• Antonio (10/5): - La comunicación con la propietaria fue muy fluida y me resolvió todas las dudas en un momento, es súper simpática y amable. El apartamento está genial y nos lo prepararon con todo muy limpio. Recomendadísimo.

Estuvimos solo una noche, y volveríamos sin dudas! La cama de la habitación principal es algo incómoda, con un colchón un poco fino.

• Matías (8/5): - La ubicacion, la decoración y lo conpleto que era , el parking adentro Habia un ruido en la calefacción qud era un poco desagradable y la ducha no tenia cortina porque estaba en el suelo, el check in un poco complejo.

• Juan (9/5): Ubicación perfecta para visitar la ciudad de Albacete. - La ubicación y el parking en el propio edificio. Está muy cerca de la zona de bares y pubs de Albacete. Es bastante tranquilo,, y había mucho ruido. Hacia un poco de frio y la calefacción estaba encendida el primer día, luego ya dejó de estarlo. Creo que se controlaba mediante wifi. En cualquier caso, tampoco estuvimos tanto tiempo en la casa y no resulto un problema.

• MARISA ARRIAZA (7/5): Acogedor y céntrico - El apartamento es amplio y está muy céntrico, aunque no se oye nada el ruido de la calle. La cama es muy cómoda y la cocina está bien equipada, puedes cocinar de forma cómoda y no falta de nada. Está muy bien decorado, atendiendo a cada detalle con buen gusto. No estaba muy limpio, parecía limpio pero debajo de la cama y de los sofás estaba muy sucio (de no haber limpiado en bastante tiempo). El baño requiere una reforma.

• Alberto (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect location near the centre of the city. Big enought for 3 people. Clean rooms. Closed garage under apartment. Provided key to open the garage does not work correctly, Is better to make a new copy. AC does not work (Is not listed but cloud be necessary with high temperature) and fans are noisy. Cloud be a good idea to make a bit of renewal.
• Célia (7/5): Nice to make a stop when travelling - The location is great, you can walk everywhere. There is an underground parking place and it is big enough for a van. The bed is comfortable. The apartament is pretty and big enough to host a couple and two children. The apartament was quite hot as the air conditioning was out of order. The living room bed / sofa is not comfortable as there is a very hard piece in the middle. The dishes and pans need to be checked as some were not clean.

• Phillip (5/5): Disappointed and overpriced - Proximity to city and the parking There was an issue on arrival regarding entry and we were asked to drive to another location to obtain a key and that person wasn’t there, eventually we were met by the mother of the host at the property. Problem using courtyard door as we couldn’t get the key to work do had to go to the apartment via the garage. Apartment seemed tired and unloved and in need of decoration, particularly the bathroom, dirty grout and marks around plug hole. Chipped crockery, only 1 wine glass, no instructions for the appliances, no welcome pack, I could go on. I am so surprised that this apartment we given such a high rating, we felt that we must be staying somewhere different to advertised.
• Nikki (9/5): Highly recommend for a stay in Albacete - Sonia's communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. We love the underground parking. The parking space is plenty big enough for our Suzuki Vitara. The apartment is even better than the photos. It's also the first apartment that we've stayed in in Spain that was warm - a perfect temperature throughout, and automatic, not needing us to do anything. The location, being so central, is great. It's easy to walk everywhere and there are bars and restaurants all around. The TV in the lounge is huge. The bathroom is very well lit and spacious. The mattress is very comfortable. The kitchen is large as is the fridge freezer, and there is everything that you would need and more. Being courtyard facing, and not street facing, means that the apartment is quiet. We couldn't get the key for the door between the main street door and the apartment to work ie. the courtyard door. We didn't want to bother Sonia as we were only there for one night, so used the garage to enter... which was no problem as it's all very close. To leave the courtyard we didn't need the key so that was easy.
