- Sripriya (10/5): Fantastic!! - Property we originally booked had some breakdown and we were rebooked into another property for same cost. Abdul was a perfect host. Very attentive and responsive to our every need. He gave us fresh guava juice which was delicious. Mahmoud brought us fresh fruit in the evening and organized the sunrise hot air balloon ride for us. Overall our stay was very comfortable!
- Leon (9/5): Luxurious property. Hiring a vehicle would be helpful. - I was amazed by how spacious and luxurious the property was when I walked inside for the first time. It definitely has the 'wow' factor. The host, Mahmoud, was incredibly helpful and friendly. After I returned home from the holiday, the host kept contacting me on whatsapp, and was mostly friendly. Unfortunately at one point he tried to sell me an Arabic incense-holder (worth no more than $30) for $900, and 'generously' offered to send it via air mail. When I questioned the price, he dropped it to $350 (I have all the whatsapp messages to prove it). It's a shame he acted like this because during my stay at the property he couldn't have been nicer. I'd still recommend staying at the property, but beware of the post-stay scamming... The temperature in Luxor was 43C and it would have been nice if there were more air conditioners in the property. There was an A/C unit in the bedroom only, which was adequate for cooling just that one room (and allowing you to sleep at night). It's best to hire a vehicle, as there is no Uber, and central Luxor is over 20 minutes away by car.

It is very quiet and safe, very well equipped with hot tab , fully functional kitchen & BBQ Host young, very helpful and friendly Much better option in general than staying in the other side of the Nile Not a breakfast option included (much needed for our child). No sign at the entrance. A bigger dinning table would be great
