• Johanna (8/5): Basic Niet geweldig - De kamer, het bed en badkamer zeer schoon en aangenaam, de ligging okay Staf vriendelijken spreekt goed Engels Het Europese ontbijt was slechts een croissant met marmelade, fruit en yoghurt vergeten. De andere ontbijtkeuzes( mijn man nam Engels ontbijt) met ei waren beter. Er was geen buffet, te weinig gasten. De ruimte stonk ontzettend naar sigarettenrook. De deuren v d rookruimte grenzend aan de niet rokersruimte stonden de hele dag open. Niet prettig!!. S Ochtend om 05.30 veel kabaal, de energie was blijkbaar uitgevallen en het nood-aggregaat stond buiten onder ons raam.

La ducha no tiene mampara y el suelo del baño se moja por completo, lo que resulta un poco peligroso. El desayuno no es variado y hay que elegir entre tres opciones.

• Aleš (10/5): - The location just 7-8 minutes walk to the main pedestrian zone. Value for money is excellent! Actually, there is no private parking in this hotel: no fenced yard. However, the guy working at the reception moved his car to make a place for mine, just in the non-frequent street behind the hotel. This particular place is covered by cameras, and there was no problem about that. Thank you for providing me with this place! A bonus: my car was just behind the side entrance to the hotel building! The music in the hotel, and the speakers in the elevator and in all the hallways, behind the room doors. The music in the hotel bar, and the same music over the mentioned speakers. Albanian trap, and not just Albanian, but any other trap - terrible and unbearable music for anyone over thirty. If I had to take a nap in the afternoon, it would have been heard in the room, and then there would have been serious problems! However, I went into the downtown, came back late after midnight, then everything was ok.

The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. The hotel itself is cozy well-maintained and offer parking for car, but what truly made our stay memorable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any question or request. A special Esther at the front desk—her warmth, professionalism, and local tips made a real difference in our trip. If you're looking for a welcoming place with personal touches and great service, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a hidden gem that made our visit to Shkodër even more enjoy
• Cummings (8/5): - This spot was poplar with locals and hotel guests alike. It is a 10-minute walk from town just off a main road parking was on the street but never struggled to get a spot. Breakfast is good sizes they also took card. When it said free parking, i thought it was a car park like everywhere else we stayed.

La ubicación cerca del centro, pero por contra la zona no es muy recomendable, al menos en apariencia El parking son solo tres plazas delante del hotel, que estan siempre ocupadas. Las habitaciones huelen a tabaco. Las toallas limpias uno de los dias estaban completamente húmedas. Las sábanas eran para cama individual, con lo que no llegaban de ounta a punta de la cama. El primer día no había nada para desayunar, al dia siguiente ya nos pusieron desayuno para nosotros en la mesa. El personal de recepción como si no existiera. Llegamos al hotel a las 15h y cuando subimos a la habitación, no estaba limpia, lo dijimos en recepción y tuvieron que subir para ver que realmente no estaba preparada. En fin, para no volver

• Stephan (7/5): Ok, aber war schonmal besser - Umfangreiches Frühstück, schöne Aussenterrasse, zu Fuss in die City ok Ich war vor 2 Jahren dort, da war alles neu. Jetzt im Prinzip immer noch gut - aber kein warmes Wasser (trotz mehrfachem Hinweis und Nachfrage), Ablauf der Dusche hat nicht funktioniert (Wasser stand im ganzen Bad, nach Zimmerwechsel das zumindest besser, aber nicht ideal), Stuhl Lehne ab/defekt. Ich hatte es den Empfangs Mädels gesagt, aber ich hatte den Eindruck es wird nicht weiter gegeben, deshalb schreibe ich es hier - vielleicht liest es ja ein Manager und kümmert sich. Denn eigentlich schöne Unterkunft. Wäre schade wenn es jetzt abgelebt wird ohne Instandhaltung.

• Bernard (9/5): - Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel situé à qq centaines de mètres du centre ville. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, literie irréprochable. Penderie, bureau, réfrigérateur, éclairage bien adaptés à l'usage. Une raclette dans la salle de bain serait la bienvenue à défaut de pare douche, mais son absence semble être la norme dans la plupart des hôtels en Albanie Emplacements dans la rue pour les motos en face de la réception et surveillées par caméras. Petit déjeuner complet et copieux. Je recommande.

• charlotte (7/5): Het was ok... - Een werkende airco, het binnen in de kamer schoon was en dat we een balkon hadden om 's avonds op te zitten en dat de bar onder je hotelkamer niet tot midden in de nacht doorgaat. Het is aan te lopen naar het centrum als je van wandelen houdt, zoals wij. De kamer is gehorig, zowel voor geluiden inpandig als erbuiten. Echt een tegenvaller, want daarop hadden we het hotel geselecteerd. Je hoort echt alles wat er gebeurt. Je kunt zittend op het toilet douchen. Dat zegt genoeg denk ik. Ze moeten een klein douchewandje plaatsen tussen het toilet en douche. Je kunt nog geen normale toilettas kwijt op de badkamer. Geen plek om je handdoek op te hangen. Als je naar bed wil dan lig je bijna op de grond, verder wel oke matrassen en stopcontacten aan beide kanten van het bed. Er staat een enorme kast in de kamer met vakken waar je precies niets in kwijt kunt wat je nodig hebt als je op vakantie bent.

