• Nicola (7/5): Buona sistemazione per passare un paio di giorni a Malaga - Posizione molto buona, a 2 passi dalla malagueta, muelle uno e a 5 minuti dal centro storico. Appartamento spazioso Appartamento spazioso ma avrebbe bisogno di qualche sistemazione (Mobilio da rinnovare, le finestre non restavano chiuse, carta da parati un po’ staccata…) Pulizia non delle migliori ma neanche pessima.

• CLAUDIA (9/5): Comodità assoluta! - Posizione TOP, a pochi passi da La Malagueta, il porto e il centro! Appartamento spazioso, molto confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario. Finestre poco insonorizzate, si sentono i rumori della strada.

Šeimininkas online stengėsi padėti su spynos atrakinimu, nors buvo jau naktis. Senas ir tai jaučiasi, labai paprastas, atrodo kiek blogiau nei foto. Durų spyna buvo užsikirtusi ir labai sunkiai pavyko atrakinti.

Baño y cocina nuevos. Recomendable! Lo que no me gustó no tiene nada que ver con el departamento Justo estaban trabajando en refacciones en el muelle y arrancaron desde muy temprano todo el día. Bastante bullicio. Pero debe ser excepcional

El WiFi no funcionó en 5 días. utensilios de cocina muy escasos, tuvimos que pedir una sarten,platos, vasos y cucharillas. El sofá muy sucio, la nevera no tenía estanterías en la puerta, y estaban por allí rotos. en el baño,ni una estantería para poder dejar las cosas, ducha muy sucia y atascada. gel y champú inexistente, aunque lo ponía,así todo y no acabo. ya digo mantenimiento 0. no volvería nunca. no volveré a coger un apartamento con booking.com.

• George (7/5): Enjoyable - The location was close to the marina and many bus routes close by. The apartment is located in a busy area with bars, supermarkets and shops nearby. Despite not receiving the key codes before I left my hotel that morning, I used the emergency number and received an instant response from Carlos. Modern apartment designed for hot weather, so when the weather got cooler, the small heater could not keep the apartment warm.
• Yolande (2/5): Very poor - Good location Our building was a construction site, contractors started working at 8 am. There was a lot of noise. Kitchen not fully equiped, and refrigerator was a freezer, everything was frozen, even at lowest level. Shower was not very clean.

When we arrived we we were not informed that their would be scaffolding outside the building from floor to ceiling, no window view just scaffolding, we were only there for one night thankfully

• Farnaz (8/5): It was pleasant for short stay. Neighborhood was so noisy at night according to a club around. - It was easy to get the keys. They were hiding in lock box hanging on the door. I got the room half an hour late. The fridge froze everything I could not use it properly.

• Monika (9/5): Superb - The location is great, Carlos the owner is very nice and helpful. Apartment was clean and spacious, super close to the beach. Check in was easy! The apartment is not well equipped, just one wine glass, one normal glass etc. This is the only thing that was missing!

• Holly (10/5): Exceptional - LOVED the appartment. Will definitely be back .Carlos is the best host I've ever come across, extremely obliging and replies within seconds. Apartment is very modern and comfortable and has all the facilities you could want. Brilliant location the beach is less than a 5 minute straight down the road and right in front of the apartment is the promenade to the city center. There are markets and restaurants all around the harbour in front of the apartment, seems like an expensive location. Will definitely be returning to this accommodation. There is nothing I didn't like for a change!
