• Yelizavieta (3/5): Very irresponsible. Paid for 2 beds, get 1. - Location is good That was impossible to find a personal. I didn’t check in. My companion, who came earlier, just get a key from a cleaning service lady - it was not our booked room. Instead of 2 beds - we get one. Didn’t see anyone from workers after that. No response for email.
• Leon (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU - Nothing, I couldn't get in because no one was there and they did not give me any information in advance. They don't give you any information about how to get in and when I arrived at 9.30pm, I had to find another place to stay. Also they don't respond to any messages. Basically, they really do not care about you.
• Schaare (1/5): Bad - Don't book this. As others experienced, I also arrived at the location with no reception, no information on how to get keys and no possibility of contacting someone (they didn't react to multiple chat, mails or phone calls). There were multiple 4-digit pin secured key boxes on the side of the entry and in my dispair I randomly checked them. One of them sprung open with keys inside. With those I could enter and find my supposed room. The room itself was prepared, which was weird. On my next night 3 different people rang the doorbell and they had the same problem as me but there were no more keys so I spend my evening helping them getting a refund via booking.com and searching for alternatives. Absolutely unacceptable. Booking should remove this location from their website.
• Charlotte (6/5): Pleasant - Room was cute Wasn't given the check in information until much later, and when I accessed the room, there was no hot water. Contacted the property via Booking.com to ask to have it sorted, and then said they would look into it but never got back to me
• Max (1/5): Do not book this property! - Could not check-in as no one opened the door. Had to be relocated by booking.com. Everything, worst experience a traveller could have!
• Eugene (1/5): Bad - Don’t book this hotel because they’re scammers. We were staying in front of the building with our luggage and couldn’t enter the property, by the way there was another guest with the same trouble staying with us. We couldn’t reach the owners by phone and they never replied to our email, fortunately the another guest speaks German and he finally reached the owner by the phone and they said that the hotel is full and there’s no rooms available. We were so disappointed because we booked it long time ago and paid full price. We still didn’t get any payment back

• Andrea (2/5): Very poor - - Good position, close to tram to reach Frankfurt Hbf and city centre. - Good Wifi connection. - Communication with the host was not clear from the beginning: no info were given in advance about my stay, how to get the keys and how to check out, considering that there is no reception. I had to contact the structure myself to know how to get in the room, even if I let them know my arrival time. - The host was largely unprepared, not professional: between the moment I arrived in front of the structure and the moment I entered the room it took 3 hours. Keys were not present or, once I got them, not working. Disaster. - The bed is large, but the mattresses and the pillows are very soft and ultimately extremely uncomfortable. Woke up with a back pain.
• Lara (1/5): We almost did not have a place to sleep. Nobody had contacted us prior to our check-in. When we arrived there were 11 ot - It was very nice and comfortable. When we tried to contact the property it would go to voicemail. The only reason we were able to get in was because of the cleaning lady which had arrived shortly and was able to somehow let us in. We thought we were being scammed. Nobody had ever contacted us prior, during or after the stay.
• Utku (1/5): We couldn’t stay here because they sold out rooms to someone else - They overbooked over 4 room and didn’t do anything about it!!! Don’t try to book room from here ! You hey can sell your room to someone else !!!
• Cvetan (2/5): Not recommended - Location No staff , comunication by messages,check iin instructions by message, check out instructions by message, received after i left the room , did not received invoice, althogh I asked before arrival, received the message that will be ready before check out, no soap nor shampoo in the bathroom.

• Lucas (4/5): Never going back again - near to Messe Old place, bad smell including the bed and cushions; First night I did not have a sheet for the bed (I have paid extra to sleep in another hotel), no shampoo/shower gel, no iron, walls that you can hear everything from the neighbors, and so on..If you really need to stay don’t take more than 1 night

• Pavan (8/5): Very satisfied with location, accessibility and price. Room heater and refrigerator were not silent. - Good facilities, excellent location, very good price, easy access to room even in absence of staff. Noise created by room heater and refrigerator during night disturbed the sleep.

• Istvan (1/5): A depressing small place , - This place is a nightmare. The typical make money fast: an old apartment divided into multiple small holes. First, NO TV channels!!! if u have Rtl plus, netflix etc... u might can watch those but forget the amazing german over the air channels. Bring your space heater!!! The rusty old radiator cannot heat up the room. Also bring some lamps bc the whole hole is dark and depressing. They try to supress some smell with strong airfreshners. I have a guess what it might be but not sure, on the other hand I am sure the place is dump and the bathroom is rusty and falls apart. I could not believe that in Germany a place like this exist. Run!! only plus is that its clean, super clean. this is a dark, damp, depressing hole carved out of an old apartment. Tv without channels, a fully scratched mini fridge ( i guess guest put suitcase on it, in lack of a suitcase holder or table) Rusty radiators that are barely warm. The craftsmanship of this place looks like Stevie Wonder did the paint job!! Also, they use different names and the instructions they gave under residence city west contraindict with those posted according to required regulations. When a business uses multiple names its always a red flag!

• Elena (10/5): Lovely Stay in Frankfurt - We had a lovely stay in the family room. Towels and bed linen are clean, so is the whole flat. I loved the bathtub and the bathroom perfume. The mattress is extremely comfortable, we slept like babies, and as I hardly sleep well when travelling abroad, I’m very happy to have found a such a cozy bed! Nothing
