Comfortable bed Washing dishes in bathroom basin - nowhere to place dishes. Broken arm on one of the chairs. Lighting above bed shone directly onto T.V. Hot water ran out after second shower and when washing dishes.
- Mark (8/5): An affordable clean, older style motel for my weekend stay day-hiking in the Grampians - A credit to this older style motel that everything in my room (#11) was very clean, the shower hot water was good, the TV and microwave worked well and split system AC and heating unit looked new. Comfy DB and kangas hopping by morning and evening! I didn't take the $15 continental breakfast of cereal, sliced bread toast and basic tea/coffee and a hot breakfast or buffet was not offered.

- Margaret (9/5): Perfect location for exploring the Grampians - The staff were welcoming and could not have been more helpful. Setting is lovely and the wildlife are a big bonus. Brilliant starting point for the best walks in the area. All was great.

- Rodney (10/5): Fantastic, would stay there again - Relaxed atmosphere. Clean good sized rooms. Host at the front desk was lovely and very helpful TV reception wasn’t too great but I know this is due to the recent fires and the local tower being affected
- Richard (8/5): A perfect Grampians getaway - A perfect getaway surrounded by the stunning views of The Grampians. The rooms are well appointed, clean and can cater to different groups. Excellent service and housekeeping staff. Waking up to kangaroos at your doorstep was a real treat! The bed was a little too soft for my liking, but otherwise all good.

Rooms aren't serviced daily and wasn't told about this. No tissues in the room. No hot breakfast. Rooms a little dated and need upgrading.

- Peter (8/5): Superb location - I chose the Grampians Motel purely and simply because I wanted a room with a bath at a reasonable price, and the superior rooms offer just that. It’s an older-style property, pretty basic in design and decor, but it was clean and I was travelling solo and spending my days hiking, and my room had everything I needed so no problems at all. The iron, hairdryer and basic crockery/cutlery/microwave all came in useful. There was also a toaster and kettle. The coffee machine was great, and definitely a bonus, but there were only 2 capsules and I used them on my first morning. Location is lovely (lots of wildlife) but it’s is a bit far from Halls Gap to walk if you’re heading out to eat/drink in the evening. The onsite restaurant was closed due to staff shortage when I stayed in mid-March.

The bathroom in our room was in very poor condition and quite unclean. There were a lot of birds, even a kangaroo that seemed to feel they were part of the complex. No resturant was a disappointment.

The room was very clean with comfy beds and a large bathroom. Parking was right outside the door. The room was a little dated and tired with paint peeling off in the bathroom. It was too far to walk to town and the restaurant on site was closed and had been for some time.

- JOHN (9/5): Well located Motel in a semi rural location on the edge of Halls Gaps - The Motel is located in a semi rural setting, with large garden areas and wildlife often seen grazing the grounds (kangaroos, emus). Reasonably close to Halls Gap centre restaurants. Facilities are rather dated and basic, but very comfortable.
- Martin (8/5): Gute Unterkunft für eine Nacht in den Grampians - - Liegt schön eingebettet in die Natur, viele Kängurus, Kakadus und Emus auf der Anlage und teils direkt am Zimmer/am Hotel. - Gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Zimmer. - Netter kleiner Pool vorhanden. - Zimmer war sehr groß und es gab guten Kaffee. - In die Stadt muss man das Auto nehmen, liegt etwas außerhalb. - Zimmer, v.a. das Bad, hat eher einen Kasernen- oder Jugendherbergscharme. - Netflix lief leider sehr unrund. - Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, erschien uns etwas teuer für das Gebotene.

The bathroom was dirty it had dead bugs on the sink and when we brang this up to reception he tried to tell us that is what happens when you leave the light on however we had only just arrived therefore not cleaned properly. There was some random coat left in the cupboard. Booked a room with a bath which they informed the day of arrival by text that the spa feature is not working but can use it as a bath which is fine however when we used it as a bath the water leaked through the room. Bath spout was loose, kettle was dirty with some bugs in it as well as sometimes when you ran the water you would get a bug or two. Microwave was dirty and the toilet did not flush properly took 2 or 3 flushes to get anything down. Lock on window was broken and didnt latch properly therefore anyone could of got through. The glass front door was hardly bolted in therefore rattled with the wind and the handle was bent so it very hard to use the key to lock and unlock it.

The views are amazing from the motel, cockatoos and other birds visiting each morning. Kangaroos and emus in the grassed area. Michael at reception was so lovely and helpful. The room had everything we needed, comfy beds, fridge, kettle, toaster, tv and large bathroom. BBQ, fire pit and pool on site. Short drive into town for everything you may need and access to the beautiful hikes the Grampians has to offer. Will definitely be back again.

- David (10/5): - Michael welcome, the place which is fantastic with lot of wild animals around, the view on the mountain, the distance with Halls Gap which is Ok to go for dinner by car, the pool which is clean and good. The home itself is has described, very good for few days in the grampians We would have appreciated a freezer in the house, but has it was possible to buy ice to the reception it was not a big deal. Bedside lamps could be nice to have too.

- Seng Yu (8/5): Pleasant - Great surrounding with big open lawn. No hot breakfast make it more troublesome for us, we need to go to town to eat breakfast then come back. They only serve continental breakfast.
- Aaron (10/5): Great stay overall for the price with exceptional results. Would use this motel again next time. - Staff was very pleasant to deal with, room appears exceptionally clean, location was very nice surrounded by beautiful mountains. Pool was clean and we got to use it. Bed wasn't comfortable, but it is not my bed so what can you do.
