Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν άμεση και άψογη, ενώ το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πολύ άνετο. Νιώσαμε πραγματικά σαν στο σπίτι μας. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά!

Koga mrzi onda taksi - cena od šest do 10 evra. Kome je skupo - bus ili metro. Inače, nedaleko od apartmana je i Ambasada Srbije. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom odlična. Sve u svemu najiskrenija preporuka! P.S. Lift je neobično mali, služi svrsi i to ide na dušu projektantima zgrade🙂.

It's located in a nice, central area with all the necessary amenities and close to the metro. There are many bars and restaurants open late nearby. The photos on the website accurately represent the apartment. I especially appreciated the washing machine and the terrace.

The place is kinda not accessible for disabled people:/ there is an elevator but it’s really small, and if you are using wheelchair it will be hard for you to fit into it.

• Eirini (10/5): Excellent! Great host! - The host Panagiotis was great. He was always available, answered quickly and did his best for us to enjoy our stay, and we did! Clean, nice, new renovated apartment in the center of the city. Because it is by a big road it is a bit noisy with open window but since it is on the 5th floor it s not a big problem with closed windows. There are two air conditioners for both heating and cooling. If you are a really light sleeper you might need ear plugs. 5-7 minutes walk to the metro station Megaro Mousikis and many bus stops in the area.

Perfect cleanliness and comfort. The apartment has everything you need, the landlord took care of all the little things. The bath robes were very welcome, everything was perfectly clean. A beautiful large bed, a huge TV that can be watched from both the living room and the bedroom. Separate kitchen, lovely shower. A very attentive landlord who helped with everything and took care of us. It's just a pity...That we've only been there for 5 days. We will definitely come back and recommend it from the bottom of our hearts!

The host is amazing he provided laundry gel since I was travelling from another short trip and I had to wash my clothes. He is very polite and he is an immediate problem resolver. Even if the apartment is located in a central road you can sleep very deep. The most amazing flat and bed in my life after mine of course. I often stay in Athens and at this price I came across terrible surprises: they were basement boxes where I refused to live. Check-in is very fast, Mr. Panagiotis is very polite, he also answers calls or SMS at any time and is ready to help in the right situation. I definitely now always prefer these apartments!!! !

• Leonard (10/5): What a great location for a one week getaway in Athens. Centrally located close to most museums. The train station may b -  the apartment was located very close to most of the museums. Restaurants and food markets were also very close. Panos was very helpful upon arrival.

Perfect for individuals wanting a little more space or - We loved having a common door to the hallway of our two apartments. They were spacious, well appointed, easy to access and a wonderful landing spot after a very long 31 hours of travel. The host could not have been any nicer and accommodating. He even met us outside at 2:30am when we arrived. Such a lovely place to stay! I know some past visitors have mentioned the musty smell in the lobby but don’t let that sway you from renting these beautiful apartments.

Supermarket opposite the block, many restaurants near location, metro station close by and parking space around the block. The host is very kind and responds promptly to messages. • Iwona (10/5): Everything was just perfect - 1) Flat is located two stations from the city centre. Very quiet and safe area. 5-7 minutes walk to the metro station. About 40 minutes walk to the Acropolis. There are several bakeries in the area where you can have breakfast and a few shops and pubs. 2) Cleanliness - The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with cosmetics and cleaning products. Also slippers, bathrobes, towels. 3) Standard of the apartment - very high - newly renovated. Manual air conditioning in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron available. Fully equipped kitchen. 4) Host - I have never met a host like this. Panos gave us lots of tips about Athens. He even helped us find a real Greek restaurant with Greek music late at night during our trip. We felt very well looked after. He was totally helpful with a great sense of humour. If you are looking for specific attraction (as concert, sports game, restaurant etc) in Athens, he will definitely help you. Best regards and we will come back for sure!

• Himanshu (10/5): Spectacular place - There is nothing about the apartment itself that we can say we did not like. Overall, it is an amazing place. Immaculate, every room amenities have been thought through in making the client stay pleasant and comfortable. We just felt like home. The host, Parno, was very helpful, accessible, and courteous. The only thing we did not like is that the place is on the main street and there are vehicles' and people's noise all night. Being a light sleeper, I had some challenges sleeping. However, this is an external factor that is outside of the property management's control.
