• Maija (7/5): Decent Airbnb in a good location. - The apartment was quite near the centre and the location was not crowded. There were grocery stores and coffee shops near the apartment. The bathrooms were clean and maybe the newest things in the apartment. The fridge was nice and chilly. Big plus from the air conditioning. The host was friendly and responded quickly. The patio was nice, we carried the table and chairs there so we could eat breakfast and spend time outside. The was a tree right next to the patio and we saw cute parrots there. There was a burnt smell in the kitchen and it got stuck on clothes. There was only one wine glass and both bottle openers were broken. The dining table was about to collapse. There were not enough blankets, only sheets. The pillows were flat. We didn't dare to use the dishwashed, it smelled bad and the insides didn't look healthy. These are only minor flaws, the overall experience was good and we enjoyed our stay.

• Cymbałek (5/5): - Plus za sklep pod nosem oraz blisko dwie stacje metra. Na wyjazd przyjechałam z rodziną. Wzięłam opcję pokoju dla trzech osób. Instrukcja dotycząca zameldowania sie na miejsce byla fajnie napisana i z łatwością udało nam sie zameldowac na miejscu. Po wejściu do mieszkania przeraził nas delikatnie jego stan ( panele zdarte, kuchnia stara zaniedbana) ale przecież to nie przeszkadza w pobycie. Po dłuższym pobycie zauważyliśmy jaki faktycznie jest bałagan w mieszkaniu. Rodzice mieli łóżko sypialniane wygodne nie powiem, dla mnie w pokoju gościnnym została pościelona "dostawka" która jak później sie okazało była to część leżanki która stała w pokoju gościnnym. Okazało sie, że nie ma ona nawet kompletnych szczebelków drewnianych (pokazane na zdjęciu) oraz materac który był położony na tym dostawionym łóżku był taki cienki, że nie dało sie leżeć. Koło okna stało łóżko złożone taka typowa dostawka, która sobie musialam rozłożyć żeby jakkolwiek sie wyspać. W pokoju na meblach kurz tak jakby nie bylo w ogóle sprzątane, podłoga brudna o łazience nie wspomnę. Pod prysznicem nawet było zostawione mydlo po poprzednich najemcach. Pod prysznicem grzyb. W kuchni ścierki powieszone na meblach byly całe sklejone z brudu. W lodówce wszystko poklejone cos wczesniej sie komuś wylało, ale nie bylo komu nawet tego sprzątnąć, a o zamrażalce nie wspomnę. Ogólnie jak za te pieniądze to standard straszny ... Drugi raz na pewno nie pojechałabym w to miejsce i nie poleciłabym go nikomu.

Supermercado justo debajo del apartamento. Y se encuentra un restaurante justo delante llamado "Caccio e pepe" totalmente recomendable, buen precio y buena calidad

Posizione comoda alla Metro e non distante dal Vaticano. Disponibilità di parcheggio in strada. Forse la cucina avrebbe potuto essere dotata di alcune piccole cose essenziali (olio, caffè, strofinacci, ...) Una delle stanze non era dotata di climatizzazione, però tenendo aperta la porta la temperatura era comunque ottima.

Godt utvalg i nærtliggende matbutikker samt restauranter. Kort avstand til kollektivtransport, særlig metro og shuttlebus direkte til flyplass. Når vi bestilte, stod det skrevet i annonsen at leiligheten hadde vaskemaskin, men det var det ikke. Vi bestilte 2 ekstra senger, men ekstrasengene var ukomfortable. Ekstrasengene var plassert i stuen, men det var nettgardiner i stuen, altså ikke tilpasset for å sove. Gardinene i to av soverommene var heller ikke lystette og dekket kun halve vinduet. Vannet i dusjen byttet mellom iskaldt og kokvarmt i løpet av sekunder, fordi blandebatteriet var ødelagt. Vi måtte ta kontakt med vert et par ganger. Verten svarte i begynnelsen, og sa han skulle undersøke, men han sluttet å svare og ringte aldri tilbake ila. vårt opphold på en uke. Balkongen var skitten og hadde ødelagte møbler, så var ikke brukbar. Det er oppvaskmaskin i leiligheten, men den fungerer ikke.

