• Katarzyna (7/5): Bardzo rozsądna opcja w tej cenie - Przestronny pokój z dużym, wygodnym łóżkiem. W pokoju dostępny czajnik i podstawowe naczynia wraz z mikrofalówką, przy dłuższym pobycie na pewno jeszcze bardziej przydatne i istotne. Duża łazienka I gorąca woda pod prysznicem,, idealnie po dniu na nartach. Parę kroków od restauracji i sklepów z żywnością więc bardzo dogodna lokalizacja. Było troche chłodno pomimo gorącego kaloryfera, dopiero dwie kołdry dawały komfort cieplny. Przydałyby się jakieś dodatkowe koce, szczególnie jak przyjeżdża więcej niż 1 osoba.

• Renáta (9/5): - Využila jsem již podruhé. Dá se spolehnout na příjemný check-in, oceňuji neuvěřitelně vybavenou kuchyňku, ikdyž jsem neměla v úmyslu během krátkého pobytu si vyvařovat.

• Bretislav (6/5): - The lowest price in the location. Fully-equipped apartment. Next to the main road, cars were passing throughout the whole night so it was noisy. They asked for 20 CZK as a city tax fee, even though there is written 10 CZK on booking. We had a lengthy discussion as I refused to pay 20 and paid them 10 as on the booking website (They tried to tell me it was my responsibility and that nobody had had a problem with paying 20 CZK before.) I have looked it up on the Internet and it is the responsibility of the owner of the apartment to update the city tax. The apartment has a view from a window to a car repair shop. When I arrived at the property, I was standing next to the right building. The owner (she) told me to come over to another building next to the one I was standing. When I moved myself to the second building. We walked back to the place where I had been before. Ridiculous. While showing me the apartment, she was having a phone call with another customer who had got on the wrong train. After the call she had comments and questions towards me about her customer like it was my problem to deal with her problems and problems of others. Overall, I don't see this as good customer service.

• Hana (10/5): Moc hezké ubytování za rozumnou cenu. - Hezká lokalita, kousek od restaurace. Majitelé velmi milí. Paní nám vše ukázala. Pokoj čistý. Společná koupelna a kuchyňka s vedlejším pokojem, ale zrovna jsme byli ubytovaní sami, takže jsme měli vše pro sebe. Pokoj byl čistý. Je vidět, že se majitelé o ubytování starají. Z venku má dům tmavší fasádu, ale uvnitře je hezký a světlý. Při příjezdu dostanete klíč, jeden od pokoje, druhý od domovních dveří. Autobusová zastávka i nádraží je kousek. Trošku měkčí postel. Platí se hotově 20 Kč poplatek městu (naštěstí jsem vyštrachala poslední drobné :) ).

• Andreja (9/5): Superb - The room I was in was in a separate building and brand new. It wasn't the apartment I booked online and was smaller, but still felt like an upgrade because of how nice it was. Came with a big terrace shared with only one other room. The blinds let a lot of light through so staying there in summer it was waking me up in the morning.
• Robert (8/5): Very good - It was very clean, the host was really kind and there was all what you need from the kitchen equipment to the washing maschine. The location is also very central. I really enjoyed my stay there.

• Laurie (8/5): Pleasant except for the water condition - The only complaint we had is regarding their water. The water came out orange and smelly. We hesitated to shower because of the discoloration. The manager showed us the outside of the water tank and it was bad, however, I didn't know at that point that the water was affected by the defected exterior.
