• Furkan (9/5): Çoğu şey düşünülmüş, güzel konuma sahip ve çoğu ihtiyaç karşılandı. - Konumu çok güzel otobüs ve metroya çok yakın, oda fiyatına göre ideal, eşyalarmızı koymak için yeterli alana sahip. Askı, ütü, havlu gibi malzemeler yeterli, her yer temizdi. Eve giriş ve çıkışımızda çok yardımcı oldular. İlk yardım seti, kahve bardak gibi malzemeler vardı. Dışardan ara sıra fazla ses geliyordu. Terlik yoktu ya da biz bulamadık. Buz ya da buz torbası olsa çok iyi olurdu. Çünkü fazla yürüdükten sonra ayaklara buz koyma ihtiyacı oluyor.

• Dawid (9/5): - Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, Mieliśmy możliwość zostawienia bagaży dużo wcześniej przed godziną zameldowania , Pokój mały ale bardzo czysty, miło się w nim odpoczywało po całym dniu intensywnego chodzenia. Bardzo bisko do metra i na autobus. W pobliżu fajna kawiarenka że smacznymi ciastkarni i kawą i co najważniejsze wczesnie otwierana. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce. Mały minus za malutkie papierowe kubeczki w pokoju

• Anna (8/5): Good place near Vatican - Nice location, not far from metro and bus stops, walking distance to Vatican and other sites; clean bathroom, very kind and helpful host Daniele. The facade of the building is currently being renovated and the windows open into scaffolding with protective sheeting, so there is no view. Unfortunately the WiFi isn’t good enough for a zoom conference, but good enough for everything else👌
• Mariia (7/5): Fine location, probably could find something better for this amount - Clean room, host explained everything and was ready to help, nice location if you wanna walk (+-30min by walk to center) Extremely noise, especially on Friday, we didn’t sleep at all. On top, there is reconstruction and window can’t be open (very dusty). It was pretty windy, so reconstruction protection/fence was doing horrible sound whole night. Shower is tiny, with water dropping from upper part even if you use handheld. It’s not a hotel, but room so you hear people coming/leaving/going to toilet.

• Ma Alessia Verdadero (8/5): posizione perfetta - bellissima posizione, in pieno centro di prati, vicino la metro e tutto raggiungibile a piedi. è un affittacamere, quindi sono tre camere tutte attaccate in un appartamento, si sente tutto. stanza piccola, non riuscivamo nemmeno ad aprire le valigie. il bagno ancora di più, la doccia è strettissima.

• FOTIOS (10/5): Κομβικό σημείο και άψογος οικοδεσπότης. - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεσαι σε κομβικό σημαίο, πολύ κοντά στο Βατικανό, δίπλα σε στάση Metro και πολλές στάσεις λεωφορείων. Ο Daniele ήταν άψογος σε όλα. Μας βοήθησε πάρα πολύ με τέλειες οδηγίες για το πως θα μπούμε στο δωμάτιο, μιας και φτάσαμε πολύ αργά το βράδυ. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καλό σε μέγεθος, συνεχώς ζεστό νερό, ταχύτατο internet και απίστευτα ανατομικό στρώμα για την ξεκούρασή μας μετά από τις δραστηριότητες της ημέρας. Μας επιτράπηκε να αφήσουμε και τις βαλίτσες μας τη μέρα του check-out μιας και η πτήση μας αναχωρούσε αργά το βράδυ. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

• Paula (8/5): Perfecta relación calidad-precio - La ubicación del alojamiento está muy bien, en un barrio tranquilo y cerca de paradas de metro y autobús. El dueño fue muy atento y comunicativo con nosotros, se preocupó por que nuestra estancia fuese bien. Eche en falta un dispensador de jabón de manos, pero simplemente es algo que se podría añadir, no es imprescindible. En los electrodomésticos de cocina podría mejorarse la limpieza. En general muy bien.