Bardzo blisko stacja metra i autobus . Bardzo dobra komunikacja do wszystkich atrakcji oraz do Watykanu. Bezpiecznie . Sam lokal bardzo wygodny , duży taras , klimatyzacja , bardzo czysto . Telewizja satelitarna , lodówka i pełna kuchnia . Osobiście polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi 2+2 , 2+3 i 2+4 . -

• Bülent (4/5): Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön. Der Preis ist auch günstig. Es ist aber nicht so schön, wenn die Küche nicht sauber ist. - Die Unterkunft hat insgesamt drei Klimaanlagen, so dass alle Aufenthaltszimmer gekühlt werden konnten. Die Fotos spiegeln leider nicht die tatsächlichen Verhältnisse der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach. Die sanitären Anlagen sind neu. Vor dem Haus ist von morgens fünf bis abends elf 11:30 Uhr ganz starke Autoverkehr. Fenster können praktisch nicht geöffnet werden.. die Küche war leider total unsauber. Beim Öffnen der Schublade mit dem Geschirr konnte ich nicht weg gemachte Ölflecken sehen. Die Spülmaschine war von innen total dreckig. Auch ein leer laufen lassen hat nichts gebracht.

Usytuowany jest blisko stacji metra co jest dodatkowym atutem jesli chodzi o przemieszczanie się do zabytkowej części miasta. Uważam że informacja o parkingu nie powinna znajdować się w opisie apartamentu, ponieważ parking jest płatny ale gdy nie ma już na nim miejsc pozostaje tylko ten miejski co wiąże się z bardzo długim poszukiwaniem miejsca parkingowego. Niestety nie ma zagwarantowanego miejsca parkingowego. uważam że wyposażenie apartamentu w kawę i herbatę byłoby miłym gestem.

• János (8/5): - Remek a tömegközlekedési lehetőség. Nagy segítség volt, hogy megőrizték a csomagjainkat a kijelentkezés után. A bolt az épület előtt nagyon hasznos. Kicsit döcögős volt a kapcsolattartás a szállásadóval az elején, de miután rájöttünk, hogy telefonon kell hívni az üzenetek helyett, minden rendben volt. Nagyon segítőkész a házigazda. Egy festés szükséges lenne, valamint az erkély állapota sem a legjobb.

La entrada al metro esta a 3 minutos del apartamento tal y como indican, muy facil para desplazarte al centro Tienen que arreglar una de las habitaciones del apartamento de tres habitaciones, es muy estrecha, por lo que no fue usada en nuestra estancia y le faltaba higienizar las paredes un poco con una mano de pintura
• J (5/5): - Air conditioning available, very good location, sanitary facilities are ok and the price for the apartment was ok. There was a double bed in one room and a single bed in the other two. The single beds were very small, hard, and narrow, making it hard to sleep. What bothered me most was, that the window in one of the rooms was broken and wouldn't close. Therefore, it was impossible to sleep at all; you could hear sirens and cars driving by all night. Another drawback was the check-in. Everything is fully automated, there's no one on-site. You only get a text or WhatsApp message from the hotel owner one or two hours before check-in, about handing over the code for the house keys. They made it so complicated that we had problems with the door and the code. In the end, however, they had to send someone over to open the door for us. The trick was that you can only push the door after you've entered the code, not pull it. As soon as you pull and then push, everything locks; you can only push. To the hotel owner: how about a sticker on the door: Push, don't pull. I have to write all this down so that something can change there. Maybe he'll fix the window so others don't have the same problem as me. Maybe the next person can give a better rating, but unfortunately, I'm forced to give only half the stars.

• Roberto (10/5): Perfetto - L'Appartamento molto comodo al 1° piano ma abbastanza silenzioso considerando che in parte affaccia sulla piazza. il doppio bagno è stato veramente utile visto che eravamo in 4. La zona è molto tranquilla, servita e si parcheggia facile anche gratuitamente. La cucina è attrezzata. Facilissimo l'accesso ed il check-in. 5/10 minuti dalle fermate metro. Comodissimo per visitare la zona di San Pietro Aggiungerei una macchina del caffè a capsule/cialde

• Maggie (6/5): - Die Lage ist gut, alle Ziele in Rom sind mit der Metro gut zu erreichen. Restaurants in der Nähe waren alle sehr gut, probiere sie aus. In den Schlafzimmern ist es leise. Es gibt gerade mal Teller, Tassen und Besteck für 4 Personen. Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine sind erneuerungsbedürftig. Es gibt insgesamt nur 2 unterschiedliche Weingläser, keine Filterkaffee Maschine.. Balkonmöbel sind nicht mehr OK, auf dem Sofa kann man nicht sitzen. Man versinkt im Stoff (ohne Polster) und das Gestell drückt unangenehm auf die Oberschenkel. Falsch zusammen gebaut? Fazit: durch die gute Lage OK, wenn man die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen und Frühstück nutzen will.

