• Jairo (7/5): Muy bien - La antitriona fue muy amable y atenta. El hostal tiene servicios compartidos como zonas comunes y cocina y cuenta con un parqueadero contratado. Debido a la ubicación, en la noche suele haber bastante ruido de vehículos y personas, que dificulta el descanso.

• Chamorro (5/5): Si busca tranquilidad y descanso en la noche, mejor en otro sitio. - Adentro, todo muy bien, todo agradable, con acceso a la cocina, había sal, azúcar, platos, etc. Lo malo, el sitio, a un lado hay una tienda de licores y gente tomando, quizá porque fue viernes, y luego un carro no sé a que hora llegó, se estacionó junto en la ventana del apartamento, con música a todo volumen, a las 3:30 de la madrugada. El sitio, aparentaba ser un sitio residencial, tranquilo. No pasamos buena noche. Quién duerme con tomadores y borrachos afuera.

• Juan Camilo (10/5): - La anfitriona es espectacular y muy amable. La habitación que elegí tenía parqueadero dentro del edificio, baño privado, agua caliente, closet grande, internet, Smart TV, cocina compartida con nevera, estufa, utensilios. Todo estuvo genial.

• Bravo Guzmán (5/5): - Reservé tres habitaciones y cuando llegamos solo habían dos. El parking en la información está gratis sin reserva previa, cuando llegamos la señora dice que no había disponible aunque luego resolvió en un parqueadero externo.

(8/5): Check out area especially if you walk or ask taxi if the hotel is located in a secure area! - Locals said area not secure for women and singles traveling alone at night also easy to get lost in the dark. There was very poor reception coverage and no security on duty so anyone could enter with others at anytime because of no one being on duty.
• robert (7/5): Bien - La situation géographique, la gentillesses de la propriétaire,la grande chambre. La possibilité de laver le linge,de se faire a manger, et la Wi-Fi fonctionne bien La salle de bain un peu petite, pas eau chaude, pas de table chevet pas de chaise, la grande armoire prend de la place et pas très pratique pour ranger. Et dehors ,il y'a un débit de boisson ,particulièrement bruyant le vendredi soir musique jusqu a 5h30.

• Anderson (10/5): Muy buena atención y servicio - La atención por parte de la dueña fue excelente, entendió mi situación de llegada tarde, y me hizo sentir como en casa, la cama muy cómoda, la habitación amplia, todo limpio La habitación donde estuve hay mucho ruido de afuera en la noche, pero creo que depende del día, yo estuve un sábado tal vez eso influyó

• Molano Ochoa (10/5): Excelente - La atención de sus propietarios, muy muy buena. La ubicación, tan cerca del centro histórico, tiendas y droguerías lo hace muy estratégico y bueno. Que los baños no estaban en cada habitación. Pero no fue un problema real para estar bien en el lugar
• Rivera Mendoza (8/5): Mi estadía - El alojamiento súper recomendable, limpio, con parqueadero, se puede cocinar, la anfitriona y el personal súper amable. Cerca al centro de la ciudad. En la madrugada en la calle hicieron demasiado ruido y no nos dejaron descansar bien.

• Margaret (8/5): Would book again if passing through Popayan - Good location, garage parking for motorbikes, warming showers, clean and comfortable. Was also able to use the laundry facilities for free which was a welcome bonus

• Tabak (6/5): Pleasant - A home stay with kitchen facilities and living room, shared bathrooms. Friendly owner. Owner doesn't live here. Some times other guests left front door unlocked, not secure. Street sign small easy to miss.
• Roaming (7/5): Cheap and decent place to stay. - Very nice and accommodating hostess - maybe too much so. Great parking for our motorcycles in secure garage with direct connection to the house. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Good laundry facilities. Located within easy walking distance to the downtown area and all the sights in the city. The house is located 2 blocks outside the city center on the edge of a dodgy neighbourhood. There is quiet a bit of street noice at all hours. Even though the hostess live in the house she does not manage to moderate the behaviour of the guests. Some of the other guests played loud music all night until 8 am. Another issue was that someone in the house kept stealing our food from from the fridge, even after we had label everything. This would be a much nicer place if the hostess ran a tighter ship!
• Nealf (5/5): Wouldn’t go back there. - Not much My room had various leftover junk stored in it. Unpleasant and very basic. The host had much nicer rooms available and unoccupied like the ones in the online photos but put me in a crap room. Not sure why, I don’t she had much skill or competence, more interested in her phone than looking after guests. Motorcycle parking was very awkward and difficult.
• Yeison (9/5): Despite some little things we disliked, it is a worthy place to stay. - The staff was willing to provide all things we needed. The location is good enough. The men's bathroom was not clean. It was full of dust (like construction dust). The blanket had some marks.

Even letting me do laundry. It's a new hostel si still some things needed to be improved l guess.I found the place wasn't that clean, especially shower and kitchen.

• Marcel (6/5): Pleasant - Hosts are really great and helpful. Quiet area. It wasn't clean, neither the room, nor the shared bathroom, no mirror. Basic room just the bed and a wardrobe. No light or short table at the bed. Dog poo in the corridor.

Free washing machine to use 🙂 Bathroom (sink,toilets,garbage, toilets paper) need more attention through the day. It never looks really clean and comfortable to use. I compare to similar hostel for same price in all Colombia. Loud music from the staff at 7am that woke me up and upset me a lot. Bed sheets and towel with big yellow stains that look disgusting.

• Stephen (8/5): Would stay here again. Doan was great - Nice quiet location about 10 minutes walk from the City Centre. Doan the Caretaker for the property was amazing. He couldn't do enough to help me. He is a real asset to the Home Travel Popayan.
• Gernot (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel (hostel) is a big spacious 2 floor family home including 2 living rooms, kitchen, washroom, clothelines, patio and 8 rooms. The area is low on traffic so it is always quite and relaxed. Andrea is the nicest host I ever met. Nothing to complain 🙂