• Homzik (10/5): - Залишилися дуже задоволені помешканням. Локація справді вдала: до Ватикану — близько 12 хвилин пішки, до метро — 5 хвилин, поруч є зупинка автобуса, тож із транспортом жодних проблем. Апартаменти дуже чисті, усе доглянуте, зручний матрац — після довгих прогулянок це окремий плюс. У номері є чайник і мікрохвильовка, що реально рятує. У ванній кімнаті — фен, а це, без перебільшення, важливо 🙂 До речі, начиталися відгуків про маленьку ванну, але як на нас — вона стандартного розміру, без дискомфорту. Сам будинок дуже затишний, розташований у внутрішньому дворі з великою кількістю зелені та пальм — тихо й атмосферно. Окрема родзинка — автентичний старий дерев’яний ліфт, додає шарму й відчуття справжнього Рима. Жодного шуму з вулиці чи від молоді не чули — спали спокійно. Також можна пішки дійти до ТЦ Aura або швидко доїхати громадським транспортом. Там помірні ціни, зручно купувати їжу та напої. А от у супермаркетах поруч із апартаментами ціни суттєво завищені, тож радимо скористатися цим лайфхаком. Однозначно рекомендуємо і з радістю зупинилися б тут ще раз.

• Jerrain (6/5): - L appartement est très bien situé proche du métro ainsi que du vatican La rue derrière le bâtiment est située à côté d un collège où lycée je ne sais pas trop donc très bruyant et la nuit du samedi nous avons eu droit a la musique a fond jusqu'à plus de 1h du matin. La douche est minuscule, salle de bain pas très pratique.

• Alejandra (10/5): - Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la plaza De San Pedro y con transporte público cercano, limpio, la cama cómoda, aunque no conoces personalmente Aquin administr el lugar, el siempre estuvo pendiente de que todo estuviera saliendo bien. Recomendable 😊 Depronto como plus sería bueno contar con gel y Shampoo para ducha y talvez un par de tazas y cucharitas para el café, en lugar de los vasos de cartón. Pero sería solo vomo mejora 🙂

• Verena (8/5): Small room in a great location, good for a few nights - The location was great - central, but not in the middle of the tourist masses. The mattress was very comfortable and there was a kettle and coffee machine with capsules. Daniele always responded very quickly to any requests we had and we were able to leave our luggage in the hall without an extra charge. The bathroom and especially the shower were really tiny and will probably be an issue for bigger people. There's a school across the street where students like to hang out and party until way past midnight, so bring your earplugs or be prepared to sleep with closed windows (the AC works, but we prefer fresh air :)).

• Nowak (7/5): Affordable, clean and in good location. Could be a bit bigger and the bathroom could be more comfortable. Nevertheless, - The location is good, close to the metro station. The design of the room is very cozy and neat. The owner is kind and helpful, there’s a good communication :) It was very small, especially the bathroom, it was also a bit cold and I didn’t like the size of the shower and the curtains to it.
• Gatis (4/5): Disappointing - The location, the owner of the accommodation was responsive and helpful, umbrellas were available, there were no tenants in the next room so it was quiet and peaceful. The room was very small, the shower cubicle was very small and the water pressure was insufficient. Tea and coffee could be made outside the room. Check in is available from 1:00 p.m. and check out is at 10:00 a.m., which provided problems. My rating is so low because the overall time spent in Rome was not positive due to disagreements with individual package providers.

• Mohammadsaleh (10/5): Fantastic experience - Location is walking distance to two metro stations and to the famous Sciascia cafe. We had our breakfast there every morning and then head to town. It's also walking distance from Vatican. The property gives you the feeling of living as a local. Has all the amenities needed and is a fantastic place for the price. The AC is just the right temperature. Not very cold and not hot. The room is spacious and clean. Starting second day we had cleaning every day which was great. The best part was how Danielle kept in touch from start to finish. We arrived very late due to flight delay. He sent us a step by step video on how to get to our room. Through out the visit he was just a message away and responded very quickly. I would highly recommend this place. We stayed here in July.

• Diamantis (8/5): Very good - The place was really nice, clean, and really close to the train station and the Vatican city. It is a B&B and it lived up to our expectations. The only thing that wasn't to our liking was some noise coming from the road outside, but I guess should be expected, other than that we had a grear stay.

