• Mark (9/5): Ideal para una estancia corta en Córdoba - La ubicación es perfecta y hay dos aparcamientos gratis cerca del alojamiento. El piso tiene de todo y está muy cerca al centro y los monumentos importantes. Una de las camas no nos resultó cómoda.

• thierry (1/5): A fuir ! l'appartement pourrait être très bien mais avec un autre propriétaire - La situation Climatisation en panne, nombreux équipements manquants ou cassés Clef virtuelle pour rentrer dans l'immeuble ne fonctionne pas donc il faut attendre qu'un voisin passe ! Cafetière en aluminium sur plaque à induction = pas de café Attitude désinvolte et insultante du propriétaire qui a refusé d'intervenir pour régler les problèmes. Nous n'avons pas pu dormir les 3 nuits car notre climatisation était en panne et il faisait 30 degrés mais sans venir sur place le propriétaire à déclaré que la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement tout comme la clef virtuelle !!! Attention ce monsieur ne travaille que 6 heures par jour (10h-14h et 17h 19h) en dehors de ces heures il ne répond pas au message et dans tous les cas ne se déplace jamais. Débrouillez vous seul !
• Dolores (9/5): Comfortable Apartment with good location although would benefit from some improvements - I liked the location, which is very easy to get around town with close bus stop. The apartment is not far from a big showing centre and a large avenue full of cafes and restaurants. There is also a Mercadona supermarket nearby. I loved the open plan with a well equipped kitchen. Two spacious bedrooms with lots of storage. The bathroom is well presented with everything you need. Large sofa and good size dining table. Air conditioning made the stay very comfortable, even during the hottest summer days. Good views in a quiet street. The washing machine was in a separate room above the apartment with a line to dry laundry at the rooftop. All check-in and check-out were remote with clear instructions. The biggest downside of this place is the lack of a lift in the building because it is located on a second floor. It's OK to access the property, but it's a pain that many steps when you carry large suitcases or groceries shopping. Not recommendable for people with problems lifting weight or climbing steps. Another little inconvenience was that from the 3 air conditioning in the apartment, 2 were not very effective. One of them with lots of noise and not cooling at all, so we didn't use it. The other had a controller with a blank screen, for which it was difficult to programme or regulate temperature. The one working perfect was the one in the living room. However, I must say, we didn't feel hot despite the temperatures over 40° outside. Something that bothered us was the electrics in the apartment. Chargers seemed to heat up a lot when plugged, despite we monitoring the time when they're being used. My son's Nintendo Switch broke down, and we think it was due to an overheat whilst charging. The 2 iron machines provided weren't working, which made us think perhaps there's a problem with the voltage in the electric installation. Tv had options for applications like Netflix, prime...but we couldn't watch any live TV. I think Aerial wasn't connected or programmed properly. It didn't bother us much, though we normally don't watch much live TV.
• Emma (10/5): An enjoyable stay — would happily return! - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I stayed with my 2-year-old daughter and a close friend, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The home had everything we needed, including thoughtful touches that made traveling with a little one so much easier—like a comfortable, safe environment and all the basic amenities. My daughter had plenty of space to play and settle in, which was such a relief. The location was perfect, with easy access to local spots, and the communication with our host was exceptional—friendly, quick, and helpful throughout our stay. My friend and I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail in the space. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return someday. Thank you, Brian and Alex, for creating such a welcoming home for us! There really wasn’t much to complain about. Thanks for hosting us!
