• lluis (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación Había un olor desagradable, no había servicio de habitaciones, entraba luz del exterior permanentemente, del baño a la habitación hay una parte de la pared abierta la cual es un poco desagradable
• Florence (6/5): Très bon weekend à Bégur, emplacement idéal mais logement un peu cher pour la qualité du service. - Un très bon emplacement au coeur du village de Bégur. Le petit jardin est merveilleux, très calme et très joli. Une large baie vitrée devant le lit qui donne sur le jardin mais où il n'y a qu'un simple rideau; rien d'occultant qui permettrait d'avoir moins de jour le matin dans la chambre. Une seule lampe de chevet et encore il a fallu comprendre qu'il fallait la brancher à une rallonge qui était de l'autre côté du mur. Une propreté un peu limite.

• Julie (7/5): Un lieu plein de charme mais qui mériterait plus de soin - Nous avons passé deux nuits à Unic Views Begur. Le lieu est très joliment décoré, aussi bien la chambre que les espaces communs, et la terrasse est un vrai petit coin de paradis au calme. Begur est une ville superbe et vivante avec ses ruelles pavées, et Marta est une hôte réactive qui partage de bonnes adresses. Cependant, nous avons trouvé que le logement manquait un peu de soin et d’entretien, ce qui est dommage vu le prix assez élevé. Les menuiseries anciennes s’ouvrent mal, l’occultation de la chambre est insuffisante (rideaux qui ferment mal, pas de volets, verrou de salle de bain compliqué), et nous avons eu très chaud la nuit malgré le ventilateur – peut-être à cause de ces vieilles fenêtres. On entend également du bruit venant de la rue. Les plantes, nombreuses et jolies, paraissent aussi manquer d’entretien. Enfin, la salle de bain partagée et la cuisine n’étaient pas très propres, probablement en partie à cause des autres voyageurs, mais pas seulement. En résumé : un lieu plein de charme avec beaucoup de potentiel, mais qui nécessiterait plus d’attention sur l’entretien, la propreté et le confort pour être à la hauteur du prix.

• SARAH (8/5): - Proximity to the town with its many places to eat and drink. We had a car so were able to drive to the nearby beaches. The town felt safe and welcoming. This property has shared bathroom and kitchen facilities but we never had to wait to use either, in fact, we barely heard and never saw the other guests. Our room was at the front of the property, facing the sea, but this meant we got noise late at night (until 2.30am one night) and delivery drivers early in the morning. This started at 7am one morning and went on for an hour as the 'Casa Negre' man delivered metal beer kegs to the bars of the town from underneath our bedroom window!! If you're a light sleeper, perhaps request a room overlooking the garden. There was also no air con so we had to leave the fan on and the window partially open in order to regulate the temp.
• Francesca (7/5): Una casa con un grande potenziale, arredata con stile, vicina a tutti i servizi. Tuttavia a mio parere ci sarebbero alcu - Camera ampia e luminosa, arredata con gusto, con piante e una bella vista sul castello. Patio interno dove poter mangiare. Cucina attrezzata per preparare insalate e semplici piatti: molto comoda per chi non vuole andare sempre al ristorante. Possibilità di depositare i bagagli in attesa del check-in. L’ampia finestra si affaccia su una strada dove la sera c’è molto passaggio e per il rumore non sono riuscita a dormire (camera al primo piano). Inoltre la tenda oscurante è danneggiata e copre solo in parte, quindi entra la luce del lampione. Il ventilatore vintage è molto rumoroso. La porta della camera è di vetro, in parte coperta da una tenda bianca che lascia trasparire la luce dalle zone comuni e non garantisce la privacy. C’è una zanzariera sopra ai letti che sarebbe utile, ma è piccola: i due materassi affiancati si spostano se si sta in mezzo, e stando sui lati la zanzariera tocca la faccia mentre si dorme. La lampada a fianco del letto non funziona: prima di dormire bisogna alzarsi a spegnere la luce dall’interruttore centrale. Il bagno, condiviso con la stanza a fianco, non ha una ventola, che invece sarebbe necessaria in mancanza di una finestra. Comunicazione con l’host molto scarna quando ho chiesto indicazioni su come raggiungere la struttura con i mezzi pubblici.

• Patricia (9/5): - Es un sitio con muchísimo encanto. Se nota que le han puesto mucho mimo y cuidado a la decoración. La terraza común es espectacular y maravillosa para disfrutar del desayuno. También me parece un acierto poder tener una cocina compartida con todo lo necesario para preparar tu comida y con variedad de cafés e infusiones de cortesía. Entrada y salida independientes y cómodas. Muy buena ubicación en el pueblo, junto al centro sin ser ruidoso. La casa es antigua y hay algunos detalles poco cuidados, como los armarios. Huelen bastante a humedad y los cajones no están en buen estado. Había bolsitas para la humedad muy llenas que necesitaban un cambio. Me hubiese gustado también que hubiese limpieza de la habitación durante la estancia.

• Assal (10/5): Exceptional - The Hotel is located right in the center of Begur. The room was spacious and very nicely decorated. I even had a small balcony. Although the bathroom was outside the room, I was the only one using it and had it to myself. Can only recommend the hotel!

Staff presence was minimal to nonexistent. For $150 a night, the lack of basic amenities and service is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

The stuff was amazing, they provided suggestions and instructions for our stay. We had a great experience. We definitely recommend it!

She went over and above accommodating my needs and offered me a late check out because I was there for a wedding. The property is beautiful and in a stunning area! It's walking distance to anywhere in Begur. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with many personal touches that make the stay feel cozy and homey. There is a shared kitchen and terrace, where you can enjoy the sunshine in a garden. The views from the rooms are breathtaking. The bed was comfortable. I can't wait to come back and stay here again!
