• Elodie (9/5): Parfait pour découvrir la ville - Superbe emplacement en plein centre ville, à côté d’un parking couvert et des monuments principaux. Nous avons eu un petit souci à l’arrivée mais l’hôte a été très réactif et a réglé le problème très rapidement. Tout le nécessaire de cuisine est présent même le café et thé du matin c’est très agréable, ainsi qu’une petite attention pour notre arrivée sur le lit. Il y avait aussi trois ventilateurs dans l’appartement, c’était essentiel pour la nuit en haut car il fait chaud. La literie était bonne également. Possibilité de laisser les bagages un peu plus tôt avant le Check in. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

• M.Kindler (6/5): - Lage Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht; man mus selbst die Betten abziehen und es hat kaum Einrichtung wie z.B. 1 Toilettenpapier-Rolle, etc. Geht wohl darum, mit minimalem Aufwand den maximalen Preis für die Wohnung herauszuholen. Schade.

Zuvorkommende Gastgeber, mit Fragen gelöchert und immer eine rasche und freundliche Antwort erhalten. Küche könnte etwas besser eingerichtet sein… Sparschäler fehlte und Geschirrtücher so wie Abwaschlappen….

• Shen (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable, clean apartment in great location in historic Bern. - Great location, comfortable apartment right in the center of Old Town in Bern. Appreciated being able to drop luggage prior to check-in. Kitchen had basic tools we needed. Home-made guide book to Bern was very sweet and useful. The apartment is up several flights of stairs with no elevator, but that was made clear in the listing, and in my opinion added to the historic flavor of the rental. Was easier for us with duffels that work as backpacks; would be harder with very large rolling suitcases.

• Marcio (1/5): - Geographical location. I didn't like anything. Despite the apartment being well located it was completely dirty and the seemed not to have been cleaned for centuries. My father-in-law got a pulmonary infection due to an excess of fungi as the bedding, pillowcases, and pillows were extremely dirty as well. So, think twice before booking such an apartment. Be ready to get a running nose, sneezing all the time, have a hard time breathing and sleeping. It will definitely hurt your experience in the city. Besides that, no one ever appeared to clean up the apartment or collect the trash. So, I don't recommend staying in this apartment. If booking shows you this option, your sole action is run away from it.
• David (10/5): Absolutely loved it, perfectly quaint and cosy apartment with all the amenities needed for an amazing holiday, would hig - The property was in the most perfect location, right on the main street of Old Bern and was perfectly equipped for our stay, warm, cosy with beautiful views. If I had to pick something it would be the stairs leading to the apartment. We were on the top floor and the stairs are quite similar to castle stairs, tight and winding but for us they just added to the charm and were worth it in the end.

We absolutely love the personal recommendations the host left at the apartment and we follow them all to explore the city. I recommend this place if you are coming with a big group and you wish to have a comfortable and spacious place.
• PANAGIOTIS (7/5): Καλή διαμονή, φιλόξενοι οικοδεσπότες, Μας επέτρεψαν early check-in. - Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία. Σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο στην παλιά πόλη κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα αλλά και στα μέσα μεταφοράς. Έχει όλες τις παροχές που αναγράφονται στην περιγραφή του διαμερίσματος όπως κουζίνα, ψυγείο, πλυντήριο, σίδερο, πιστολάκι κτλ κτλ. Το Wi-Fi ήταν αρκετά αργό. Θα μπορούσαν να δείξουν μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα του καταλύματος καθώς και στην καθαριότητα στα σεντόνια και τις πετσέτες. Επίσης το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 5ο όροφο αλλά χωρίς ασανσέρ κάτι που όμως αναφέρουν οι οικοδεσπότες, προσοχή αν έχετε μικρά παιδιά και χρειάζεται να τα μεταφέρετε αγκαλιά ή αν έχετε μεγάλες βαλίτσες. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει 1 διπλό κρεβάτι, 1 διπλό στρώμα το οποίο βρίσκεται κάτω στο πάτωμα και 1 καναπέ ο οποίος γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι.

There were piles of dust. My whole family was sneezing the whole night. I have a dust allergy and i couldn't sleep the whole night because of sneezing. Very poor cleanliness.
