• Michaela (9/5): Wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungsvergältnis unter Berücksichtigung eines Late Check-outs - Unkomplizierter Check-in, freundliches Personal, mit dem ich zwar nur per Whatsapp kommuniziert habe, aber es hat gut gepasst. Unkomplizierter Late Check-out zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Sehr gut nutzbarer Raum aufgrund Tiny-House Gestaltung; warme Dusche; sehr gute Lage Fenster zur Gemeinschaftsküche: Licht war nachts oft an, aber man kann das Fenster weder schließen, noch abdunkeln, da es zu weit oben angebracht ist, aber halt so hoch, dass es im Bett im oberen Stockwerk stört.

• Javier rojo Lazo (9/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, hay de todo alrededor, el barrio es muy tranquilo, con mucho comercio y es muy central. Precio calidad 100/10. Te dejan jabón en la cocina y el espacio comun de la cocina está bien equipado. Esto es solo detalle de gustos pero la pieza que nos tocó era algo pequeña y costo poder organizar la ropa y maleta de viaje. Además la cama está en altura para que lo consideren personas altas.

En la zona común con las otras habitaciones se puede hervir agua o preparar café. Hospedaje óptimo para estancias de trabajo largas o cortas.

The apartment was clean and generally comfortable, so overall it was an all-right stay. A couple of things to note: the apartment has no windows with natural daylight, and it can be a bit noisy at times

• Nicholas (6/5): Okay apartment, good location, great shower, questionable host - Perfect location, amazing shower, clean room, shared kitchenette to have a meal The host was neglectful and non-responsive. He knew the one hour window when I was going to arrive, and when I arrived (exactly within that window), he wasn't at the apartment and didn't respond for over an hour via whatsapp, email, or booking messages. I waited on the street outside for a good while until I went to a restaurant to wait. Eventually got in the room, and he was not warm, didn't come to meet me, wasn't very accommodating. The apartment itself was fine but my experience with the host was disappointing.

• Chris (8/5): Fijne, rustige plek als je lekker je eigen gang wilt gaan. - Origineel gebruik gemaakt van de ruimte door bedden op een vide, klein prima keukentje met 2 stoeltjes en een tafeltje, wij hadden mazzel dat er geen andere gasten waren die er gebruik van wilden maken. De buurt Laureles is veilig, groen en rustig, ongeveer kwartier met de taxi naar Poblado. Uber werkt prima! Weinig algemene ruimte om te zitten en anderen te ontmoeten, bankje in eigen kamer voelde krap en opgesloten.

• Sjoerd (10/5): Fijn appartement in rustige, doch centrale wijk - Rustige, fijne wijk met veel tentjes op loopafstand. Veilig, ook in de avond. Heel fijn appartement op de bovenste verdieping, met een complete keuken, fijn bed en badkamer. Alles er op en eraan, echt aan te bevelen. En Johan de host is een schat/held. Heeft veel tips voor in de buurt en hielp me fantastisch met mijn niet werkende scheerapparaat. Thanks Johan! Niks.

• Desmond (8/5): Well worth it for single or couples who also need to work remotely - It’s a nice studio space. Well decorated. Wi-Fi strength is acceptable for working. Great location in Laurels. The host is excellent and responsive. Would stay again no problem. There is a two or three inch gap from the roof above the kitchen which is made from light panels, possibly a renovation of a balcony at one point. It means heavy rain and the outside world, but more so the weather, can be loud. Also a suggestion, don’t leave any food anywhere as ants are very good at finding it even if you don’t see any when checking in. Overall though I had no issues.

La ubicación del hospedaje muy céntrico y con fácil acceso. Apesar de que se comparte la vivienda siempre se cuenta con la privacidad en cada espacio. Todo genial sin queja alguna volveria a hospedarme!! Todo perfecto!!

Great value for money! The host is very helpful and communicative. you can hear noise through from the shared kitchen and the outside but it didn’t really bother us as everyone was respectful and as quiet as possible

The host/manager is very nice and helpful as well. The only windows in the apartment goes out to the hallway, which means that the sounds/smells from people cooking come directly into the apartment
