• Rita (10/5): Easy communication via whatsapp- good location- silent apartment thanks for the inner courtyard. - Amazing rooftop with pool - double bedroom with separate bathrooms- interior No proper blankets but this is something that happens most of the hotels we stay in Spain or in Italy. - the hosts were very nice, beacuse when i mentioned it they brought us radiators. Great service

• Yvette (9/5): Gewoon fantastisch! - De ligging is zeer centraal om de stad te verkennen, je kunt alle kanten op. Een heerlijk bed, keuken voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De verhuurder is erg behulpzaam en meewerkend. Dus zeker reden genoeg om nog eens terug te gaan. In de badkamer is weinig ruimte om rondom de wastafel iets neer te zetten. De douche was heerlijk.

Everything was walkable and we loved our stay. Staff were accommodating with decorating the room for my wife’s 30th. Sunbeds not overly comfortable, and bedroom could do with a tv for relaxing after a long day.

The apartment was very well equipped, clean and a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided us with suitable locations to store our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight so didn’t want to be stuck with our luggage all day. Nothing.

• Charles (8/5): Overall the stay was pleasant, but confirm the building renovations are complete before booking. - The property is newly renovated. The unit had everything in working order and the beds were comfortable. The contact person was very nice and available to answer any questions via text/what's app. The common areas of the building were still being completed. They were painting and running power tools during the week days and made the roof area essentially unusable. Also, while there is a clothes washer in the unit, there is no clothes dryer and no where to hang clothes to dry.
• Kate (4/5): So much promise, ruined by ladders, decorators, and noise. - The location was great - really convenient for exploring Seville. The interiors of the apartments were also stylish and well-equipped. We arrived to find three storeys' worth of scaffolding and painting equipment waiting for us, with the underwhelming assurance that the decorators "don't work into the evening." That's great but, unfortunately, they do work in the morning - starting just after 8am, with banging, radios playing, and ladders being assembled. So that woke up each morning of our stay. I'm not sure why the apartments were still bookable while the works were going on - as well as the hallways looking like a building site, there were also a vast amount of trip hazards and barriers to exiting the building - as highlighted by the fact that there was a ladder blocking the door to our room (see image). I'm sure Casa Noa would be a perfectly lovely place to stay if it didn't look and sound like a building site. But unfortunately for us, we didn't get to see that side of it.

• Michelle (9/5): Excellent located appartment, clean, comfy beds - Property was in an excellent location, seconds away from main shopping district. Totally silent once we were in the apartment though, thankfully, and this was with the Easter religious festival going on outside! The pool was a nice touch too Nothing much to say on downsides. The pool is s and very cold but it was April, and at least we had a pool.
• christos (8/5): - H θέση ιδανική όλα με τα πόδια Το κοινό μπάνιο με δύο πόρτες μια για κάθε δωμάτιο..... εντελώς αβολευτο.....και έξω από το κοινό μπάνιο είχε τον νιπτήρα έναν σε κάθε δωμάτιο μέσα στο δωμάτιο.......χωρίς χώρο να βάζεις τα πράγματα σου.. ..περιμέναμε 45 λεπτά για να μας φέρουν τα κλειδιά
• Mercedes (10/5): Una gran experiencia en fechas entrañables. - Las instalaciones,fantásticas. Una maravillosa ubicación, el apartamento no le faltaba un detalle,cómodo confortable y luminoso. Una de las cosas más importantes es que a pesar de estar en pleno casco antiguo de Sevilla y en unas fechas de Semana Santa que son muy ruidosas....dentro de las instalaciones de apartamentos Noa había un gran silencio y se respiraba mucha tranquilidad. 100% Recomendable en cualquier estación del año. Me gustó todo.

• Judy (9/5): A really lovely stay in a beautiful city. - We loved the central location of the property. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom a little bit on the small size for our liking but apart from that all very nice. The rooftop is a nice addition although I would imagine it might get supremely hot in the summer months. The apartment bathroom was very small and perhaps it's worth asking for a space that has a larger one. If you have a front street facing apartment you need to keep the windows closed and air con on as it's on a very busy road, however it is in the centre of Seville so to be expected.

The communication with the host was also excellent. The kitchen/communal living space was quite small and there was only one 2 seater sofa and there were 4 adults in the party.

• Agustina (8/5): OJO si quieren pagar en efectivo NO aceptan. - La ubicación es privilegiada y el departamento muy cómodo y espacioso, realmente espectacular. Nosotros habíamos elegido este alojamiento, que estaba bastante encima del precio promedio por la posibilidad de pagar en efectivo que nos fue negada al llegar al lugar.

• Juliana (10/5): - Ótima localização, apartamento espaçoso e moderno. Fomos recebidos para entrega das chaves e explicação sobre o funcionamento do apartamento. Tivemos um problema, pois água quente acabou, mas fomos prontamente atendidos pelo zap. Como tinham vários hospedes no prédio, a água aquecida armazenada não foi suficiente. Tivemos que esperar algumas horas para reestabelecer. Acho que fica a dica para aumentarem a capacidade desse depósito. Gostamos de tudo.

