• D (9/5): Mooi appartement op fijne plek! - Het contact met Konstantinos was vlot en accuraat. We konden eerder in het appartement en dat kwam ons heel goed uit. We verbleven hier met 4 volwassenen. Het ruime appartement was goed ingericht en had uitstekende bedden en beddengoed. De eenpersoonsbedden op de 2e slaapkamer laten zich goed bij elkaar schuiven. En beide badkamers zijn volledig en ensuite. Alles was schoon en goed verzorgd. Het zeer ruime privé balkon met goede terrasmeubels was heerlijk in de ochtendzon en schaduwrijk in de middag. Op het dak is een fantastisch, gedeeld dakterras met super uitzicht en fijne meubels, een pizzaoven, een bbq, een keuken en sanitair. We hebben er twee keer de namiddag gebruik van gemaakt en geen andere bewoners gezien. Ook de wasmachine en de in ruime mate aanwezige wasmiddelen, droogrekken en strijkapparaten incl. plank waren keurig verzorgd. De wijk waarin het appartement ligt is erg leuk en levendig. Net als in heel Athene is er ook hier veel graffiti, maar laat je hierdoor vooral niet afschrikken! Er zijn vele leuke en hippe restaurantjes, vooral Parkbench op het gezellige pleintje om de hoek en het visrestaurant een paar deuren verder bevelen we aan! Er zitten ook een paar erg leuke bars in de buurt en diverse winkels van hoog niveau. Alle highlights van Athene zijn lopend te bereiken via leuke buurten of een park (voormalig museumpark) en is voldoende parkeerplaats voor je auto op de openbare weg. En, heel fijn voor zware bagage, een (kleine) lift. Hierdoor en ook door de uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding kunnen we dit appartement van harte aanbevelen! Eigenlijk niets. Misschien nog wat schaaltjes en een goede bakpan in het keuken inventaris, maar dat is echt peanuts.

• christopher (9/5): Practical budget friendly apartment - Pretty decent location about 20 minutes by foot from the main tourists areas. Spacious enough for a family of 4. Balcony is nice Good value for the money No real complaints. Property isnt fancy versus functional. No views. You'll have to walk a bit. But a nice find for a budget minded family trip.

• Karishmah (8/5): Clean comfortable stay - New property in very good state and very clean. We were two couples so it was good to have bedrooms and bathrooms and separate ends of the apartment. Very nice and large rooftop. A few amenities were missing: a safety deposit box to keep valuables, bottles of water (especially when guests are arriving late), floor mats for the bathroom. The second bathroom was very small. The sink was tiny and is really only for washing hands - water goes everywhere when you brush teeth etc. Same thing when you shower - water goes everywhere - so having a bath mat would have helped a bit.
