Fomos eu meu marido minha filha de 12 anos e minha bebê de 3 meses, e posso falar com toda certeza que não sentimos falta de nada! O anfitrião senhor Juan extremamente prestativo e solícito. Enfim tudo perfeito! Foi tudo ótimo!
• Gaëlle (10/5): Une maison et un petit jardin tropical qui sont un réel enchantement… - Tout ! L’arrivée a été un enchantement avec la découverte du logement et de son jardin, mais également des petits présents laissés par le propriétaire, Juan Carlos, qui nous ont beaucoup touchées. Un geste délicat et inhabituel ! Juan Carlos est très attentionné d’une façon générale, et se met en quatre pour que ses hôtes passent un excellent séjour. Et ça a réellement été le cas ! Pas grave si la maison est un peu excentrée, nous l’avons trouvée très cocooning d’emblée, et le jardin est très dépaysant avec sa végétation et ses petits écureuils qui viennent vous rendre visite. C’est un réel plaisir le soir de rentrer et de prendre un verre dehors au calme après l’agitation du centre de Miami. Par ailleurs, je n’ai jamais vu une maison de location aussi bien équipée. On peut aussi facilement faire ses courses à 2 ou 3 minutes en voiture au supermarché Publix du coin. Bien que nous n’ayons pas rencontré Juan Carlos, il a été présent à chaque fois que nous avons eu besoin. Bref, c’est un très bon plan sur Miami, et on a envie de le garder jalousement… Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment excellent ! Merci encore à Juan Carlos pour tout. J’ai tout aimé à part les moustiques ! Il est nécessaire de bien se protéger.
• aurore (10/5): Parfait pour un court ou un long séjour. L’accueil est exceptionnel. - Logement propre, bien situé, au calme, très bien décoré, agréable, Juan Carlos est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes. Les équipements étaient plus que présents. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

• Jenifer (10/5): Nos sentimos como en casa - Todo absolutamente, ha sido un lugar maravilloso para hospedarnos. Mis hijos fueron felices aquí al igual que mi esposo y yo, todo excelente, la amabilidad de Juan C, los detalles! La ubicación, la tranquilidad y cada espacio tiene detalles únicos. Es un lugar muy lindo.

Obiekt był kompleksowo i bardzo profesjonalnie wyposażony – dosłownie we wszystko, czego można potrzebować podczas wypoczynku. Standard porównywalny do luksusowego hotelu, a jednocześnie kameralna, domowa atmosfera. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje perfekcyjna czystość oraz przytulność wnętrz – wszystko zadbane w najdrobniejszych detalach. Od pierwszych chwil czuliśmy się tam bardzo komfortowo. Gospodarz, Juan, przywitał nas miłą niespodzianką, co było niezwykle sympatycznym i rzadko spotykanym gestem. Przez cały pobyt był zawsze w kontakcie, dostępny i pomocny, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się jak w domu, a nie jak zwykli goście. The house is located off-street and is tucked behind other residences, providing a private and quiet environment. The home and outdoor living spaces are surrounded by a fence, and there are motion detectors as well as a Ring monitor for safety. The house smells wonderful, and the décor is bright, colorful, and welcoming. The outdoor space is equally appealing and comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly want or need, including outdoor and recreational equipment like a yoga mat, which is something we don’t often see. All the extras are included in terms of household supplies and personal care. The washer and dryer are a bonus, too. We were very happy with our stay. Highly recommended!

The place was amazing and it was full of details in every corner that helped us to have a better stay. Located very conveniently, 15 min to the beach and all main grocery stores just 3 min away. It is a safe area. Also the property felt private, quiet.

The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional, providing us with all the comforts of home and then some. • Peter (10/5): My stay at Juan Carlos’s guest house was delightful, with beautifully clean accommodations, charming decorations, and a - I particularly appreciated the attention to detail (everything you could possibly want is supplied inc beach items etc), the cleanliness, and tidiness of the property, as well as the beautiful decorations, the welcoming pack and card, and the vibrant backyard resembling a nature reserve and chill out space. I found the location to be inconvenient, as it was quite a drive away from downtown Miami and necessitated frequent use of rideshare services like Uber or Lyft when without a car.
• Jennifer (9/5): This is a great location and a great value! - Great location, very clean and had all of the essentials you could need! The parking is really tight. If you have a car it’s probably fine but in a truck, it was tricky. We were able to make it work though.