• Nivrithi (5/5): It was satisfactory - Location good I didn’t have a choice with choosing it , it was recommended by bookings because Magno Apartments Almansa was double booked and fully paid for , so if I had to move again I would have to wait for another 2 weeks to get full payment and both these paid apartments It was small, and didn’t have microwave or place to dry clothes. Walls and floor was dirty and didn’t come equipped with all the amenities listed and only had 1 washing tablet, also no dishwasher

• Beaulieu (7/5): - - decor - big bedrooms and bathroom space - water and carton of milk in the fridge - air cons units in each room that allowed for different temperatures - felt safe due to the access into the property being very good - was woken up at 2:30am for around 30 minutes by another resident talking on loud speaker in his phone and heard doors slamming - the shower was not clean (black mould along the base of the shower tray and the head was covered in chalky white residue) - we were made aware just before 21:00 that a late fee would be incurred as we were checking in late of €30 and only acceptable in cash. We had only €50 notes and at first this was not accepted so we agreed the next day we would get the correct money. We were contacted twice to give receipt of this but unfortunately we were out of the property and still didn’t have correct funds. Rather than bring the €20 change the €50 was accepted and collected after 21:00hrs!!

• Lothar (4/5): Nie wieder - Lage und Ausstattung gut Entgegen den gezeigten Bildern erhielten wir ein dunkles, lautes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zur Strassenseite und Fensterzum Durchgang zum Innenhof, man mußte tagsüber immer Licht anschalten !!! Die Dame zum Empfang hatte es sehr eilig und konnte nicht schnell genug wieder gehen. Türschloss klemmte und nur mit viel Geduld zusammen mit anderen Gästen kamen wir rein. Am nächsten Tag teilte uns die Dame den Pin für den elektronischen Öffner mit. Diese Buchung war ein Fehlgriff wegen der falschen Angaben auf ihrer Website.

• Gerhard (8/5): Appartment in guter Lage - Die Lage war sehr gut und da das Appartment zum Hinterhof gelegen war, war es auch sehr ruhig was Verkehrslärm betrifft. Bis auf andere Gäste, die teilweise sehr laut bei ihrer Ankunft in der Nacht waren. Der Wohnbereich war sehr klein, dafür hatten wir aber zwei Schlafzimmer. Wir haben nicht gekocht, für uns war die Küchenausstattung okay. Wir würden die Appartments vielleicht wieder buchen aber keinesfalls das im Erdgeschoss. Wir hatten ein Appartment mit Terrasse gebucht und waren der irrigen Meinung, dass es oben liegen würde. Es wird im Text bei booking.com keine Lage angezeigt. Stattdessen waren wir im Erdgeschoss und durch die Lage zum Innenhof war es sehr dunkel, man musste auch tagsüber das Licht anmachen. Das sollte in den Bemerkungen stehen, damit man es weiß. Im Sommer ist es sicher angenehm kühl, jetzt im November haben wir ab und zu die KA angemacht um es etwas wärmer zu bekommen.

• Lauren (10/5): - Incredible apartments! So modern and beautifully styled. Staff were so helpful and accommodating for our large group. Everyone commented on how beautiful the accomodation was. Perfect location 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Right beside Zara. Roof top pool lovely to chill out. Nothing.

• Linda (6/5): Good location, clean but I didn’t like how the place was run and will not visit again - The building is very clean and in a great location. The room was also very clean FWe were given an apt in the front of the building and it was very noisy, until late into the night when I asked if there where any apartments free that were quieter I was told yes there were but I would have to pay an additional €300. We had already paid €700 for 4 nights for a noisy room and even though they had the availability they wouldn’t move us unless we paid!! On top of this the texts from the person managing the building had zero level of customer service. Also every time we returned to the building the main door was left open this is probably because it was very had to close and need to be slammed. Also read all the important info section!! They take a €250 security deposit on your credit card which i thought very strange

Very helpful indeed and also sent through links to places to visit and to eat which was greatly appreciated. Apartment was light and bright with lovely terrace. The rooftop pool area was small but lovely for a dip and chill at the end of a day of exploring! Location was pretty good too - very near Las Setas. Only thing I would say is it could do with another soft seat to sit on as the sofa was only really big enough for two and there would be space to put this in if the side table was removed. Did not spend a lot of time sitting down inside though so not too much of a problem for us.
• Pete Robo (5/5): - The apartment was in a great location. The host was extremely nice and courteous. The noise levels in the apartment were very off-putting, constant road noise from early morning to late at night as our apartment was on the first floor and the window was street facing, the bedroom window was not much better, people arriving back late at night, slamming the main entrance door which echoed throughout the the foyer and then passing by the bedroom window to get to the elevator, which in turn made a terrible racket when going up and down though the floors, signs should be on display telling guests to respect others in the building especially in regards to noise levels on returning from nights out, it you are unfortunate to get the ground floor apartment to the left as you go through the entrance, my advice is to ask to be moved straight away.