• Ferry (10/5): Beste keuze dicht bij centrum voor net en schoon klein hotel - Esther (dacht ik) was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is op loopafstand van het centrum, maar ook bij het hotel is een gezellige zithoek en terras. Ontbijt is super geregeld en incl geweldige espresso. Ik kon voor de deur gratis parkeren. Alles zag er vrij nieuw uit, super schoon en onderhouden.

• Tina (8/5): Passt - Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Haben spontan eine Nacht verlängert, was ohne Probleme funktionierte. Die Lage angenehm, da es etwas ruhiger war, auch vom Verkehr und Parkplatz her. Die Lokale und Geschäfte gingen ab dort erst los Die "walk-in Dusche" war nicht mein Fall. Ohne Abtrennung wurde alles nass, das WC war ja auch gleich daneben. Als hätte man einfach die Duschwand weggelassen. Da ich es nicht putzen muss wars ok.

• Raul (7/5): Buena ubicación, pero un poco ruidoso - La habitación estaba bien, comoda. La ubicación está bien, muy cerca del centro y de varios restaurantes que están bien. El desayuno se hace en una cafeteria que era muy estrecha, en la que apenas se podía uno mover. Faltaban muchas cosas del desayuno y tuvimos que pedirles al personal varias veces que lo repusieran. La habitación era un poco ruidosa, se oía todo lo que pasaba por el hotel y estábamos al lado del ascensor.

Room was modern, with a nice bathroom and a useful fridge. Room was stifling when I arrived. Hallways were stifling too. Headboard of bed needs cleaned - otherwise room was spotless. There's a drainage problem - room stunk from the bathroom drains. Great location and value for money - staff were pleasant.
• Mabz (10/5): Clean, quiet, and peaceful stylish hotel at the centre of Shkodera - This hotel was very clean and very centrally located, close to restaurants, cafes, mosques, and museums. Staff were very polite and cared for our needs; especially Francisca at the reception. Staff provided information about the local area. Breakfast was tasty and well presented. Bedroom and bathrooms were spacious and furnished to high standards. Free car parking available. Please note that photos were taken at checkout. Therefore, rooms are a bit messy. We occupied 2 bedrooms, and one of them was close to the direction of the sun in the afternoon. We had to wait for the room to cool down with the AC. (It is perhaps beyond the control of the hotel management) I really couldn't find any fault.
• Ahmed (8/5): Very good - The value for money is excellent, the hotel is really good and the room from inside was like new and the location is very central. Also the lady at the front desk is very nice. There was a smelly room at the bathroom (not a strong one) and the AC took like an hour in order to operate correctly.

• Lucie (8/5): Very good - Very nice staff, brand new rooms, easy to park, the bathroom included shampoo etc and we had also fridge in the room. Nice breakfast. In the entire hotel you can smell “smoke from cigarette” we are not used to it as in our country nobody can smoke anywhere inside or under the roof/patio outside.
• Lauren (7/5): Good place to stay - The rooms were very clean and bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Good location to walk through the city center. The parking is in front of the hotel at the street. We also booked the ‘tour’ to Valbone via the hotel and could leave the luggage and car safely at the hotel. They also prepared a sandwich for us for breakfast since we left early our second morning. As written in other reviews we also had some noise during the evening (stopped around 23pm) The breakfast was very basic. Juice from carton cups for example..

• Anna (10/5): A pleasant stay, super helpful and friendly staff - We only stayed here for one night on our way to explore the Albanian mountains, but it was a very pleasant experience! The guy at the reception was great; we arrived quite late and he was able to arrange food delivery for us as their kitchen was already closed. We were also leaving very early the next morning, so they had arranged packed breakfast for us. The hotel was fresh, clean and modern. No complaints.
• Konstantina (9/5): Superb - Great value for money. The hotel was much better than the photos the bed was huge and super comfy, probably one of the biggest beds in the places I have stayed. Bathroom felt so luxurious and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, great variety and quantity which added to the value of the hotel. Easy free parking spots just outside of the hotels and overall I would highly suggest and recommend it!

• Hannah (9/5): Very nice hotel! - The location is great, just a short walk to the lively streets in the city center. We received a warm welcome from the staff and they were super helpful. They gave us tips on what to do and where to eat, and booked transportation for us. When we went on a day trip and left before the start of breakfast, they provided a breakfast to take with us. The room was cleaned daily. The beds were big and comfortable. The only suggestion that I can think of is to put a separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. If we showered, the bathroom and the toilet were very wet. It was not a big problem for us.