• Burak (3/5): Poor - Location is close to Vatican city, nearby metro stop is convenient to go other touristic areas easily. Breakfast was quite poor; content and time of breakfast was unknown. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Although it is clearly written in Italian and English on a sign in the bathroom, the towels I left on the floor were not changed. Even worse than that, one towel was placed on the hanger behind bathroom door like a clean towel. It would be disgusting to use it for your face accidentally. In addition, tiny one-time use shower gel pack was not renewed. So I had only one proper chance of shower during my two-night stay.
• Endri (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome! - The perfect accommodation for the price, for visiting Rome. Very good position, accessible on foot without the need to use means of transport. Room with enough space for 2 people, very clean and equipped with all the right things, very comfortable beds and mattresses. The owner, Lavinja, very friendly and devoted. Would definitely recommend!

• Bogdan (5/5): Nice room in shared apartment, bad service - Very bad service. The room actually was very nice, bed was very comfortable, location is good, little bit far from center but nice part of the city and close to metro station. It was little bit weird that we lived together with somebody who lives there and there is not any info about it on Booking. The host didn’t even shown us the room, didn’t gave us the keys until we asked for it, just opened the door and let us inside without any communication. It was okay but weird. On the end, host asked us by message to let the 28€ for tax on the table with keys on check-out. Without offering the receipt. This tax we already paid by card in the application. I expect little bit different service for the price.

But ghost owners that leave you to your own devices. - The bed There is no one on premises and you don't get instructions on how to access the B&B which is actually an apartment with two rooms. We had to walk 4 flights of double high stairs with our luggage TWICE because they were no instructions sent to us on how to use the elevator. We booked a double room with extra bed and we didn't receive that. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper or hand soap, we had to buy it. We were left with towels and shampoo. The phone number on the door and listed on the site says" not available" if you called. The power outlets were in strange places. There was a missing nightstand lamp. The power outlet on my side of the bed taped and loose. The shower was so small that only a contortionist could shower in less than 20 minutes. Sink clogged with human hair and not cleaned by the staff(non existent) in 4 days. Then again, no one would reply, even when we used the Booking chat. We needed a back pack just to carry 4 keys to access the room!

• Diana (9/5): Superb - The host is great and very accomodating. The room is nice and clean. The AC is loud and the shower cabin a bit small. But theese are defenitely things you can overlook in general when choosing a room.
• Daniel (5/5): This is not a hotel. Cheap is expensive - It is in a good location (15 min from Vatican City or 15 min from Piaza del Popolo by walking). Good wifi connection. Enough if you only expect to rest. First, it is not a Hotel. I expected to find hotels in booking. If I wanted a room in a house I would go to AirBnb. It says breakfast included. Breakfast is a coffee machine and a sponge cake/croissant. We stayed 4 days and same sponge cake was there for us and others. On the first day there were two milk capsules that were not replaced so, at the end, we did not have breakfast there any day. There is nobody there. Somebody came to the room to make the bed 1 day, but we haven't seen anybody while staying nor during checkin/checkout. There was a TV in the room but we couldn't find the controller, so we have never used it. In order to pay the touristic tax, the owner tells you to leave the money on the table before leaving. Lucky me, I had cash, but I prefered to pay by card. I got worried because some days before I received an email saying that you had to bring your own towels, bed sheets and breakfast is 3,5€/day. They should change this automatic email, because there were towels, bed sheets and so. The worst part is that the flat is located in a street where young people meet at night, they party, sing, scream, fight... so do not expect silence until 2 or 3am. For some more bucks you can find a proper hotel, because this place is not cheapt at all.

• Jonathan (8/5): Very good - The apartments are located on the 4th and 5th floor of a big building complex, you're neighbors with the locals. The communication with the host was quick and easy, and a late checkin was no problem. The room was clean and big enough, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was fine. Only the shower could be a little bit small for bigger people. There was shampoo, shower gel and soap, and a Nespresso machine with some complementary espresso capsules. The location is 1 minute walk from the bus, 5 minutes walk from the subway and 10 minutes walk to vatikan or angels palace. Wifi worked great. If you're noise sensitive you should bring earplugs because the windows are facing a street with loud italian traffic and a school where kids like to gather with loud music and drinks on weekend nights.

• Andjela (9/5): Superb - Clean, good location close to metro station near Vatican, modern look, cosy bed, good wifi. The room and the bathroom are very small, also we had difficulties to talk with the host as he doesn’t know english very well, so we had little trouble entering the apartment (one has to pass main gate, main entrance, Carpe Diem door and room door) and we didn’t get the instructions from him previously.
