• Mariia (10/5): Тихое, дружелюбное и очень комфортное пребывание - Замечательный приветливый персонал, быстро заселили, всегда интересовались как дела и нужно ли мне чего-то, уборку уже во второй день предложили сделать, когда уезжала дали воды с собой. Номер сам маленький, но симпатичный, удобный, все продуманно. Единственный момент - соседнее здание очень близко, поэтому свет через окно очень плохо проникает, но это мелочи. Место замечательное - прямо напротив великолепное кафе, рядом есть ресторанчики, сам район очень тихий, но улицы освещенные, до главных достопримечательностей примерно 25 минут пешком, что тоже очень комфортно. Не так много солнечного света проникает через окно, а в остально все было супер

On s’est senti chez nous niveau emplacement, c’est parfait proche de tout limite peut se faire à pied. Le personnel était tellement adorable que nous sommes devenus comme des amis. Je me remercie beaucoup à Mehmet abi et son collègue pour leur accueil et leur sourire qui ne c’est jamais effacé pendant toute notre séjour. Je recommande à tout le monde, je reviendrai sûrement. Peut-être l’isolation car on entendait vraiment tout dehors, mais avec l’accueil des personnels, la propreté et l’emplacement, ceci n’était pas un si gros problème

• Ata (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt im MOSS Hotel in Yenikapı war einfach außergewöhnlich – ehrlich gesagt selten so rundum zufrieden gewesen. Schon beim Ankommen merkt man sofort, dass hier auf Details geachtet wird. Das Personal war nicht nur freundlich, sondern wirklich herzlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufgesetzt zu wirken. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Die Zimmer sind modern, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Ruhe – trotz der zentralen Lage konnten wir perfekt entspannen und schlafen. Die Betten sind top, und auch die Hygiene war auf einem Niveau, das man sich überall wünschen würde. Die Lage ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt: Yenikapı ist super angebunden, egal ob Metro, Marmaray oder Fähre – man kommt überall schnell hin. Gleichzeitig hat man viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe, essen zu gehen oder einfach spazieren zu gehen. Was diesen Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders gemacht hat, ist das Gesamtgefühl: Alles hat einfach gestimmt. Service, Sauberkeit, Komfort, Lage – kein einziger Punkt, den man kritisieren könnte. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das MOSS Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Für uns war es mehr als nur ein Hotel – es war ein Ort, an dem man sich wirklich wohlfühlt.
• Abdelrahman (10/5): Beautiful hotel close to all transportation - I loved my stay at Moss Hotel. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout, and the location couldn’t be better. it’s close to all major transportation links, making it easy to get around the city. Highly recommend.
• Mark (9/5): Comfortable stay in a great location for visiting the city - We went for our honeymoon and the staff made our stay extra special with decorating our room, giving us a cake and were so attentive to our needs. Also for my wife's birthday they made us a little cake! The location is great for the metro and walking distance to the old center, with the tram fairly close too. The room itself had everything you'd need and was very clean. There is a nice cafe just down the street called Arya Cafe where we could get our morning coffee The streets around weren't the best lit at night

• Robert (9/5): A well-located and budget-friendly hotel with welcoming staff - I stayed at Moss Hotel in Istanbul and found it to be a good option for the price, especially due to its convenient location close to most points of interest, and the friendliness of the staff, who were polite, attentive, and consistently helpful, with the check-in experience standing out thanks to a particularly warm and welcoming attitude. The room was generally clean and comfortable, with only minor imperfections such as a few small spots on the bedsheets, which did not seem related to poor hygiene. Although the area felt slightly uncertain upon arrival, it turned out to be calmer and safer than expected over the course of the stay. The main drawback was the poor sound insulation, as noise from outside, nearby rooms, and passing traffic was easily noticeable, which can be disruptive, especially for lighter sleepers (but worth mentioning this is a big problem everywhere in Istanbul, as it is quite a noisy city).There were also a few maintenance issues, including a broken toilet seat fixation and a slight electric sensation when touching the shower head with wet hands, which, although not severe, should be addressed for safety reasons.

Я бывал во многих отелях в этом районе Стамбула, но этот меня приятно удивил, он был действительно очень чистым, ремонт свежий, постельное белье и полотенца высокого качества и можно сказать как новые, ванная комната так же была очень чистой и так же отмечу что душ был великолепный, прекрасная лейка и горячая вода, которую не нужно ждать. Персонал в отеле - это люди которые явно предоставляют сервис на все 5 звёзд, они проявляют заботу о своих гостях делают всё чтобы ваше пребывание было максимально комфортным. Так же отмечу, что расположение очень удобное буквально 5 минут до трамвайной остановки. Трамвай Т1, который идет через все основные достопримечательности и так же довезет вас до самых популярных причалов. Однозначно рекомендую! Честно говоря даже не хочется ничего писать, но отмечу, что номер а есть несколько типов, те что выходят на улицу или с видом на море и те что на задний двор. У меня был тот что на задний двор, вид там конечно так себе, но мне было не принципиально. В то же время мой номер явно был лишен дополнительных звуков с улицы :)

Room is small and cozy, plus it has multiple windows for good airflow. Bathroom gets hot water instantly, making for perfect showers. Location is excellent, with a nearby metro station, and several bus stops and taxi stands. Room service was well too. Room heating was excellent. The street outside gets noisy at times, especially early in the morning. Taxis and ubers struggle to find the hotel, usually ending up canceling the ride. TV's are tiny and old, should've had Netflix or some English channels for the price. Elevator is TINY and extremely slow, better off using the stairs!

Hotel is new and still fresh. The location is great for transportation. You can access three different metro lines and reach everything easily. Also tram line is not far either but the subway lines itself are more than enough I think to move around. The towels where changed daily and rubbish taken and lady kind of tried to look things like if she managed everything but in reality it's not what I expect when property offers daily cleaning. when we entered the room to be honest it wasn't perfectly clean. Otherwise everything was good about the hotel

The entire hotel was spotless, reflecting their high standards of cleanliness. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. To top it off, the staff generously upgraded us to a much larger room with a view, completely free of charge. This thoughtful gesture truly made our stay memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning! Highly recommended. The area can be very noisy, difficult to sleep for a light sleeper like me.
