- Maryse (8/5): J’ai beaucoup apprecié - autonomie a notre arrivé, très apprécié. les indications reçu étaient précises. l’emplacement au coeur de Magog. petit pub très sympathique avec un service exceptionnel. Machine à café a l’extérieur de la chambre mais pas un gros enjeux. Le bruit a l’extérieur car en face du Mc do mais d’un autre côté nous étions directement au cœur de Magog. La salle de bain est très petite.

- DIEU HOA (TINA) (5/5): Comfortable beds, old washroom, not good parking experience, would not re-book - the beds were comfortable *The washroom and shower were very old and outdated *No hot water for making tea (no microwave, no kettle) although tea bags were provided at the corridor. No one was there to ask for hot water. *No mild was provided although there was a basic coffee machine *PARKING NOT CONVENIENCE AT ALL even though the hotel website said parking is free. The parking is for the motel/auberge and the pub below the auberge. We end up parking on the street beside the motel (which is dark at night in April around 8PM) and went for supper to a nice restaurant walking distance. After the supper we came back and the clients from the pub were gone and then we were able to have a parking, however too late for that as we end up having a parking ticket. *We wrote to the auberge about our inconvenience of the parking and no reply at all. *We were at Magog for a sport event thus stayed one night: 1 adult and one teenager

Il y avait seulement 1 chambre fermée et un lit dans le salon et un lit pliant. De plus, c’était vraiment bruyant, on entendait la musique du resto, puis les gens qui rentraient de sortir, puis finalement à 4:30, c’était le déplacement des tables du resto, bref je n’ai pas trop dormi

- catherine (9/5): Très bien situé et quoi dire du cachet de l’endroit. - Le cachet de l’endroit est tellement beau et très près de tout. Notre chambre était confortable, lit King et coin lecture très agréable. Endroit chaleureux. J’aurais aimé un petit frigo dans la chambre et la chambre num 5 est magnifique mais l’espace pour la toilette est beaucoup trop petite. Un homme de 280lbs n’a malheureusement aucun espace pour bouger.

- Michel Denis (9/5): À recommander! - L'endroit est très sympathique et on s'y sent chez soi. La propreté des lieux était impeccable. L'auberge est également très bien située au centre-ville de Magog, près de tout.

Il y a un restaurant en bas et l’auberge est mal insonorisée, alors pour se coucher tôt la veille d’un événement de course ce n’est pas idéal. Très bruyant, planchers craquent de partout, bruits de vaisselle et brouhaha ambiant d’un restaurant.

- Alain P. (8/5): Auberge agréable - Auberge très bien placé au centre de Magog, parking très pratique en face de l'auberge. WIFI marchait bien. Lits très confortables, très propre, fonctionnel et des petites attentions dans la salle des bains. La suite junior bien équipée en vaisselle. Nous étions dans 3 chambres séparés : Côté rue, un peu bruyant avec les scooters qui allaient au parking. Pour la suite, il faudrait un rideau au dessus de la porte d'entrée pour couper la lumière du couloir. Au niveau de la communication, j'avais envoyé un message par courriel et laissé un message sur le répondeur avec une ou deux questions, je n'ai eu aucune réponse. Dommage, même si tout était conforme à nos attentes.

L'insonorisation n'est pas bonne car la route est très fréquentée et il y a la voie de chemin de fer proche donc beaucoup de bruit durant la nuit. - Donald (8/5): - Confortable et propre mais vieillot Quelques retouches feraient du bien. Tout fonctionne. C'est plus esthétique. Il n'y a pas de personnel pour l'hôtel, c'est un self serve. A u restaurant le personnel est super et le resto italien Benito est très bon. Il y a un stationnement mais non réservé, donc plein. J'y retournerait mais le rapport qualite prix est moyen. Le stionnemement a été très difficile. Quelques petites rénovations pourraient améliorer l'esthétique . Mais c'était confortable et bien situé.

- Madeline (8/5): Nice stay in a quaint auberge - This is an eclectic and interesting place in a great location. Some people don’t like this, but I like the “staffless” entry, where you are provided with clear instructions and your room code in advance. No fuss! The room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Love the shared coffee area where you could make as much coffee or tea as you like. Also fresh towels etc you can help yourself to if you run out. Only stairs to get to your room, so accessibility may be an issue. The bathroom was tiny — if you are above average in size you may feel a little claustrophobic on the toilet. Not sure if the microbrewery downstairs is the same owner, but the staff were rude when we waited to be seated - we ended up going to the neighbouring microbrewery across the river instead.

- Joao (5/5): Presque bon. - Le placement La TV n’a pas funcione. Pas de signe de câble et pas de signe de internet pour la TV. On a tout vérifié l’installation, les câbles et le contrôleur. Vraiment la TV n’avait pas le signe de câble et internet.
- Jeremy (8/5): Attractive apartment but problems getting a good night’s sleep - We were three people staying in the suite. The accommodation has fantastic visual appeal and a lovely view of the river. The staff in the restaurant downstairs were very helpful and friendly and the food was excellent. 1. It was difficult to find the accommodation. The listing should clearly state that it is located above the restaurant and that you enter via the reception of the restaurant. 2. The property is advertised as having two bedrooms, however the second “bedroom” is part of the living area. 3. The property is advertised as having a sofa bed, however in reality this is a fold up single camp bed. We had to wheel it into the kitchen to give privacy to the person who was using it. 4. The light from the passageway Sean into the apartment all night so it was impossible to get the room dark. Also, the fridge in the kitchen was noisy (and it was impossible to turn it off). For these two reasons,I was unable to get a good night’s sleep.

Nous avons eu des problèmes avec notre réservation. Nous avons appelé au numéro et laissé plusieurs messages ainsi qu’un courriel sans réponse. Nous avons même communiqué avec la microbrasserie et toujours sans réponse. Finalement, une fois arrivés, il manquait la télécommande Bell alors nous n’avions pas accès à tous les postes! Avons appelé le numéro d’urgence et l’homme a été très gentil et a essayé de nous aider mais sans succès! Très décevant.

I wanted to stay in the heart of the action and this did not disappoint. would always love a mine refrigerator in the room but there was a general one for everyone's use.

J'ai bien aimé aussi le style de l'auberge qui faisait un peu vieillot. La machine à café qui n'était pas dans la chambre, mais il y en avait tout de même une dans un endroit tout près de la chambre avec 2 fauteuils pour s'asseoir. Le départ qui est à 10h est tôt, mais ils ne sont pas trop stricts si ça ne dépasse pas de trop

It is a budget accommodation, rooms are small and basic. microbrassiere has great dock/patio accessible to hotel customers and we had a good time late night and early morning when there were no other customers. there are no microwave for client use.

Pas adapté pour les personnes en surpoids, impossible pour eux de s'asseoir. On entend les gros camions le matin dans la chambre.
