it our highest recommendation for anyone staying in Florence. - This was a very comfortable, multi-room, and spacious apartment. The kitchen was excellently equipped, including a coffee machine with a supply of coffee. It also featured a balcony and a washing machine for use. The bathroom had a bathtub rather than a shower. The cleanliness was impeccable. There was private parking available. Getting to the historical part of the city was very convenient by tram, with a stop just a 5-minute walk from the property. The owner, Simone, was exceptionally kind.

• Malcolm (6/5): The issue with the plug/cap spoiled everything. - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It was only a short walk and a 10 minute tram ride to Florence. There were no instructions on how to use the oven. The plug/cap for the wash basin in the bathroom didn't work, so the host replaced it from one in the bidet.
