• Vandebergen (9/5): Top qua prijs kwaliteit - Het is een ruim appartement met zowel 2 aparte slaapkamers, een zithoek en een groot terras op de bovenverdieping. Die combinatie geeft het een zeer sterke prijs kwaliteit. Zeer behulpzame host die bovendien voor een basis ontbijt zorgde. De airco werkt goed. De metro is maar op 5 min stappen en daarmee raak je bijna overal in Rome als je bereid bent af en toe goed te wandelen. Wij hebben geen geluidshinder gehad. Je zit in de Aziatische buurt op een 15 min stappen van het Termini centraal station. Practisch gelegen maar niet de mooiste buurt van Rome. Wij hebben ons nooit onveilig gevoeld. Om op de 5de verdieping te raken moet je een oude kleine lift nemen. Werkt prima maar weet dat het een ouder gebouw is.

El alojamiento suficientemente espacioso para una familia de 4 personas. Fueron unos días muy calurosos, y cuando uno llegaba de las excursiones hacia calor en la vivienda poniendo el aire acondicionado un rato se sentía muy confortable la estancia.
• MIKE WONG (1/5): Does not worth the money. A 40% cut in rate would be reasonable. - We like the comfortable beds Due to power overload. Many kitchen appliances and laundry machine cannot be used when the air con is on. It is an old building and I am sure the problem cannot be fixed. Without the use of those appliances, it does not worth the money.
• David (9/5): Excellent, comfortable and clean apartment close to the Colosseum. - Very nice apartment, good size with a nice courtyard garden. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hosts provided us with water, coffee, milk, juice and several snacks in the fridge - much more than I have experienced anywhere else. Very quiet in the evenings, and about 20 mins walk to the Colosseum and Forum. Plenty of places to eat locally.

• Monika (10/5): Beautiful apartment with big terrace and nice views in good location - We loved the terrace, the location and the space. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. Just be prepared that the lift is small and old fashioned ( normal for old buildings in Rome) , but luckily we had zero issues with it. We just did 2 trips in the lift because 2 grownups and 2 teenagers didn’t quite fit at once. But saying that it was all worth it for the terrace and views .

The metro is at the corner of the street, convenien - The apartment is very spacious, the bedrooms huge with lots of storage. The kitchen is equipped with accessories needed. The owner had put in the fridge bottles of water, bananas, juices and yogourt for the four of us for our first day there. Is it a very thoughtful attention, well appreciated. The bed lamps did not seem to work, so we had to leave the light on for the whole room, instead of only one corner of the room so the other member can sleep.

Although the property is on the 5th floor, there is a lift in the building so you just need to walk half a floor, and use the lift to go to the 5th floor. The 2 rooms are spacious. There is freezer and fridge in the kitchen. You can make ice and cold drinks before heading out on a hot day. There is a big balcony with table, chairs and parasol for those who love to enjoy time outdoor. Nothing

• Roman (10/5): Exceptional - Great location near the underground and cca 1,5 km from Colosseum. Big rooms with enough space. Big terrace facing the east so great for mornings sunny breakfasts :) the communication with the host was perfect! I’m sure that we will pick the same apartment next time
• Paweł (9/5): Family trip to visit Rome for a couple of days was a good time, and I cen recommend this place. - The location is perfect. It's just 15 min walk from Termini Station, 5 min walk from two metro stations. It's close to very large and nice park. The supermarket is also nearby. I met the host on site, she showed us around the place and even explained how to plan the trip around Rome to make the most out of the flat location. The flat is on the 5th flor with elevator so no issues to get in. It is very large, with nice big terrace. We were visiting in Feb so no much time spent there - but when it's warmer it need to be great. There are two big rooms with big and very comfortable beds. One small room made out of terrace with small TV but you do not come to Rome to watch TV, don't you? ;) Those 3 rooms have air conditioning so you can control the temperature. The bathroom doesn't have one what makes it a little bit chilly in Feb, but it wasn't a big problem. And there were some oranges and juice in the fridge as a welcome pack :):):) I liked that the host was interested in our stay - nice sms if all is ok in the middle of the stay. It was also possible to arrange check in and check out closer to our arrival and departure time, which made our live much easier (thanks :)) All was good.

The host is very kind, he was waiting for us to accommodate us, he gave us a lot of valuable tips for our stay in Rome. we liked the location and the apartment. It was clean and spacious. There is a very nice terrace for rails. There are no duvets for everyone and the beds are double which is not very comfortable. The hood does not work.

• Anonymous (9/5): Awesome - The apartment is spacious, comfortable, with great terrace, it has everything you need and is nicely located not far from both termini railway station and city center (like coliseum). The host was very friendly and welcoming, and gave us good recommendations about city sights and nearby restaurants.
