• CatjaF (9/5): Trevligt boende i Venedig - Fint läge längs en smal kanal med restauranger och glasscafé runt hörnet. Balkongen är trots sin litenhet fantastisk att sitta på och se gondolerna glida förbi. Allt var bra

• heather (8/5): - Basic but comfortable lodging in a historic courtyard a stone's throw away from the Frari Church. Easy access to the Riva De Biasio and Ferrovia vaporetto stops, great restaurants and a Conad grocery store all in a few minutes walk and reasonable accessible with ground floor entry and a spacious bath. The canal view in the bedroom is the icing on the cake!

• Cathy (9/5): Fun to watch the gondolas from the apartment. - The location is fantastic and the apartment is huge and has good A/C. We absolutely loved watching the boat traffic and gondolas go past. The apartment is at the lower level so it is a little dark.

• Nikolaos (7/5): Nice and comfortable for a couple but bit expensive for the amenities and the distance - Fully equipped. Very good WiFi signal . Comfortable for a couple .Clean and tidy. Not physical light . Price was bit expensive for the distance from Venice centre. Communication was bit difficult as messages keep coming in Italian and has to use Google translation .as booking.com didn’t translate them TV didn’t have picture only sound . The only window of the house was broken and didn’t open. Thought council tax was included to the original salty price so was surprised ( unpleasant) when I found out that we have to pay an extra 24euros for the three nights .

• Michelle (9/5): Good safe place to stay in a good location. - The location is good as it is in a quiet laneway off a thoroughfare. It is right in the middle of Venice city which means it’s 15 mins to either end for all the busy restaurants but there are plenty of restaurants around the corner. Grand Canal about a 7 min walk. The property itself is an older style and basic but is all you need. A good secure door with a kitchen and washing machine which is handy for travellers. The shower head was a little broken so sprayed into your face even though we tried to move it around. Unfortunately, a yapping dog started up at 5.15sm non stop for 5 mins both mornings. Not the owners fault but annoyed the dog was like an alarm clock! Apart from that it was great.

Sit on the balcony, wave to the gondolas ❤️ Good air-conditioning Clean Nice host, good communication In a cute and quiet area Great to have a washing machine Smart TV Not necessarily bad points but good to be aware of - a bit dark Not clear how to recycle waste
• Patricia (6/5): Unit was big but had a very bad smell. - Unit smelled bad. Location wise, it wasn’t the best. The place was very big and spacious except for the bathroom. Bad smell and not very clean
• Marcos (10/5): Seeing the gondolas from the window - Definitely the view we had of the river is the best part. The house is bigger than we imagined. Location was amazing. The owner was very responsive. Towels were clean but a bit old and need to be replaced.
• Laura (9/5): Place is good value for money, really good location and have all the amenities! - The location was really good and the flat is actually more spacious than i thought! The owner was really nice and we manage to check in earlier than planned! We also got a free cot for our baby. It’s quite humid, but the flat is still really clean
• Pnl (10/5): Great location in quiet cul de sac. - Great location in quiet cul de sac. The place also has a nice outdoor seating area that opens to the canal. Good facilities like washing machine. We had a baby with us and they provided a coy and baby high chair which was great to make our stay comfortable. The owners were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us enjoy out time in Venice. The bathroom window needs to open for ventilation, which unfortunately opens for mosquitoes.
• Emma (10/5): Romantic stay in Venice. - This place was so special with its window view straight onto the canal. It really made the stay special. We loved sitting with a glass of wine and watching everyone go by. The location is perfect for the train station and the city.

• Natalia (7/5): Good - The apartment is well equipped. There is everything in the kitchen and bathroom. 25 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco. Close to the train station. The frying pans cannot be used - they are completely scratched. As the apartment is located on the ground floor right next to the canal, it is very humid. The marks on the walls show that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the warm season. There are no nets on the windows. So we didn't open them for to ventilate the apartment. In the shower, the curtain does not completely cover the stall and water flows onto the floor.

Betty was a great host and anything - So glad I found this property on booking, it was such a great location and great for what we needed it for. Betty was a great host on giving us correct location and everything was provided. The café right beside us was great too, perfect location. Nothing.

The kitchen had all we needed like the fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, table ware. There was an iron and ironing board and a washing machine in the apartment. There is a small balcony that faces the water.

• Aide (10/5): Very nice, would definitely stay there again. - 10 min from Termini and was a nice walk through souvenir shops to St Marks square. We had plenty of space and equipped with a nice kitchen. A Conad small supermarket is like 3 minutes away and the apartment was in a quiet area.
