ANFITRION MENTIROSO - Nada porque la pésima atención que recibimos del anfitrion opaco todo lo bueno que podría tener el hospedaje Recibimos una pésima atención por parte del anfitrion, al llegar al departamento solicitamos la clave del wifi porque no estaba en ningún lado, ni en las indicaciones de check inn ni tampoco en el depto lo cuál ya fue raro. Internet además de ser un servicio básico como la luz y el agua , además era fundamental para nosotros porque si bien estamos de vacaciones necesitamos conectarnos para cumplir con nuestro trabajo la distancia. Al solicitar la clave el anfitrión pidió que le diéramos un rato que nos la enviaría a la brevedad,.pasaron casi 4 hs (en las cuales no respondió más nuestros mensajes ) y finalmente casi a las 9 de la noche nos dijo que no habia internet, que el dueño le dijo que los huéspedes anteriores habían roto el módem (cómo es posible que lo supiera el dueño y no el anfitrion que es una empresa que administra y gestiona las reservas??) . Revisamos el módem, estaba en perfectas condiciones, hasta estaba prendido , el problema era que no tenía acceso a internet. Luego de una rato nos envió una clave para probar que no funciono y la última que nos dijo fue que abrieramos el módem y revisamos si la clave no estaba escrita adentro, lo cuál demuestra que mintio cuando dijo que el módem estaba roto. Desde la misma noche que llegamos nunca más se volvió a contactar con nosotros ni a responder nuestros mensajes. Lo último que dijo es que nos quejaramos directamente con Booking y que le diéramos una reseña mala , es decir se lavó las manos y listo. El sabía perfectamente que no había internet y lo único que hizo el breve momento que nos hablo fue tomarnos de estúpidos.
• Giulia (1/5): Calor insuportável e a péssima assistência ao hóspede - Nunca se hospede aqui. Passei dois dias sem dormir, com calor insuportável, porque o ar condicionado estava quebrado. O dono foi informado e não ofereceu nenhuma solução. A falta de empatia e respeito é inacreditável. A casa não tinha nem papel higiênico disponível. Não adianta ter um bom apartamento e uma péssima assistência. Foi uma das piores experiências de hospedagem que já tive

• Roosa (8/5): A comfortable, safe, and cozy apartment for a city weekend! - We really liked the apartment: it fit the three of us comfortably, and it had all the promised necessities. The location was also good, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and two larger grocery stores nearby. It was also nice to be able to drop off our luggage at the apartment a bit before the official check-in time! The only downsides were the cleanliness of the apartment and the instructions for the apartment itself. Overall, the apartment was clean and everything was in good condition, but, for example, the kitchen rug was dirty, and under the bed in the bedroom hadn’t been cleaned — however, these are just minor things! The instructions for arrival came with fairly short notice, as did the checkout instructions. It would have been nice to receive clear instructions well in advance, especially regarding check-in and check-out, as well as things like setting up the Wi-Fi.

• Ekaterina (7/5): Good - It is a clean apartment, kitchen is very well equipped. Design is nice and modern. Bed was comfortable and it was quite during the night. Location is very nice, you can find amazing gelato and fish restaurant just next door. We travelled with 4 adults and it was too tiny for us. Bed was good, but mattress of the sofa is strange, when you lie down your head is lower than your feet. Also there is no hangers/wardrobe.

• Izabela (10/5): Exceptional - Great location near metro station, very nice and modern appartment with all amenities, and there is a small balcony :) next door there is a great gelateria :)
• Reyad (4/5): Disappointing - The gentlemen demonstrated honesty when my laptop was left behind, he informed me and returned it. This was much appreciated. The apartment was nice however unfortunately it was not worth the money paid as the WIFI was completely not working. The air conditioning also was not working which meant it was extremely difficult to sleep in over 29 degree weather. We informed the host that it was not working and he decided to have people check it 1 hour and a half before check out time. This was really poor as the two men barged into the room without knocking and were talking extremely loud whilst we were trying to complete a work call, we asked them politely three times to lower their voice and they intentionally spoke louder. They then put the ladder and bucket at the exit door where we were trying to take our bags from and refused to move it. We politely asked them to leave so we can get ready and leave before check out time, the gentlemen then sat at the table and did not move ignoring us, this went on for over an hour and a half. It was absolutely disgusting as we had no privacy and were treated horribly, when we informed the host, the host did not even apologies for this experience. They did this prior to our check out time, which meant we had to rush and could not get prepared properly to leave.
