• Paolo (7/5): Tokyo , magnifica avventura 🤍 - Struttura buona. Si trova vicino alla metro vicino all’università di Waseda. Con le indicazioni della host è facilissimo trovarlo. Stanza unico ambiente per 5/6 persone. La zona di Shinjuku è enorme, quindi dipende dove avete necessità di alloggiare ma tutto sommato è abbastanza al centro per raggiungere tutto ciò che volete di Tokyo. Alcune note dolenti: la struttura ha finestrone unico senza isolamento. Praticamente la stanza sembrava di stare in strada ed era fredda, nonostante accendessimo tutto il tempo il condizionatore sul caldo (non riusciva a riscaldare l’ambiente in quanto un po’ poco come potenza per farlo e troppi spifferi che rendevano la stanza più fredda). Bagno un po’ troppo piccolo. Consigliata la struttura per soggiorni brevi (2-3 notti).
• tomonao (10/5): 西早稲田最高！ - 昭和のRC建の集合住宅なので、外観など最新の利便性を期待する方にはお勧めできませんが、何しろ学都早稲田ならではのロケーションの良さは何ものにも代え難いです。 また、昭和50年代の香りがする様々なパーツも、好きなら堪らないポイントです。 そして、運営している方との心通じているダイレクト感も、民泊ならではの素晴らしさでは無いでしょうか。 あまり持ち上げると、次回泊まりにくくなるリスクもあるのですが、私と家内の評価は最高です。 良かった点に既に書いているので、書いても無意味ですが、ホテルのような利便性を求めている方にはお勧めできません、、 キッチンの前で脱衣しなければお風呂に入れないし、キーボックスのついたドアノブは回しにくいし、単板ガラスのアルミサッシは外気の温度を結構伝えてくれます。 それも味だってわきまえられるひとにとっては、さほどのらことでは無いけど、そこは好みが分かれます。

• Melissa (4/5): Nice apartment for just 2 people max. Wonderful shower and bathroom for the size apartment. Great location for Waseda - Location was great for the part of Tokyo we were visiting with Waseda University, Takodanabana train station and Big Box shopping mall nearby. Had roach type bugs, one was crawling in the refrigerator when we arrived. 2 more crawled on my husband from floor. I refused to sleep there myself. When I asked host for pesticide spray or treatment, they told me to go buy insect repellent at a pharmacy.
• Melissa (8/5): This large apartment is within walking distance of Waseda University, local restaurants and Takodanababa train station. - The proximity to my son’s apartment for students at U-Share Waseda was the best thing! It was practically across the street. And only a few blocks from Takodanababa station, Donquixote and Big Box stores made it really nice. Good local restaurants and 7/11 & Family Marts within a minutes walk. It held our family of 5 with enough beds so that was also nice. A fully equipped kitchen and washer was also appreciated. There were no instructions to remove the garbage bags when they were full, so we went with smelly trash u til we heard back of what to do.

• Ma (9/5): Comfortable and good place to stay - Clean, big for a family of 4, complete facilities. Grocery and convenience stores, restaurants along the way. A Don Q nearby, quite hard to climb the stairs if u have luggages located at 2nd floor Quite a long walk from the train station and if you have heavy luggages difficult since the unit is located at 2nd flr. • Francesca (6/5): Good if you’re not peaky - The staff is very kind and helped us a lot with any issue, location okay (about 10 minutes for the metro). The space seemed much bigger from the pics, was very tight for 7 guests and the bags. In the kitchen there was no counter space to cook and the bathroom was old and with a poor ventilation system. No wardobes just few hangers for the jackets. The main door was very very loud, we thought about buying some oil for it.