• Daniele (8/5): Serenità e confort. - Struttura accogliente, dotata del necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Ubicata in posizione strategica, sia per visitare il centro, che per spostarsi verso la periferia od uscire da Roma. Quartiere tranquillo e dotato di ogni servizio, anche nei giorni festivi. Consigliatissima. Seppure di tendenza, l'assenza del contatto diretto con il titolare comporta l'assimilare l'iter di ingresso automatizzato, con le conseguenze date da eventuali imprevisti. Un unico phon per due bagni e peraltro inutilizzabile in quanto rotto.

• YEVHENIIA (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Rome! The location is great — the metro and bus stop are just a short walk away, making it easy to reach the city center. There are also several supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. The apartment has two bathrooms, which made it especially comfortable for three people. Highly recommended for a stay in Rome!
• Ivan (7/5): - The location of the property is perfect. Major bus lines and the metro are just a 2-minute walk away. There is a supermarket, cafés, and restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious and has a separate toilet from the bathroom, which adds to the comfort. The kitchen is well equipped. The cleanliness is exceptional. If you want to get some sleep at night, I strongly advise avoiding this apartment. The sound insulation is terrible, and since the apartment is located on a busy street, it literally feels like the traffic is passing right through your room all night long. On top of that, there seems to be a laundry facility either next to or above the apartment, causing constant vibrations and noise through the walls – literally throughout the entire night. So let me repeat: the only way to get any sleep here is if you’re completely deaf. Moving on, the bedroom has a comfortable double bed, which is great. However, in the living room, I was met with what can only be described as a wooden board with a thin sponge on top – completely unsuitable for sleeping. Next to it is an old couch that cannot be unfolded, so I ended up sleeping on it closed, because it was still better than the "board" bed. In conclusion, this apartment is suitable for two people to sleep comfortably. Once they replace the bed in the living room, it might be a better option for a third guest.

Conveninent store, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Close to Vatican but also have direct train to Termini and Colloseum. Owner is responsive and kind. Nothing.
• Witold (10/5): Duże mieszkanie, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny! Polecam! - Mieszkanie z trzema sypialniami. W jedynej łóżko małżeńskie, dwie z pojedynczymi, plus łóżko w salonie. Dwie łazienki -w jednej wanna, w drugiej prysznic. Czysto i schludnie, przygotowane łóżka z pościelą i ręczniki. Obawiałem się, że może być zimno (nocleg w połowie marca), ale było włączone ogrzewanie i było cieplutko. Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, blisko metra, blisko przystanków autobusowych. Obok sklepy, kawiarnie i restauracje (taniej niż w samym centrum, a równie smacznie). Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Jeśli ktoś wymaga perfekcyjnej czystości, super udogodnień itp - niech wybierze sobie 5cio gwiazdkowy hotel. Ja w tej cenie zdecydowanie polecam! W nocy trochę słychać ulicę (choć mieszkanie nie ma okien bezpośrednio na ulicę), ściany do sąsiadów dość cienkie, co może trochę przeszkadzać, choć po całym dniu zwiedzania raczej każdy mocno śpi.

It was possible to leave things in a closed corridor after checking out and go for a walk around the city. There was no kettle, not very cozy. The biggest minus is the noisy street outside the window.

• Marta (5/5): Mało udany. Hałas, wątpliwa czystość. Plusy to komunikatywny gospodarz i bliskość komunikacji. - Korzystna lokalizacja Apartament przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy. Spać się dało tylko przy zamkniętych oknach. W opisie była informacja, że apartament ma 2 sypialnie i 2 łazienki. Na miejscu okazało się , że sypialnia jest jedna, druga to "salon" z zapadającą się kanapą, a do spania rozłożono łóżko polowe. szafa do powieszenia ubrań była tylko w sypialni. Łazienka też była tylko jedna, a druga to po prostu toaleta z umywalką. W opisie widniała też pralka - nie było żadnej pralki. Ogólnie apartament wymagający mocnego odświeżenia/remontu i wyposażenia w nowsze sprzęty, bo obecne są mocno zużyte. Zwłaszcza prysznic pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Kabina z grzybem. Kuchnia też mocno nieświeża - miałabym obawy żeby cokolwiek włożyć do lodówki. Jedyne co było czyste, to pościel i ręczniki - przywiezione z pralni.
