• Kevin (9/5): Serene - The location, accommodations, management, are all extraordinary. Highly recommend for families, work, relaxation. Close to amenities but not directly in the chaos. Neither Booking nor Travelocity show all of the rules. This caused problems when we tried to arrive and confirm. The owners were very helpful but our inexperience with Spanish arrival rules caused owners and us some stress. Make sure you contact owners directly after booking for smooth arrival.
• Anthony (9/5): Appartement très bien situé et au calme qui nous a permis de visiter Barcelone à pieds au top - Emplacement super et la terrasse du logement était top L'état de la salle de bain, les sols et la cuisine mériteraient d'être renouvelés par rapport au prix de la location La chaudière est tombée en panne à 2 reprises pendant notre séjour il faudrait envisager son remplacement malgré l'intervention rapide le lendemain de notre arrivée et dans la journée la deuxième fois
• KATARINA (1/5): M - The location The heating was not working. It was 14 degrees and the best we could do with one small heater that staff gave us was 19 degrees. They brought this small heater 4 hours after we reported that the temperature is 14,5. The day after they didin't even ask us is it cold. The floors in the living room, the bathroom, the kitchen should be renovated. There were 3 pieces of toilet paper for 5 days for family of 6, 50 ml of dish detergent, 4 blankets for 6 people, moud in the bathroom, very dirty under the bed soffa ( not just dust, but coins, used tissues...) This is my worst accomodation experience ever.

• Federica (8/5): Una bella struttura e soprattutto in una posizione strategia - Punto molto strategico a pochi minuti a piedi puoi raggiungere tre diverse linee metropolitane che ti permettono di raggiungere posti diversi e lontani in poco tempo !di fronte si trova un supermarket aperto 24 h /24h !la struttura è accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort!ci siamo trovati molto bene io e la mia famiglia (con 4 bambini) Non c'è una vera cosa che non mi sia piaciuta, sono solo rimasta dispiaciuta di non aver visto mai l host ,forse perché periodo di feste ma cmq rimango soddisfatta.

• Anita (7/5): - Lokalizacja blisko centrum. Trochę zużyte mieszkanie.. Kontakt na plus- jasne zameldowanie. Lepiej wcześniej napisać i poprosić o instrukcje. Dostajecie kod do WiFi i linki do strony z kluczem do budynku i mieszkania. Ogólnie jestem zadowolona i wróciłabym drugi raz.
• Aye (4/5): Decepcionante - Voy a numerar en orden de prioridades las molestias: 1) El pedido de fianza de 300 euros sorpresa. Debería estar comunicado en el valor de la estadía en la página principal de booking, ya que si esta aclaración estuviera, no hubiera elegido la locación. Ya que el precio final aumenta considerablemente. 2) La calefacción no funcionaba, por más que nos comunicáramos telefónicamente, la solución no se produjo por más que hicimos reiterados avisos de que el problema persistía. 3) Las camas no tenían suficiente abrigo ni sábanas para hacer frente al frío aunque el piso estaba sin calefacción. 4) No había 6 sillas dentro del piso, tampoco jabón ni shampoo en el baño para 6 personas, sólo para dos. 5) Nos tocaron el timbre a las 00hs acusándonos de que estábamos haciendo ruido excesivo como de fiesta (6 personas adultas+60 cansadas de la caminatas del día), no pidieron disculpas por la confusión. Nos avisaron que cada piso tenía detector de ruido para justificarse. Pero nos quedamos esperando las disculpas correspondientes. 6) El check in demasiado largo e incomodo ya que la pagina dónde hay que hacerlo tiene demasiada demora.

• Rastelli (8/5): - Su ubicación, sobre todo! Una vez realizada la reserva, sin posible cancelación con devolución del dinero, me piden que realice un depósito de 300€. Este deposito me lo piden sin aviso previo a realizar la reserva! No estoy de acuerdo con esto, ya que si no realizad el deposito, pierdes la reserva y el dinero del alojamiento!! ¡DEBERIAN AVISAR CON ANTICIPACIÓN!
• Qi (1/5): terrible，不要住！！！ - Avoid at all costs! 不要住！！！ not clean, with huge cockroaches. The process for checking in is difficult. buttery missing from remote control so you cannot use the AC.
• Rolava (8/5): Would definitely return. Perfect for families or group of friends. - I traveled with my friend and 6 year old daughter. Perfect location. 15 min walk from Sagrada Familia, very central yet the street was very quiet. Bus from airport dropped us off near by, just 15 min walk from the property. Kitchen was well equipped. Little outdoor space was an added bonus. Smart tv, so my daughter was able to watch her Disney when we were at the apartment. Keys were sent with link so pretty easy to use, the only downside was constant worry if my phone runs out of battery, how would we get in?! Lights in apartment were very dimmed a little brighter would be nice. Bathroom served the purpose but maybe an upgrade in near future would be necessary. Obviously we came early November and temperature outside drops by quite a bit on evening, it felt a little chilly, but once I figured out the heating it was okay.
• Marianna (9/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van, szinte minden sétatávolság. Praktikus a lakásba való bejutás módja. Jó a konyha felszereltsége, minden tiszta volt benne. A terasz hangulatos. 6 főre, 5 éjszakára kevés volt a bekészített 3 kis tekercs wcpapír, 2 darab mosogatógépbe való tabletta. Ezeket vennünk kellett, illetve öngyújtót is, ha használni akartuk a gáztűzhelyt. A fürdőszobára ráférne egy felújítás.

• Justine (2/5): To expensive for what we received. - The location was ok The cleanliness, the apartment and the furniture was quite damaged, the towels even if clean - but grey and old.

• Pauline (5/5): Bien moyen ... - Emplacement calme et sécurisé. Plutôt bien situé. La terrasse est un vrai plus. Propreté du logement, du linge de lit et linge de toilette. Logement très petit pour 6 personnes. Vieillot, aurait besoin d'un net rafraîchissement. La cuisine sans fenêtre n'est vraiment pas agréable. Tarif élevé par rapport aux prestations proposées : appartement peu équipé, même pas une fourchette pour chaque personne, pas de torchon pour la vaisselle... Beaucoup de matériel qui ne fonctionne pas ou désuel (1 chaise extérieure cassée, canapé abîmé, lave-vaisselle qui ne fonctionne pas...). Système de clé digitale pas pratique.
