• m carmen (9/5): Estupenda relación calidad/precio - El apartamento está reformado, es amplio y cómodo y estaba muy limpio. Finaliza al lado la linea de autobús que en media hora te deja a la entrada principal de la ciudad amurallada de Dubrovnik. Lo único que no había champú ni gel, pero bueno, había jabón de manos y nos apañamos bien.
• Corinne (8/5): - Bel appartement grand et spacizux, bien meublé au dessus de celui de la propriétaire mais cela ne dérange pas. Il y a la climatisation dans la cuisine et dans le couloir. Il y a aussi 2 petite radiateurs d appoint ds les chb. Les lits sont confortable. On entend un peu le bruit de la route mais c est supportable. Le bus pour la vielle ville passe juste devant l appartement. C est le A1. Vs pouvez acheter le billet dans le bus pour 2.50€. Il faut compter 35 mn pour accéder à Dubrovnik. De plus il y a une place de parking pour votre voiture. Nous aurions aimé que la machine à laver soit ds l appartement et non dans le garage de la propriétaire. Adriana, la belle fille de la propriétaire, est très gentille. C est un très bon rapport/qualité pour Dubrovnik

We felt very comfortable from the very beginning. The place is beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. Everything was spotless and very well taken care of, the garden is beautiful, and the whole atmosphere was so relaxing. We highly recommend this place! ☀️🌿 Honestly, everything about the apartment was perfect for us. The only thing is that Dubrovnik itself is very crowded, especially during the day. We definitely recommend going there by Uber rather than with a rental car, because parking and traffic can be quite stressful

Para ir al centro cogimos autobús 2,5€ és lo más cómodo ya que no se permite entrar vehículos y nos ahorramos dinero de parking. La parada está a escasos metros. La casera fue amable y tiene parking en el mismo alojamiento y sino en frente también había. Si eres alto molestan los techos pero és lo de menos.

• SHUHUI (7/5): 我們一行4人，住了兩晚，住起來不是很舒服。 - 1、交通算方便：路口出來往右手邊，走斑馬線過馬路就有公車站牌，搭1A公車到派勒門，車程約25分鐘（不用開車進城） 2、家裡打掃得很乾淨。 3、我們4人住3房房型，房價算是不貴。 1、這是一間類似閣樓的住宿，屋頂是兩個斜面，例如廚房冰箱的位置就是斜面的最低，幾次都會撞到頭，浴室、房間、客廳，每個地方都有斜面，睡覺的床頭也是斜面的最低處，很不習慣。 2、淋浴的部分泄水坡度不足，稍微沖個澡就整個浴室淹水，洗澡只能速戰速決，這點實在大扣分。 3、睡覺蓋的被子太薄，睡覺不夠暖也找不到有備用的被子。 4、一早電磁爐、烤麵包機都無法使用，下樓敲門無人回應，直到下午回來遇到屋主，才得以解決。

• María (9/5): - La ubicación era inmejorable ya que estaba cerca de la parada de autobús. Es un barrio tranquilo y con supermercados cerca y tabaquería para comprar los tickets de bus. No había cafetera y no vimos productos para limpiar (escoba ni fregona)
• Nuria (9/5): Apartamento muy cómodo - El apartamento está muy bien y tiene todo lo necesario. Es amplio y cómodo. La propietaria y su hijo fueron muy amables. Está un poco alejado de Dubrovnik. Nos recomendaron ir en autobús ya que no debe aparcarse muy bien. La parada está al lado del apartamento y el trayecto es de unos 25 minutos. Comcretamente en la zona del apartamento hay poco que ver.
• Alexandra (10/5): Excelente! - Apartamento incrível! Tudo limpo e muito confortável. A anfitriã é super simpática, deu-nos a dica de ir de autocarro para o centro (o estacionamento é caríssimo). Tem uma paragem de autocarro em frente e uma tabacaria onde se compra os bilhetes bem mais baratos que no autocarro.

Host was also super helpful and kind in ensuring we could find the place but also advising us for breakfast, travel around and so on. Cannot recommend enough!

• Christos (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly staff, willing to give instructions for everything. Rooms were very spacious for a group of 5 while also having a kitchen- living room area. The location while away from the old town, has a bus stop 50m away from the house that connects you to the city center. The whole house is a terrace and may be a bit of a challenge for some people that are tall.

