• Sophie (4/5): Appartement à RÉNOVER et surtout à NETTOYER - La proximité des transports ainsi que des commerces Appartement pas entretenu, hygiène douteuse (vaisselles sales, draps qui sentent mauvais, canapé déchiré, coussins canapé taché, tapis de salle de bain sales), ainsi qu’une mauvaise isolation donc très bruyant

• Jocelyn (4/5): If you can handle the shortcomings and constant sirens, then this is the place to stay - Very spacy open planned joined bedroom and lounge. Fresh smelling bed linen. Room heating was easy to use and kept the place warm. Oven did not work so unable to cook and only two rings worked. Towels were stained. Crockery/utensils was not clean on arrival. Location very noisy.

• Amie (7/5): Night out at FOLD. - Excellent location for our stay after a techno night at FOLD. It was clean and comfortable and we slept well. Lots of shops and takeaways nearby. The place is a basic studio flat with potential with improvement. Had everything we needed in there. Dodgy boiler which needs fixing as kept cutting out while in the shower and luckily we had pound coins to top up the electric which ran out. If you need somewhere to crash for a night or 2 and aren't a snob then this place does the job. We'd stay again if need to come back to the same area in the future. Was nice to have 11am check out and option to check in late. Thanks 👍 Boiler cutting out so couldn't heat the place up properly, would have been nice know we might have needed to top up the electric. Could do with some new cooking pans.

• Laura (9/5): Superb - It was as described in the pictures and all the facilities where working as they should. It was a comfortable stay and great location for travelling as it is located with walking distance from the Tube. Good communication throughout the stay and beyond when I lost my item in the property and it was found prompt. No issues. There was some need for property renovation in the hall and could hear noise but was a minor issue
• Guillalva06 (6/5): Modern Large Studio - The apartment is located near the subway and the neighbourhood has a lot of groceries stores and fast food restaurants. The apartment is good for the price, it has a very confortable couch and the option to use Netflix on the tv. The washing machine works but in some part of the process it spills some water in the kitchen floor. Also, I think that the landlord is reading the reviews and fixing some issues as the door lock, windows and others. The owners were really helpful and they allowed us to store our bags after the checkout time. Under the coach and the bed is a lot of dust so it'd be good to improve the cleaning of the apartment. Additionally, the pans and pots look old and dirty, to be honest some of them are kind of rusty, so we had to buy a new pan to be able to cook. The heater is too hot so we had to turn off from time to time.
• Canamonica (10/5): We would like to come back - The apartment is OK, it is clean. The entrance to the building is a bit odd, but the room is ok. There is everything you need in it. The host is OK, he met us in front of the building to give us the keys, and he showed us the room. The room is big, it can easily accommodate 5. There were extra pillows and blankets and an extra bed. We had excellent Wi-Fi and Netflix. The bathroom is a bit small, but we did not sleep in there. .
• Angela (3/5): Poor - The take aways nearby were pretty good and priced well! There's a cute little cafe a 5 minute walk away called the Milk Tree that does fantastic pastries. Pretty close to Canning Town station and it's on the main street so easy to get to The entrance to the property needs A LOT of work. The carpets were raggedy and coming up from the floor, the stairs were dipped in points and the handrail were loose, making it hazardous to go up and down especially if you're carrying lots of bags. The property itself was very OK. The flooring was missing panels in the main living space and there were bare walls in the kitchen. There is a door to the bedroom that leads in from the entrance hall with a broken handle that makes the property feel unsafe. The door is attempted to be hidden by wardrobes but the soundproofing is non existent as you can hear other neighbours in the entrance hall as if they are in the apartment with you. You can hear everything going on outside on the street even though they are completely shut Also the windows can't be opened for fresh air. The thermostat didn't seem to work to turn the heating down. The entire building smelled of weed. Additionally I had initially booked the property for 2 nights but plans had changed and I only needed to stay for one night and notified the owners a couple of weeks in advance but was rejected for a date amendment. I then tried to cancel and ask for a refund but there was a cancellation "charge" that near enough reflected the total amount I paid for both nights. So I decided to bite the bullet and just stay the night since I had already paid for it.
• Olga (2/5): The place is very dirty and poorly maintained - Location There's a horrible smell of weed in the entire building, the apartment is not very fresh either. It's not possible to air the room because the windows are broken, however, you can hear all the noise from outside. There are problems with hot water, you need to set up the boiler yourself. Bed sheets and towels are smelly and dirty, not to mention the dirt everywhere else.
• Maxim (1/5): The please was dirty, falling apart, not as advertised and felt unsafe. - The lock for the front door was hanging off by its nails. This made us feel very unsafe. Other things that weren’t as advertised were the missing parts of floorboard, the view out of the kitchen, rips on the sofa, dirt covering the kitchen, tape over the windows, the windows not having handles, the hallway and stairs leading into the studio falling apart with the plaster on the walls falling off and more. We left and booked another hotel after being at the property for less than 10 minutes. The owners of the property refused to believe there was anything wrong with the place and that it was just as advertised.

• Steve (6/5): Worked well for what I needed but the place needs a bit of tlc - Location was great for City Hall, O2 etc Lot of space and all normal facilities you's expect Door lock was only a single yale and the internal lock doesn't work - so not very secure Kitchen needs some TLC - unit doors damaged, cooker is rusty and doesn't feel that clean Matress is OK but a bit lumpy Windows don't all open and the thermostat doesn't appear to work (too hot when I was there, so had to switch the boiler off)
• Mentor (3/5): Consider another property for sure - The noise was so present and I could sleep during the night. It was like no window 😕 This property should be considered as not livable. It needs total renovation.

• Chris (10/5): Great host, great location. - Location was epic. 30 mins by tube from Victoria, 1 stop from the O2 which was the purpose of my visit. It’s a great base. All was great.
