Cama súper cómoda y con aire acondicionado Pese a estar cerca de la calle del tren y en una calle ajetreada no se oye nada de ruido , aunque nos despertaron a las 5 am el personal haciendo el desayuno hablando alto y con ruido de platos, una pena porque por lo demás es tranquilo. Una crítica constructiva es que pueden arreglar el tubo del ac porque pierde en el baño y encharca todo el suelo.

• Danielle (9/5): - The location was perfect, just a two minute walk from train street and not a far walk to other places with tons of food and shopping around. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room had no window but it was comfortable, with hot water, air con, a kettle and fridge. Our room had no safe even though the information book in our room says all rooms come equipped with a safe, but the security of the building felt good and I just asked the staff not to come into the room to clean unless we asked them, which was honoured. There was some construction in the building next door so it was loud if you wanted to rest at the hotel at any point during the day.

Nettes Personal, großes gemütliches Zimmer, haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen, da ein Zimmer mit Balkon frei war von dem man auch den Zug sehen könnte. Lage etwas abseits, aber dafür eher ruhig und zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Altstadt

• Delilah (7/5): Amazing location - Staff super friendly and lovely. Location is amazing, right next to train street, but also walking distance to lots of restaurants and cafes. Room was cleaned everyday. Room has a fridge which is always a bonus. Bathroom very nice, good shower. Strong A/C. Room was smaller than expected but was fine. Bed was quite soft, i personally prefer a hard mattress, so wasn’t as comfortable. Walls quite thin, so would get woken up early in the morning by other guests leaving or by staff cleaning other rooms early. Overall this hotel is good value for money and the location was just amazing.

• Joan (8/5): - Nous y sommes restées qu’une soirée et cela nous a permis d’être au cœur d’Hanoi et d’avoir un avant goût de notre séjour ici. C’est situé dans un quartier très animé à 2 pas du fameux train qui traverse les étroites rues. L’hôtel est simple et suffisant pour une nuit.

• Sam (6/5): Oké verblijf, maar ik zou een ander hotel kiezen - Locatie is heel fijn. Lekker centraal. Personeel is heel erg meedenkend. Kamer is basic, maar prima voor het bedrag wat je ervoor betaald. Er was veel geluidsoverlast. Dit kwam door andere gasten in het hotel, maar ook werd er verbouwd. Gelukkig niet tot in de late uurtjes, maar gedurende de dag was er hard geboor. Er was perongeluk een glas omgevallen. Dit kan natuurlijk gebeuren. Deze moesten we betalen. Vond ik persoonlijk ook een beetje gek. Daarnaast hebben we meerdere keren moeten vragen of ze onze kamer wilden schoonmaken. Na vragen deden ze dit, maar vergaten ze wel eens wat zoals toiletpapier of een zak in de prullenbak. Hier hebben we meermaals om moeten vragen.

They gave useful tips and information, especially helpful if it’s your first time in Hanoi. The hotel itself is clean and decent. It’s not a brand-new building, but it’s well-maintained. The price is also more affordable compared to other hotels near the more chaotic streets, which makes it a great value for money. Would definitely recommend for travelers looking for a convenient, comfortable, and budget-friendly stay.

La camera standard sembra avere una finestra che in realtà non ha, perché affaccia sul corridoio, la camera quindi è impregnata di muffa e puzza di umido (non avendo nessun ricircolo d aria) e pure poco pulita. Struttura in generale (aree comuni) sporche. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza e ci è stata data una camera con finestra dovendo pagare un extra.

Byliśmy 2 noce w tym czasie room serwis i wymieniono ręczniki. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, mini lodówka w pokoju z zaopatrzeniem. Wolnej przestrzeni w pokoju było jakieś półtora metra kwadratowego. Po rozłożeniu walizki i plecaka nie było możliwości poruszania.

• Gemma (3/5): Arrived at the property and were given a bedroom with a window that looked directly onto the hallway. The window did not - Location The pictures online do not reflect the bedrooms. The room had no proper window to the outside and felt like being in a box, which was very misleading compared to what was advertised.

• Charlie (7/5): Nice short stay - - Great location. - Staff friendly and helpful. - Nice comfortable room with a good shower. - We were able to bring food into the hotel at night time and sit in the lobby area to eat. - WiFi is extremely poor. Had to use or data the majority of the time. If you are intending on needing good WiFi, here may not be suitable. - The toilet seat had lots of stains and was evidently quite old and needed replaced.

A televisão do meu quarto não funcionava, não há elevador até ao último andar e o isolamento está longe de ser perfeito. Ouve-se muito barulho vindo das ruas da caótica cidade de Hanoi.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Good location, wonderful staff, comfortable room, but bathroom could be cleaner - The location is great - it's close to many different sites and good restaurants. The staff were great - always very friendly and helpful, giving recommendations of what to see nearby and how to get around, and even helping me to break some money! The bed is comfortable. There is not really a window, but a window made of those wavy glass blocks, so it does let in some natural light from the hallway, which I like. The bathroom and linens could be cleaner. There was what looked like some black mold in the grout lines and crevices between tiles. The toilet was cleaned but just stained from being old. My towels were changed daily, but one day my towel had stains on it.a Also, the room is not very sound-proof, so you can hear your neighbors sometimes. I don't mind this too much because I only heard the occasional door shut or item drop, but if you had loud neighbors it could be hard. Lastly, water pressure was a bit weak, but hot water was consistent for me.

• Emöke (8/5): Kleines , einfaches Hotel, gute Lage - Kleines, einfaches Hotel, nettes Personal, sehr gute Lage. Keine Fenster nach draußen, somit sehr ruhig.

• Justin (10/5): It immediately set a positive tone for our stay - From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was polite, friendly, and attentive, creating a great first impression.
• dmitriy (5/5): - Расположение неплохое, рядом Train street, недалеко центральнй вокзал, что было критерием для выбора. До озера идти довольно долго, минут 20-25. Размер номера удручает. Кровать стоит впритык с 3 сторон к стене, залезть можно только с одной стороны, второй человек лезет через первого. Окно в коридор, причем коридор глухой. Ванная малюсенькая. розеток почти нет, да и те не выдают нормальную мощность. Вентилятор в ванной орут так, что находится там некомфортно. Места на полу крайне мало, ели ели раскрыть два небольших чемодана и дальше скакать поверх них.
• Daniel (10/5): The twin room was thoughtfully arranged and surprisingly cozy - As someone who values quality sleep, I really appreciated how dark and quiet the room was at night. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to unwind after long days exploring Hanoi.

• Daisy (10/5): - The front desk manager was especially helpful and enthusiastic, assisting us with every request. This hotel is a fantastic option for small families and independent travelers. If we return to Hanoi, we would definitely stay here again.
