• Anna (10/5): Niezapomniane widoki o krok od serca Dubrownika - Wspaniały widok na morze i piękne wybrzeże, idealna lokalizacja-20 minut spacerem przepiękną trasą wzdłuż morza do serca starego miasta a dla wygodnych przystanek autobusowy po drugiej stronie ulicy. Blisko do plaży choć z dość stromym zejściem. Sklep w budynku i piekarnia obok. Apartament przestronny z w dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią . Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką przez whats up-bez problemu zgodziła się na pózniejsze wymeldowanie i przesłała dużo informacji na temat atrakcji , restauracji itp.. Mała łazienka , 4 piętro bez windy

The location of the apartment was fantastic, in the same building there is a mini market, quick access to the local beach, 10 min walk from Old Town. The apartment had everything you need for your stay, the kitchen was nicely equiped and a lot of space overall. The best part was the view from the balcony, absolutely stunning. Great value for the price. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.
• Bevan (9/5): - Loved the apartment. Outstanding view from balcony. Well equipped with good quality bedding and toiletries. Amazing use of space. Every detail thought of. The 75 steps to apartment with heavy luggage. Remote control for air conditioning did not work so unable to alter settings. These were minor issues. We had a fab stay.

• Annette (7/5): Modern flat behind a noisy road - Bright and modern flat situated close to the old town and a simple beach. Very noisy road behind the house. The balcony offers no comfortable furniture. The kitchen lacks of some basic equipment.

• Dilangyan (7/5): Close to old town and beach but hard to enjoy the sea view because of traffic noise from the road - Close to the old town, close to the beach, cleanliness, facilities, check-in, check-out and the location of the property. The constant traffic noise from the road makes it hard to enjoy the sea view. The sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on (my children didn't sleep well using it).

• Bhavna (8/5): Great views!! difficult access,no elevators ! - Location was good It was clean Great views !! The AC was in tye living room with not much access to the bedroom, it was scorching hot!! The apartment is pn tye 4 th floor with no elevator,so in case u have luggage, its going to be a difficult choice.
• Devrim (10/5): Great apartment no issues. - Great area right above a supermarket and near old town. Very clean and has all facilities needed including a washing machine. Very steep hills and lots of stairs to get to apartment, but other than this no issues.
• Yujie (8/5): Very good - The view of the apartment is amazing, it is a bonus to have a sea view balcony. The location is convenient, it takes just over 10mins walk to get to the old town. And there are a few nice places to eat/drink nearby at different price ranges. There is a very popular beach close by which we didn't visit, but there are other nice beaches within walking distance. The toilet/shower is quite small, the AC is only located in the living room

Small apartment on top floor of building so beware of the 70 steps to the front door that is not obvious in the description. Was ok for us but others may have a problem with this. Kitchen is adequate if you want to self cater and despite others commenting on the noise we loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. Great location with buses going to Pile gate from the front door. Easy walk down to old town for activities and dinner. There are not many food options other than burgers close by The bathroom is really tiny. Hard to wash in the shower stall and have to exit the bathroom to dry off. Bedroom also small just enough room to walk around the bed. Getting luggage up the 70 steps
• Catriona (10/5): Exceptional - Location 10 minute walk to old town and longer walk or short bus ride to Lapad and Marina. Just across from nice beach. Great views and balcony. Good facilities. Very helpful who also provides airport transfers. Handy for groceries, bakery and street food with various restaurants within a short walk. So many stairs which are worth it for the view but would not suit everyone. Road outside can be quite busy during the day.
• Sa (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean and there were enough spaces for us. It was very near to shops, the bus stop and the small beach. Facilities in the kitchen were good. We had to make the bed in the living room by ourselves. The street below the balcony was very noisy so it's not very enjoyable to sit outside.

• Laverne (10/5): Exceptional - 1st of all our host Inna was fantastic.. she gave us the most beautiful welcome.. from arranging our pick up at the airport, stopping at a view point for pictures and giving us a mini tour and lovely recommendations for the area. The apartment itself has everything you need with an amazing view.. 😍 one of the best places we have stayed!

The privacy , The location!..easy access to OldTown, Ferry port , Lapad all in walking distance. Bus stops right outside , but I walked .. The outside of the building is a bit run down , so don’t be put off as the view of the apartment is fabulous .

Our host coordinated everything from a cab pick up at the airport to allowing us to stay later and even had som - Everything, this place has arguably one of the best views you can ask for. It is still relatively close to the city, but far enough to not be bothered by the party scene. Everything is to like.
• Ber (10/5): Amazing Aurora - I chose this apartment based on the view alone and boy was it worth it!stunning!! The apartment also blew me away - spanking clean, modern and new ,extremely comfortable and in a superb location ! You are a 10 min walk to the old town and a 20 min walk to Lapad.a great beach is only 5-10 mins and in view of the apartment. Bars and restaurants around you also. Matea was an excellent host- she gave us such a warm greeting and was excellent for giving advice and tips and making bookings for us. She stocked the apartment with more than just the essentials and was always on hand by text if we needed her. I can’t wait to return! There is nothing I didn’t like about the property at all. Just for those who don’t like stairs , it is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. Not a problem for us
• Marvy (9/5): Location and view - A very cute apartment with an eye for detail which we loved. Very comfortable after a day out. An amazing view from quite a spacious balcony. It was a pleasure having breakfast and a glass of wine there in the evening. Matea is very sweet and obliging. Answers her WhatsApp immediately. Ok. I know that first impressions are what people go by. However, do not be put off by the not so elegant entrance and 4 flights of steps to the apartment. Believe me, they fade into insignificance when one considers the location of the place ( 1 km from the old town, 10 mins walk to Bellevue Beach, bus stop just by the apartment, convenience store below the apartment and the view must be one of the best in Dubrovnik. Admittedly restaurants are scarce close by but we did discover this cutie up the road called Vita Bella which is way cheaper than restaurants in the old town.

Big shout out to the host who went out of her way to make our stay exceptional. Will go back anytime Nothing
