• Margaret (8/5): A good base for an enjoyable holiday. - Excellent position in the centre of the town. Mikail was very helpful at sorting out some problems. Spacious apartment which suited the 9 members of our family. It would have been helpful to have had the fridge stocked with food on our arrival late on Saturday. Garmisch shops are closed on Sunday. It wasn’t clear that we needed to have placed an order a full week in advance. The overall heating was efficient but the system to adjust it for individual rooms did not work. Some floor boards in the downstairs bathroom were not sealed properly and remained damp. There was, at times, a smell of damp in this bathroom.
• Patrizia (5/5): Leider nicht zufriedenstellend. - Die Einrichtung war unzureichend und nicht für die maximale Personenzahl ausgelegt. Der Esstisch war zu klein, zusätzliche Stühle von der Terrasse bzw. nur mit Kinderhochstühlen nutzbar. In der Küche gab es zwar Bratpfannen, jedoch nicht für Induktion. Mehrere Lichtschalter waren hinter einem Wandschrank versteckt, Nachttische fehlten teilweise, Ablageflächen und Stauraum waren insgesamt zu knapp. Ein Badezimmerspiegel war viel zu hoch montiert, das Licht fast überall kaum brauchbar. Materialien wirkten billig, der Laminatboden war mit Klebeband geflickt. In zwei von drei Badezimmern funktionierte die Heizung nicht, ein Duschmischventil war defekt und ein Bad hatte dauerhaft nassen Boden. Skiraum gabs leider auch keinen.

• Matt (10/5): Excellent apartment for groups in a great location - Mikails place was amazing, as a group of 7 it was still spacious and well laid out, the balcony was a highlight with great views. The location was right in the centre so great access to everything. Mikail was also very good to deal with, providing lots of information and even letting us add an additional person to the booking a week before the stay. Nothing

• Mark (10/5): 4 couples and it was awesome! - the location is perfect! right in the heart of downtown. the views from the balconies were incredible! the church bells ring through the night. earplugs took care of that. the restaurant in the ground floor had a water leak, so when we got home one night the water was off. I called the property manager, and they fixed it in and an hour at 11pm.

• Bridget (10/5): Perfect stay with family and friends - Mikail was a wonderful host, made everything very easy, he was quick to respond to ensure our stay was lovely. We had two families sharing the space, it was immaculate clean, beds and linens comfortable, the apartment had everything you could need to make meals. The location is amazing, right in the center of town and the view is unreal. We can’t wait to come back. That we had to leave!
• Ingmar (7/5): Good - Very central location. The place was spacious and easily fit all 9 of us as a destination for family reunion. Actually the place is located on the third floor of a building. We have an elderly who had mobility difficulties and was not prepared to climb so many stairs to get in and out. But it was not indicated in the description.

• Lindsay (8/5): Very good - 1) Location: The suite was perfectly situated on the pedestrian walkway with very easy access to all of the shops and restaurants. The views from both levels off the apartment were absolutely stunning. We could clearly see the Zugspitze and the neighboring church was lovely. 2) Service: Our host, Michael, was very friendly and responsive. He greeted us upon arrival, sent recommendations, and immediately responded to any questions we had. 3) Comfort: The suite had plenty of space for our family with four full bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The living area could have used a bit more seating but it was enough for four of us. The kitchen was very well equipped and even had a fantastic coffee maker. 3) Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would love to come back someday. The hosts were very accommodating and the location cannot be matched.

• Michelle (9/5): Gorgeous apartment, great location, bring your ear plugs for the overnight church bells - The centralized location made the town very accessible, and what a beautiful, gorgeous town Garmisch is. Charming. There is lots of space. The kitchen is very well stocked. There are two parking spaces making having a car very easy. The host provides great recommendations. I could have spent hours on the balcony looking over the town and mountains. I went into the apartment knowing there was no air conditioning, but what the the apartment can use is some box fans. It was a hot summer, and will likely be getting hotter, and the air just did not move and it impacted our sleep. The other thing impacting sleep is the church bells. Unlike most European towns, the bells don't stop overnight. They ring every 15 minutes ALL NIGHT LONG. A nice addition to the apartment would be some earplugs. The apartment was beautiful, but between the heat and noise the group didn't get good sleep.
• Sheila (10/5): A very enjoyable visit in a high specification property. - Both the location and standard of the property were exceptional. Very stylish decor throughout, with great views of the mountains from the balcony. Good restaurants close to the property. It was an ideal base to visit the attractions in the region. We visited the week of a local festival in August, so plenty of traditional Bavarian entertainment during the week.