• Liane (10/5): Great apartment, good location giving easy hassle free access to town using public transport - Host met us and although we were earlier than the check-in time, we were allowed to check in. Host was more than welcoming. Bus stop, grocery store and bakery all within 1 minute's walk. Getting bus to and from town could not be more convenient. Nothing to say here.
• Daiga (10/5): Nice stay - Very nice owner. She helped us a lot and was so nice. She left milk and water in the fridge, coffee, tea, sweets, nuts and fruits for us. Apartment itself was nice and spacious for three people. Even for 5 people at maximum.

• Freya (9/5): Great place for families - Very spacious and is located in a very safe neighbourhood. The host Andriana was so informational and helped us with everything from sending us locations of nearby shops to letting us know the timings of the bus into Old Town. She even gave us complimentary wine and stocked the fridge with milk, bread, cheese etc. Bus stops and shops are about a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. I can not recommend this place any more, we had a great time. -

• Robin (9/5): All round a very pleasant experience. - Spacious and very clean apartment. With the exception of no toaster the kitchen was well equipped. Bread, milk etc were provided on arrival. Quite difficult to locate apartment so maybe some clearer directions would be of benefit.

• Mario (9/5): AN AUTHENTIC PLACE TO STAY AT, AT AN UNDERRATED AREA WITH ALL SERVICES. - Above all: the hosts. Helpful and ready to give you at-hand info for any activity you wish to do. Always available on WhatsApp. IT's a traditional countryside house and the apartment occupies the top floor so be ready to walk through the other parts of the outside of the house to get to the apartment. Lots of stairs and corridors. If travelling with lots of luggage or have mobility issues...beware.The house is surrounded by typical mediterranean gardens with covered grapevine-covered porches and garden furniture - in a derelict condition. You may well meet its owners having dinner / BBQ at an open-air kitchen there is. At the apartment: more than enough of almost everything. Great to have water / milk and fruit when you get there, in case of an emergency or late arrival! Overall the house has a great flavour to it- AUTHENTIC. The location in the "riviera" it stands is clearly underrated. Air conditioning in bedrooms. None of them have A/C. Bathroom is spacious yet not really practical. bAsin is too small and not enough shelves around basin/mirror. Definitely needs a revamp. The garden terrace is not as appealing as it seems, maybe gardens are a little overgrown and underwatered.

• Vanya (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment was wonderful, the host was very nice and helpful. I liked that there are nice restaurants nearby and a bakery very close to the appartment. There is a parking there, and a bus station nearby, so it was very easy and quickly to go to the old town without the car. Also the lane nearby was wonderful for evening walks.
• Szczasiuk (10/5): End of May-June holiday - Everything, honestly. Starting from the welcome snacks in the kitchen after we arrived. The kitchen has got all the needed essentials . It is a possibility to sit and relax outside what, for me, is also essential on the holiday escape. The rooms got all they need for the holiday stay and they are modern,basic and tidy. The owner lady help us also to print out the flight back tickets as the rule is in Croatians airport. Not mentioning the fact we could relay on landlord lady (with any help and questions)from the day 1st till the last day. Only caused by the fact that we have the mattress from the highest drawer, I need to admit that the mattress in the apartment has not been on the same level. Nevertheless, compared to the prices, quality has been good. As much as the apartment has been lovely, the facts are facts that are not situated in the DUBROVNIK but have a good 30-minute bus connection from too.
• Judy (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment had been beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very welcoming and left little gifts, we particularly enjoyed the homemade liquor There was a bus across the road which went to Pile Gate and the entrance to old Dubrovnik.

• Johnathan (10/5): Great! - We were happy to be the first to stay in this newly opened guest house and were pleasantly surprised to discover such a spacious apartment, with comfortable beds, a beautiful view and even complimentary local liquor, water bottles and milk waiting for us in the living room. The apartment, which is only half a floor above (about 10 steps), has a beautiful view from the balcony and is close to a cafe, a supermarket and a bus stop to the old town. The best thing about the place though are the owners - kind hearted, welcoming, always with a smile, and they even gave us a ride to the old town! Don't let the few reviews scare you off, the place is perfectly fine :)
